Abstract. Vocational High School students are not only required to equip themselves with knowledge and skills related to their expertise. Still, they are also needed to add information related to jobs and careers currently available and prepare their career options and plans. Therefore, in addition to increasing knowledge and practical skills, vocational students also need to increase confidence in making career decisions. The higher the faith, the students can face the tasks of making career decisions well. Contextual factors play an essential role in determining how much confidence an individual has in his ability to meet the functions of making career decisions. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of Contextual Supports and Barriers on Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy in State Vocational High School students in Bandung City. This study consisted of 260 grade 12 students from 8 State Vocational Schools in Bandung City. Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy is measured using the Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Short Form (CDSE-SF) adapted by Sawitri et al. (2012). Contextual Support and Barrier data collection were carried out using the Contextual Support and Barrier instrument developed by Lent et al. (2001). The results of this study indicate the effect of contextual support of 34.85% and contextual barrier of 0.53% on career decision-making self-efficacy in State Vocational High School students in Bandung City. Abstract. Thesis is a scientific work that must be completed by students to be able to complete their studies and get a bachelor's degree. When the process of completing the thesis, students of the Psychology in Bandung Islamic University, KBK Curriculum, encounter obstacles/difficulties that come from within and from the environment. These obstacles become a pressing thing and become one of the causes of stress. The stress that is felt must be relieved so that it does not interfere and the stressful situation is not felt again, so a way to relieve stress is needed, namely using an appropriate stress coping strategy. Despite facing many stressful situations, students of Psychology UNISBA still feel that the perceived obstacles can be resolved. The problems faced are perceived as challenges to help students in self-development. The students' views on the problems they face show that they have an optimistic attitude in completing their thesis. However, in reality, students of Psychology UNISBA use more forms of coping strategies to relieve their emotions than solve their problems, so the obstacles they face do not go away and focus more on activities that make them feel happy. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the effect of Optimism on Coping Strategies on students of the Faculty of Psychology, UNISBA, KBK Curriculum, who were completing their Thesis. The research method used is a quantitative method with a simple regression analysis technique with a population of 34 people. The measuring instrument used was compiled by the researcher by adapting the Test Your Own Optimism measuring instrument from Seligman (2006) and Ways of Coping from Lazarus & Folkman (1984). The results showed that there was an effect of Optimism on Problem Focused Coping, which was 0.504 or 50.4%. Then also obtained the effect of Optimism on Emotion Focused Coping that is equal to 0.571 or 57.1% and the rest is the influence of variables not examined. Abstrak. Skripsi merupakan karya ilmiah yang harus diselesaikan mahasiswa untuk dapat menyelesaikan studinya dan mendapatkan gelar sarjana. Ketika proses menyelesaikan skripsi, mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Islam Bandung Kurikulum KBK mendapatkan hambatan/ kesulitan yang berasal dari dalam diri maupun lingkungan. Hambatan tersebut menjadi suatu hal yang menekan dan menjadi salah satu penyebab stres. Stres yang dirasakan harus diredakan agar tidak mengganggu dan situasi menekan tersebut tidak dirasakan kembali, sehingga diperlukan cara untuk meredakan stres yaitu menggunakan suatu strategi coping stress yang sesuai. Meskipun banyak menghadapi situasi menekan tersebut, mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi UNISBA tetap merasa bahwa hambatan yang dirasakan dapat diselesaikan. Masalah yang dihadapi dirasakan sebagai tantangan untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam pengembangan diri. Pandangan mahasiswa tentang masalah yang dihadapinya, menunjukkan bahwa mereka memiliki sikap optimis dalam menyelesaikan skripsi. Namun, kenyataannya mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi UNISBA lebih banyak menggunakan bentuk strategi coping untuk meredakan emosinya dibandingkan menyelesaikan masalahnya, sehingga hambatan yang dihadapi tidak kunjung selesai dan lebih fokus terhadap kegiatan yang membuat mereka merasa senang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai pengaruh Optimisme terhadap Strategi Coping pada mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi UNISBA Kurikulum KBK yang sedang menyelesaikan Skripsi. