Abstract

The objectives of this study were to direct (1)  the effect of communication skills on learning outcomes of public relations subject of grade XII AP SMK N 1 Banyudono, (2) the effect of student learning discipline on learning outcomes on public relations, (3) the effect of communication skills and student learning discipline on learning outcomes of public relations subject. This research used quantitative methods. The population was all students of grade XII. Sample of 71 students were taken by census technique. Data collection techniques for communication skills, learning discipline used questionnaire method, while learning outcomes used documentation method. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis using SPSS 17. Based on the results of data analysis that have been carried out, (1) there is a significant effect of communication skills on learning outcomes, (2) there is a significant effect of learning discipline on learning outcomes, (3) there is a significant simultaneous effect of communication skills and learning discipline on learning outcomes. With the effective contribution of communication skills (X1) of 17%, the effective contribution of learning discipline (X2) of 23.2% and the relative contribution of communication skills (X1) of 43.33%, the contribution of relative learning discipline (X2) of 56.71%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan literatur review yang bertujuan untuk mensintesis dan menggali dampak penggunaan media sosial terhadap prestasi peserta didik (siswa maupun mahasiswa). Tinjauan literatur ini melibatkan analisis berbagai studi dan artikel penelitian yang mengkaji hubungan antara penggunaan media sosial dan prestasi akademik peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik literatur review. Pencarian jurnal dilakukan di google scholar, ScienceDirect, dan Scopus dengan rentan tahun 2015-2022. Hasil skrining dan seleksi studi menghasilkan 122 artikel, dengan hasil akhir sebanyak 13 artikel. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik literatur review sesuai kategori yang ditentukan dalam diagram PRISMA. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat dampak positif dan negatif penggunaan media sosial terhadap prestasi peserta didik. Dampak positif meliputi akses yang lebih mudah terhadap sumber belajar, peluang kolaboratif, dan peningkatan komunikasi antar Peserta didik. Namun, terdapat juga dampak negatif seperti gangguan konsentrasi, penurunan fokus, dan berkurangnya waktu belajar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwasanya penggunaan media sosial memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap prestasi Peserta didik, tetapi apabila Peserta didik menggunakan media sosial secara berlebihan akan menyebabkan gangguan konsentrasi belajar yang mengakibatkan penurunan prestasi belajar Peserta didik.Kata kunci : hasil belajar, jaringan sosial, siswaAbstract: This study is a literature review that aims to synthesize and explore the impact of social media usage on learners’ achievement (students and university students). This literature review analyzes various studies and research articles that examine the relationship between social media usage and students’ academic performance. The research method used is qualitative with a literature review technique. Journal searches were conducted on Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and Scopus, covering 2015-2022. Screening and selection of studies resulted in 122 articles, with a final set of 13. The collected data was analyzed using literature review techniques according to predefined categories in the PRISMA diagram. The findings of the study indicate that there are both positive and negative impacts of social media usage on student achievement. Positive impacts include easier access to learning resources, collaborative opportunities, and improved student communication. However, there are also negative impacts, such as distraction, decreased focus, and reduced study time. This study concludes that social media usage has a significant impact on student achievement, but excessive usage can disrupt study concentration and lead to a decline in student performance.Keywords: learning outcomes, social networks, students

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pembelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan (PKK) terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa; (2) pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa; (3) pengaruh pembelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan (PKK) dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII OTKP di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh sebanyak 71 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji prasyarat analisis yaitu uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji multikolinieritas. Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: (1) pembelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan (PKK) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa (thitung 2,404 > ttabel 1,99547); (2) efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa (thitung 4,559 > ttabel 1,99547); (3) pembelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan (PKK) dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa (Fhitung 38,556 > Ftabel 3,13).Kata kunci: efikasi diri; minat berwirausaha; pembelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan; PKKAbstract: This research aims to find out: (1) the effect of learning creative product and entrepreneurship (PKK) to the students interest in entrepreneurship; (2) the effect of self-efficacy to the student's interest in entrepreneurship; (3) the effect of learning creative products and entrepreneurship (PKK) and self-efficacy to the student's interest in entrepreneurship. This research used a descriptive quantitative method. The population is all students of class XII OTKP. The sampling technique used saturation sampling with 71 students. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and document analysis. Analysis of the data used multiple linear regression analysis with prerequisite analysis tests, which are the normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The results of this research are as follows: (1) learning creative products and entrepreneurship (PKK) has a positive and significant effect on the student's interest in entrepreneurship (tcount 2,404 > ttabel 1,99547); (2) the effect of self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect to the student's interest in entrepreneurship (tcount 4,559 > ttabel 1,99547); (3) the effect of learning creative products and entrepreneurship (PKK) and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect to the student's interest in entrepreneurship (Fcount 38,556> Ftabel 3,13).Keywords: interest in entrepreneurship; learning of creative product and entrepreneurship; PKK; self efficacy

