Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of inflation, interest rates and economic growthon household consumption in Indonesia from 1992 to 2022. The research method used in this researchis the Vector Autoregressive (VAR) analysis method. The results of this research partially show thevariables of inflation, interest rates, economic growth. there is a complex causal relationship betweenthe economic variables analyzed. Monetary policy that increases interest rates can help reduceinflation and encourage stable economic growth. High inflation can cause Bank Indonesia to raiseinterest rates and encourage household consumption. Strong economic growth can increasehousehold income and encourage consumption. Increased household consumption can increasedemand for goods and services, which in turn can encourage inflation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT HSS, the variables used in this study are motivation, work discipline, and employee performance. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula and obtained 52 respondents. This data analysis uses multiple regression tests, validity tests, reliability tests, determination coefficients (R2), F tests, t tests. Based on the results of the test analysis, it shows that partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation does not have a significant effect. When viewed simultaneously, motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, companies are advised to pay more attention to employee discipline and maintain their work enthusiasm so that work results are getting better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan segmentasi, targeting, dan positioning (STP) dalam pemasaran udang vannamei kupas beku (Litopenaeus vannamei) di PT. DPUM, Jawa Tengah. Sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan dan pemasaran udang vannamei kupas beku, PT. DPUM menerapkan strategi pemasaran berbasis STP untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan efektivitas pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan STP dalam pemasaran udang vannamei kupas beku di PT. DPUM, Jawa Tengah, dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa segmentasi pasar dilakukan berdasarkan faktor geografis, demografis, psikografis, dan perilaku. Strategi targeting yang diterapkan adalah differentiated targeting untuk menjangkau berbagai segmen pasar, sedangkan positioning diterapkan melalui fokus pada kualitas produk dan harga yang kompetitif. Penerapan STP yang tepat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan dan perluasan pasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand awareness atau kesadaran merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk frozen food PT. ILM. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti meliputi indikator yang mempengaruhi brand awareness diantaranya Recall, Recognition, Purchase, dan Consumption. Serta tingkatan (piramida) brand awareness yaitu Top of mind, Brand Recall, Brand Recognition, dan Unware of Brand. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan pendekatan survei. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand awareness atau kesadaran merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Sebagian besar konsumen memiliki persepsi positif terhadap produk frozen food PT. ILM, yang tercermin dari tingginya tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas mereka. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mempertahankan brand awraeness di mata konsumen karena sangat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk frozen food PT. ILM.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan era digital telah mengubah perilaku konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian. Salah satu faktor yang dianggap memiliki pengaruh signifikan adalah Word of Mouth (WOM), yaitu komunikasi antar individu yang dapat memengaruhi persepsi dan tindakan calon pembeli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh WOM terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fillet ikan patin di PT HSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear sederhana. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 32 responden, yaitu konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian dalam tiga bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WOM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,464, yang berarti 46,4% variabel keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh WOM, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,681 menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara WOM dan keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, PT HSS disarankan untuk mempertahankan kualitas produk dan menciptakan strategi pemasaran yang dapat meningkatkan interaksi positif antar konsumen. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat memperluas variabel penelitian dengan menambahkan faktor seperti kepuasan pelanggan atau citra merek.

Abstract

Keberadaan tenaga kerja dalam suatu kegiatan produksi sangatlah diperlukan, terutama bagi mereka yang tingkat produktivitasnya memerlukan tingkat efisiensi dalam prosesnya. Dalam era persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, manajemen sumber daya manusia menjadi salah satu faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan organisasi. .Karyawan adalah aset berharga yang memegang peranan penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan, oleh karena itu penting bagi organisasi untuk memastikan bahwa karyawan tetap termotivasi dan produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan benefit terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT RRV. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan linier satu variabel terikat dengan dua variabel bebas. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kompensasi dan benefit terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT RRV. Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus mempertahankan kepuasan kerja karyawan agar seluruh karyawan termotivasi untuk bekerja lebih giat.

Abstract

Archives are a collection of letters or documents that contain meaning and are useful for both organizational and individual interests which are stored in such a way that they can be easily found again when needed. If the archives owned are not managed properly, it can result in difficulties in retrieving the necessary archives, which can hinder further work. The aim of the research is to find out how it is implemented and the obstacles faced in implementing Archives Management at PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru. The author's writing method is: The data type consists of primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used were interviews and observation. Descriptive data analysis, namely describing an object as it is at a certain time. Implementation of Archives Management at PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru uses an Alphabetical System, Number or Code System and Date System, as well as a series of activities for organizing, storing and maintaining archives. obstacles faced in the implementation of Archives Management at PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru is the lack of adequate facilities for managing archives, the absence of special staff to manage archives and the absence of a special room for storing archives. Based on the results of the writing that the author has done, it can be concluded that in the implementation of Archives Management at PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru is not yet running optimally. This is evidenced by the lack of order in archival storage due to the lack of a special place for archival storage. The advice that the author can give is to add adequate facilities related to archiving activities so that archive management runs well.

Abstract

The Kampung Melon Napote Agrotourism Area is located in the Village of Monastery East, Sampang Regency, and is an area that has a strategic location for people to enjoy melon fruit tourism to their heart's content. The existence of this tourism development activity has an economic impact on the community, such as increased income, employment opportunities and business opportunities. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the agrotourism area on community income. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research includes field research. In obtaining direct information, the informants in this study were the owner of the melon village, the manager of the melon village agrotourism, and the community who participated in the management of the melon village agrotourism. Based on the results of the study regarding the Impact of the Agrotourism Area on Community Income, it has a positive impact caused by the Kampung Melon Npaote Agrotourism, namely an increase in income obtained from the existence of the agrotourism area. The difference in community income before and after the existence of this agrotourism can be seen from the turnover they get when this agrotourism is opened. The average income of the community after the existence of agrotourism is higher than before the existence of agrotourism. With this area, the community can increase their income through trade, provide parking services around the area and participate in managing orange groves. So it can be concluded that the existence of the agrotourism area can have an impact on increasing community income.

Abstract

Di tengah ketatnya persaingan industri skincare, Skintific tetap mampu mempertahankan daya tariknya di pasar serta menjaga minat konsumen terhadap produknya, sehingga menarik untuk ditelusuri faktor-faktor yang mendorong konsumen memiliki minat beli terhadap produk tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk skincare Skintific di Erby Shop Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei kepada 96 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, sedangkan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Secara simultan, brand image dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk lebih menentukan dalam mendorong minat beli dibandingkan dengan persepsi terhadap merek.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, profitability, and liquidity on the firm value of tourism sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis, based on secondary data from the financial statements of six selected companies. The independent variables in this study include Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE), while firm value is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV). The results indicate that DER, ROA, and ROE simultaneously have a significant effect on PBV, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.885. Partially, all three variables also show a significant positive effect, with DER having the strongest influence. These findings suggest that capital structure plays a critical role in enhancing firm value in the tourism sector, followed by profitability. The study offers valuable insights for corporate management and investors in formulating optimal financial strategies.