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan populasi sebanyak 34 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan disusun oleh peneliti dengan mengadaptasi alat ukur Test Your Own Optimism dari Seligman (2006) dan Ways of Coping dari Lazarus & Folkman (1984). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh Optimisme terhadap Problem Focused Coping yaitu sebesar 0.504 atau 50.4%. Abstract. COVID-19 affects all sectors, including the banking sector. In responding to COVID-19, banks have made several new policies to stay afloat in the face of COVID-19 conditions. Bank Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB) is the only Regional Development Banks (BPD) that can increase assets, profits and credit distribution. Moreover, Bank Jawa Barat dan Banten is dominated by female employees. In achieving goals, there is a conflict between roles at work and roles in the family. This conflict can lead to work-family conflict. The conflict can cause stress that will affect their psychological well-being. This study aims to examine the relationship between work-family conflict and subjective well-being of bank employees in Bank Jawa Barat and Banten (BJB) at Bandung. This study involved 161 female bank employees in Bank Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB) in the consumer credit division who were married and had children at Bandung. The measuring instrument using the work-family conflict scale from Carlson, Kacmar, & William (2000), meanwhile the subjective well-being using the Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) compiled by Ed Diener (2009) and The Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) compiled by Diener, Emmons, Larsen & Griffin (1985). The method used the correlational with the calculation of the Pearson Rank correlation coefficient test. The results showed a correlation value of -0.632 which indicates that there is a negative correlation between work-family conflict and subjective well-being (affective component) and shows a correlation value of -0.362 which indicates that there is a negative correlation between work-family conflict and subjective well-being (cognitive component). Abstrak. COVID-19 berpengaruh pada segala sektor, termasuk sektor perbankan. Dalam menyikapi COVID-19, perbankan membuat beberapa kebijakan baru agar tetap bertahan dalam menghadapi kondisi COVID-19. Bank Jawa Barat dan Banten merupakan satu-satunya Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) yang dapat meningkatkan aset, laba dan penyaluran kredit selain itu Bank Jawa Barat dan Banten didominisasi oleh karyawan perempuan. Dalam mencapai tuntutan tugasnya terdapat konflik antar peran, antara peran di pekerjaan dengan peran di keluarga. Konflik tersebut dapat mengakibatkan work-family conflict dan menimbulkan stres, stres yang dirasakan karyawan akan mempengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektifnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan work-family conflict dengan subjective well-being karyawan bank Jawa Barat dan Banten divisi kredit konsumer Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini melibatkan 161 karyawan perempuan bank Jawa Barat dan Banten divisi kredit konsumer Kota Bandung yang sudah menikah dan memiliki anak. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu work-family conflict scale dari Carlson, Kacmar, & William (2000) dan alat ukur subjective well-being dengan menggunakan Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) yang di susun oleh Ed Diener (2009) dan The Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) disusun oleh Diener, Emmons, Larsen & Griffin (1985). Metode yang digunakan yaitu korelasional dengan perhitungan statistik uji koefisien korelasi Rank Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai korelasi -0.632 yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi negatif antara work-family conflict dengan subjective well-being (komponen afektif) dan menunjukan nilai korelasi -0.362 yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi negatif antara work-family conflict dengan subjective well-being (komponen kognitif).

