Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Star Seller on consumer trust, to find out the influence of Online Customer Reviews on consumer trust and to find out the effect of Star Seller and Online Customer Reviews on consumer trust (Case study of Shopee users in Medan Petisah District). The population in this study was the community in Medan Petisah District, totaling 72,432 people. The sample in the study was 100 people taken using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and coefficient of determination. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of star sellers on consumer trust, there is a positive and significant influence of online customer reviews on consumer trust and star sellers and online customer reviews have a positive and significant influence on consumer confidence of Shopee users in Medan Petisah District. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, compensation, and education on employee performance at Stikes Surya Global Yogyakarta, individually and collectively. The respondents in this study consist of directors, lecturers, and administrative staff at Stikes Surya Global Yogyakarta. The saturated sampling method was used to select the respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from relevant sources. This study employs a quantitative approach with statistical data analysis techniques. The results indicate that leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Similarly, compensation and education also have positive and significant effects on employee performance. When examined simultaneously, leadership, compensation, and education collectively contribute to improving employee performance. Effective leadership fosters a conducive work environment, fair compensation enhances job satisfaction, and higher education improves employees' competence in performing their duties. This research provides both academic and practical contributions to the development of human resource management, particularly in enhancing the effectiveness of higher education institutions. By implementing the right strategies in leadership, compensation, and education, Stikes Surya Global Yogyakarta can continue to grow and improve its employees' performance sustainably.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in production planning and inventory control at PT Konimex, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Central Java, Indonesia. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through direct observation, interviews with PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) staff, and system documentation. Observations were conducted over six weeks, allowing the researcher to understand how the ERP system supports forecasting, raw material management, and scheduling. Interviews revealed ERP’s role in managing production flow, stock control, and daily operational decisions. The ERP system also facilitates monitoring using indicators such as Service Level and Days of Inventory (DOI), helping ensure product availability and timely delivery. Data analysis followed Miles and Huberman's approach: data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The study concludes that while ERP significantly enhances efficiency and coordination in PPIC functions, challenges remain, including demand fluctuations and limited production capacity. Recommendations include developing a more adaptive production strategy and enhancing ERP reporting features for more integrated and real-time inventory data. These improvements can support faster decision-making and help the company maintain high customer satisfaction through better production and stock control.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of other service procurement through the tender method. This study focuses on the selection of providers that apply in BPBJ Surakarta. The selection of providers of goods and services in a government is very difficult because it requires providers of goods and services that meet the requirements that have been set as selection guidelines. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. BPBJ Surakarta in the tender applies the lowest price with a knockout system. The results of the study indicate that the tender method is carried out online, called e-tendering, to create transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness as well as accountability in the selection of other service providers. This study has a positive influence on participants in other service tenders as preparation for participating in the tender at BPBJ Surakarta, because this study explains the flow from preparation for selecting providers to selecting providers in full.

Abstract

Proses perekrutan merupakan komponen strategi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi kualitas dan penghentian tenaga kerja suatu organisasi. PT Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories Sukoharjo telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi proses rekrutmennya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tahapan teknis penerapan SDM dalam perekrutan dan mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDM mendukung berbagai kegiatan rekrutmen seperti posting pekerjaan, data manajemen kandidat, penjadwalan wawancara, dan dokumentasi seleksi. SDM juga mempercepat pengambilan keputusan dan meningkatkan transparansi dalam proses rekrutmen. Namun, beberapa tantangan tetap ada, termasuk adaptasi pengguna dan perlunya pembaruan sistem. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan SDM berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan profesionalisme sistem rekrutmen di PT Konimex.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of human resource development andmotivation on employee performance at the National Narcotics Agency of theSpecial Region of Yogyakarta. A quantitative method was used with 80respondents obtained through the Slovin formula. Data were collected throughquestionnaires, documentation, and literature review. The data were analyzedusing SPSS, including validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiplelinear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that humanresource development and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect onemployee performance, with a determination coefficient of 74.1% and asignificance value of 0.034 (<0.05).

Abstract

To support Indonesia’s vision as a global maritime axis, this paper analyzes theoperational readiness of the KRI R.E. Martadinata-class frigate (KRI REM-331).Utilizing a dynamic system model with a 25-year time horizon, the study evaluatesthe complex interactions between four key variables: Technical, Personnel,Logistics, and Combat Readiness. Simulation results indicate that focusing onTechnical Readiness alone increases overall readiness by an average of 3.7%,while prioritizing Logistics Readiness yields a 2.1% increase. A combined scenarioimproving both Technical and Logistics variables proved most effective, causingan average readiness increase of 5.5%. The study, therefore, concludes that whileTechnical Readiness is the single most influential variable, the most impactfulstrategy for significantly enhancing KRI readiness involves an integrated approachthat simultaneously advances both technical and logistical capabilities, therebystrengthening national maritime defense.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of GHRM on customer loyalty and company financial performance, considering the mediating role of customer satisfaction and retention. The urgency of this study lies in the fact that companies that implement GHRM can gain a significant competitive advantage. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques that include in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. Semi-structured interview techniques are used to obtain in-depth information regarding GHRM practices, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. This study shows that GHRM has a positive influence on customer loyalty and company financial performance through the mediation of customer satisfaction and retention. The implementation of good GHRM practices can increase employee satisfaction, which in turn has a positive impact on customer experience.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of big data in management information systems (MIS) to support strategic decision-making in the e-commerce sector. The approach used is a narrative literature review with reference to various national and international scientific journals published in the period 2015–2025. The analysis was conducted using Mendeley software for reference management and NVivo for thematic analysis based on TOE and RBV theories. The results show that the integration of big data into MIS enables e-commerce organizations to conduct customer behavior analysis, inventory optimization, and more accurate and adaptive prediction-based strategic planning. This study also identifies various implementation challenges, including issues of data quality, privacy, and infrastructure readiness. This study concludes that the utilization of big data is a key factor in increasing the effectiveness of strategic decisions and competitive advantage. The main limitation of this study is the lack of empirical validation of the findings obtained. This study contributes to the development of data-driven business strategies, both at the level of e-commerce industry practitioners and in the fields of information systems and strategic management studies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Matahari Kubu Investama Bengkayang Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT. Matahari Kubu Investama Bengkayang Kalimantan Barat, yaitu sebanyak 60 orang. Untuk menentukan sampel penelitian ini digunakanteknik sampling jenuh yang mana seluruh populasi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan mengunakan analisis linear berganda, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan yang mana memiliki nilai t-hitung (2,943) > t-tabel (2,002) dan tingkat signifikan (0,005) < (0,05). Disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan yang mana nilai t-hitung (2,718) > t-tabel (2,002) dan tingkat signifikan (0,009) < (0,05). Dan secara simultan variabel motivasi (X1) dan disiplin (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) yang memiliki nilai F hitung (11,305) > F tabel (3,16) dan tingkat signifikan (0.000) < (0.05).