Abstract. Bandung is one of the diverse cities, we can see the diversity of the city of Bandung with its cultured and religious society, of course, the people of Bandung have the potential value of spreading religion in carrying out da'wah, this can be seen by the religiosity of the people of Bandung in their daily lives – a day where religiosity is an appreciation of religion or belief which is expressed by performing daily worship, praying and reading scriptures. With religiosity in the city of Bandung, of course, it will affect the lives of the people themselves, in other words this phenomenon of religiosity itself affects the lives of local people which is where today the city of Bandung is experiencing the phenomenon of religious conversion or conversion from one religion to another, on the other hand, Bandung is a city with a very high number of converts to Islam, where many residents of Bandung have converted to Islam and of course this is the case. this is dial The high number of converts to Islam in the city of Bandung is certainly an interesting thing that needs to be observed, behind the height of converts in the city of Bandung who have Chinese ancestry, it cannot be separated from the role and place of spreading da'wah carried out by the descendants of the Chinese community. which is where the Chinese community in the city of Bandung spreads Islam through da'wah from a mosque where the mosque itself is a place of worship for a Muslim. Abstrak. Bandung Merupakan salah satu Kota yang beraneka ragam, keberagaman kota Kandung bisa kita lihat dengan masyrakatnya yang berbudaya dan beragama, tentunya masyarakat kota bandung memiliki nilai potensi penyebaran agama dalam melakukan dakwah, hal ini bis akita lihat tingginya religuitas yang dilakukan masyrakat kota bandung dalam kehidupan sehari – hari yang dimana religuitas merupakan penghayatan kegamaan atau dalam kepercayaan yang di ekspresikan dengan melakukan ibadah sehari – hari, berdoa dan membaca kitab suci.Dengan tingginya religuitas di kota bandung tentunya akan mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat nya itu sendiri, dengan kata lain fenomena religuitas ini sendiri mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat setempat yang dimana hari ini kota bandung mengalami fenome konversi agama atau perpindahan agama dari satu agama ke agama yang lainnya, disisi lain bandung merupakan salah satu kota yang mualafnya sangat tinggi yang dimana banyak sekali warga kota bandung yang berpindah agama lain ke agama islam dan tentunya hal ini dialami langsung oleh masyarakat tionghoa di kota bandung itu sendiri.Tingginya mualaf di kota bandung tentunya menjadi hal yang menarik yang perlu diamati, dibalik tingginya mualaf dikota bandung yang memiliki keturununan tionghoa tidak terlepas dari peran dan tempat penyebaran dakwah yang dilakukan oleh keturunan masyrakat tionghoa itu sendiri yang dimana masyrakat tionghoa kota bandung melakukan penyebaran agama islam melaui dakwah dari suatu masjid yang dimana masjid itu sendiri merupakan tempat beribadah bagi seorang muslim.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on work engagement conducted on cadets of the marine corps at the Naval Academy. The research method used is quantitative research with a research design that is causality method with the number of subjects as many as 36 cadets of the marine corps at the Naval Academy. This study uses multiple regression data analysis to see the effect of the 4 transformational leadership characteristics on work engagement. This study uses a work engagement measuring tool with the Work & Well-being Survey (UWES-17) scale which refers to the theory of Schaufeli, Salanova, Gonzales-Roma & Bakker (2002) and a transformational leadership measurement tool with the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ-5X) scale. ) from Bass and Avolio, (1995). The results of the study can be concluded that it has a positive effect on work engagement by 37% and the dimension of inspirational motivation gives the largest and significant influence on work engagement by 21.28%. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap work engagement dilakukan pada taruna korps pelaut di Akademi Angkatan Laut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yaitu metode kausalitas dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 36 taruna korps pelaut di Akademi Angkatan Laut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data regresi ganda (multiple regression) untuk melihat pengaruh antara 4 karakteristik transformational leadership terhadap work engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur work engagement dengan skala Work & Well-being Survey (UWES-17) yang mengacu pada teori Schaufeli, Salanova, Gonzales-Roma & Bakker (2002) dan alat ukur transformational leadership dengan skala Multifactor Leadership Questionaire (MLQ-5X) dari Bass dan Avolio, (1995). Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap work engagement sebesar 37% dan dimensi inspirational motivation memberikan pengaruh terbesar dan signifikan pada work engagement sebesar 21.28%.

Abstract. Previous studies examining consumer decision-making styles in different subjects and contexts have had different results. So that the results of research in the context of coffeeshop consumers will be different from previous research. The amount of coffee consumption in Indonesia continues to increase every year whose consumer dominance is young people, especially students. By making students as young people become the main target in the coffee industry, it becomes important to know their decision-making style. This research aims to get an idea of the decision-making style of students as coffeeshop consumers. The instrument used is the adaptation of Consumer Style Inventory (CSI) into the Indonesian language and the context of coffeeshop consumers. Respondents to this study were college students in the Bandung Raya agglomeration area who had bought / consumed coffee in coffeeshop as many as 211 students (141 women and 70 men) obtained through online questionnaires and determined by purposive sampling techniques. This research design is a descriptive study with categorization analysis techniques, the U Mann-Whitney Test and the Kruskal-Wallis Test. The results of this study found five styles namely Hedonistic, Perfectionism, Confusion from Overchoice, Novelty Consciousness, and Brand Consciousness. Hedonistic style as the most dominating style in students as a consumer of coffeeshop. Abstrak. Penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang meneliti gaya pengambilan keputusan konsumen pada subjek dan konteks berbeda didapatkan hasil yang berbeda. Sehingga hasil penelitian pada konteks konsumen coffeeshop akan berbeda dari penelitian sebelumnya. Jumlah konsumsi kopi di Indonesia pun terus meningkat setiap tahunnya yang dominasi konsumennya merupakan orang muda, khususnya mahasiswa. Dengan dijadikannya mahasiswa sebagai orang muda menjadi target utama dalam industri kopi, maka menjadi penting untuk mengetahui gaya pengambilan keputusannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapat gambaran gaya pengambilan keputusan mahasiswa sebagai konsumen coffeeshop. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah adaptasi Consumer Style Inventory (CSI) kedalam bahasa Indonesia dan konteks konsumen coffeeshop. Responden penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa perguruan tinggi di wilayah aglomerasi Bandung Raya yang pernah membeli/mengkonsumsi kopi di coffeeshop sebanyak 211 mahasiswa (141 perempuan dan 70 laki-laki) yang diperoleh melalui online kuesioner serta ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Desain Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif dengan teknik analisis kategorisasi, Uji U Mann-Whitney dan Uji Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil pada penelitian ini ditemukan lima gaya yaitu Hedonistic, Perfectionism, Confusion from Overchoice, Novelty Consciousness, dan Brand Consciousness. Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership with Work Engagement on the marketing employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Branch Suniaraja. This study uses transformational leadership theory developed by Bass (1985) and work engagement theory developed by Schaufeli and Bakker (2002). The approach used is the JD-R (Job Demand-Resources) model. This research uses non-experimental quantitative research methods and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple regression to see the effect of each dimension. This study involved as many as 17 employees who work in the marketing division. The measuring instruments used in this study were the Utretch Work Engagement Scale-17 (UWES-17) developed by Schaufeli and Bakker and the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ-5X) from Bass and Avolio. The results of the study get the results of R square = 0.242, it can be concluded that transformational leadership has an effect on work engagement of 24.2%. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Transformational Leadership dengan Work Engagement pada karyawan marketing Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Suniaraja. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori transformational leadership yang dikembangkan oleh Bass (1985) dan teori work engagement yang dikembangkan oleh Schaufeli dan Bakker (2002). Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan JD-R (Job Demand-Resources) model. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif non-eksperimental dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan multiple regression untuk melihat pengaruh dari setiap dimensi. Penelitian ini melibatkan sebanyak 17 orang karyawan yang bekerja dalam divisi marketing. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Utretch Work Engagement Scale-17 (UWES-17) yang dikembangkan oleh Schaufeli dan Bakker dan Multifactor Leadership Questionaire (MLQ-5X) dari Bass dan Avolio. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan hasil R square= 0,242, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa transformational leadership memiliki pengaruh terhadap work engagement sebesar 24,2%.

Abstract. The purpose of this research to know the influence of organization based self-esteem on work engagement conducted on employees marketing and sales division in PT. PEI. Marketing and sales division is the beginning for comapanies to profit from the sale and cooperate with the internal and external. Research methodology used is causality method with the number of participant is 20 employees of division marketing and sales in PT. PEI. This study using a measuring instrument organization based self-esteem scale from Pierce, and a measuring instrument work engagement is UWES-17 from Schaufeli dan Bakker. This findings of this study are 70% employees having high level organization based self-esteem and 55% employees having high level work engagement. Influence of organization based self-esteem on work engagement 64,5%. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh organization based self-esteem terhadap work engagement yang dilakukan pada karyawan divisi pemasaran dan penjualan di PT. PEI. Divisi pemasaran dan penjualan merupakan awal mula bagi perusahaan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari hasil penjualan dan bekerjasama dengan pihak eksternal maupun internal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausalitas dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 20 orang karyawan divisi pemasaran dan penjualan di PT. PEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur organization based self-esteem scale dari Pierce, dan alat ukur work engagement yaitu UWES-17 dari Schaufeli dan Bakker. Temuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 70% karyawan yang memiliki organization based self-esteem yang tinggi dan 55% karyawan yang memiliki tingkat work engagement yang besar. Abstract. The application of student online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic can cause students to feel stressed in the academic field so that it affects achievement motivation during lectures. This study aims to see the relationship between academic stress and student achievement motivation during the pandemic in the city of Bandung. The number of subjects in this study amounted to 214 people with 210 people who fit the research criteria. This study uses quantitative research with a correlational design between academic stress and achievement motivation. The measuring instrument used is Academic Stress compiled by Wardhani (2020) and Achievement Motivation by Reka Adesty (2021), both of which have been re-adapted. Based on the results obtained, there are 121 respondents (57.6%) who have high academic stress with low achievement motivation, which means that there is a strong negative relationship between academic stress and achievement motivation. This means that the higher the academic stress, the lower the achievement motivation and vice versa. Abstrak. Penerapan pembelajaran daring mahasiswa pada saat pandemi Covid-19 dapat menyebabkan mahasiswa merasa stres pada bidang akademik sehingga mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi saat perkuliahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan stres akademik dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa saat pandemi di kota Bandung. Jumlah subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 214 orang dengan 210 orang yang sesuai kriteria penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan korelasional antara stres akademik dengan motivasi berprestasi. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Stres Akademik yang disusun oleh Wardhani (2020) dan Motivasi berprestasi oleh Reka Adesty (2021) yang keduanya telah diadaptasi kembali. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, terdapat 121 responden (57.6%) memiliki stres akademik tinggi dengan motivasi berprestasi yang rendah, yang artinya terdapat hubungan kearah negatif yang cukup kuat antara stres akademik dengan motivasi berprestasi. Hal ini mengartikan bahwa semakin tinggi stres akademik maka semakin rendah motivasi berprestasi dan demikian pula sebaliknya.

Abstract. The research on perceived gender equity in bank X manager in Bandung was conducted because gender equality in the company environment became important for employees, especially in service companies including banks. The research method used is causality with the number of participants being 30 managers of bank X Bandung city. perceived gender equity is measured by the PGE scale by Sharma Radha. The finding show that 83.3% of managers have a high perceived gender equity, 80% of manager have a high work engagement and perceived gender equity have impact on work engagement by 53,9% Abstrak. Penelitian perceived gender equity pada manager bank X kota bandung dilakukan karena kesetaraan gender di lingkungan perusahaan menjadi penting untuk karyawan terutama pada perusahaan jasa termasuk bank. metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kausalitas dengan jumlah partisipan 30 manager bank X kota bandung. perceived gender equity diukur dengan PGE scale by Sharma Radha. hasil menunjukan bahwa 83,3% manager memiliki perceived gender equity yang tinggi, 80% manager memiliki work engagement yang tinggi dan perceived gender equity berpengaruh besar pada work engagement sebesar 53,9%