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan di BKPSDM Kota Surakarta, (2) mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh variabel budaya kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan di BKPSDM Kota Surakarta, (3) mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja dan budaya kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas pelayanan di BKPSDM Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan BKPSDM Kota Surakarta. Adapun sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 69 pelanggan yang diperoleh dari perhitungan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan di BKPSDM Kota Surakarta (thitung 3,484 > ttabel 1,998) dan nilai signifikansi (0,001 < 0,05); (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel budaya kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan di BKPSDM Kota Surakarta (thitung 4,804 > ttabel 1,998) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan budaya kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas pelayanan di BKPSDM Kota Surakarta (Fhitung 38,741 > Ftabel 3,13).Kata Kunci: etos kerja; komitmen kerja; mutu pelayananAbstract: This research aims to (1) determine whether there is an influence of work discipline variables on service quality at BKPSDM Surakarta City, (2) determine whether there is an influence of work culture variables on service quality at BKPSDM Surakarta City, (3) determine whether or not there is an influence of work discipline variables and work culture together on service quality at BKPSDM Surakarta City. This research is quantitative research with the population used in this research namely BKPSDM Surakarta City customers. The sample in this study was 69 customers obtained from calculations using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing research questionnaires. The research results show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline variables on service quality in BKPSDM Surakarta City (tcount 3.484 > ttable 1.998) and significance value (0.001 < 0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence between work culture variables on service quality at BKPSDM Surakarta City (tcount 4.804 > ttable 1.998) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05); (3) there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and work culture variables together on service quality in BKPSDM Surakarta City.Keywords: work discipline; work culture; service quality

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektifitas dari SuratDIGITAL (SURADI) melalui perhitungan angka kecermatan dan penemuan kembali arsip surat. Studi ini dilakukan di Kantor Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan berupa pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan kegiatan observasi secara langsung dan wawancara yang memfokuskan pada efek implementasi SURADI terhadap proses penemuan kembali arsip surat, yang dilakukan dengan cara mengetahui jumlah surat yang ditemukan dan tidak ditemukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada tahun 2023 angka kecermatan SURADI di Kantor Kecamatan Lowokwaru sebesar 0,06%. Hal ini menandakan efisiensi penemuan kembali arsip surat di Kantor Kecamatan Lowokwaru cukup baik. Sementara itu, responsivitas SURADI terhadap surat masuk juga tergolong cepat. Kemampuan SURADI untuk menyimpan data secara digital juga memberikan keunggulan dalam mengatasi kehilangan surat fisik, karena dokumennya dapat dicari kembali menggunakan subjek yang tercatat dalam sistem. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa SURADI memiliki peran krusial dalam meningkatkan manajemen arsip dan responsivitas dalam penanganan maupun pengarsipan surat di Kantor Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang.  Keywords : efisiensi; kuantitatif; manajemen arsip; responsivitasAbstract: This research aims to measure the effectiveness of SuratDIGITAL (SURADI) on the calculation of accuracy and retrieval of letter archives. This study was conducted at the Lowokwaru Sub-District Office, Malang City. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach by conducting direct observation activities and interviews that focus on the effect of SURADI implementation on the process of recovering letter archives, which is done by knowing the number of letters found and not found. The research results show that in 2023, the accuracy rate was 0,06 %. This indicates a significant increase in the efficiency of letter archive retrieval. In addition, SURADI's responsiveness to incoming letters is also relatively fast. SURADI's ability to store data digitally also provides an advantage in overcoming the loss of physical letters because the documents can be searched again using the subject recorded in the system. The research confirms that SURADI has a crucial role in improving archive management and responsiveness in handling and archiving letters at the Lowokwaru Sub-district Office in Malang City. Keywords : efficiency; quantitative; record management; responsiveness

Abstract

The research is aimed to identify whetever or not: (1) there’s  positive and  significant effect of work performance to be job promotion; (2 )there’s positive and significant effect of employees loyalty to be job promotion; (3) there’s positive and significant effect between work performance and employee loyalty together toward job  promotion. This study used quantitative approach. The population of this research was 229 people and the total sample of this study were 70 people taken by proportional random sampling. The method of collecting data this research was used observation, questionnaires, and analysis document. The technique of analizying the data used multiple regression analysis by using SPSS version 20. The results of this research showed that:(1) there was positive and significant influence between the variables of work performance to job promotion (tcount=3.503, sign<0,05), (2 )there was positive and significant influence between employees loyalty to job promotion (tcount=3.785, sign<0,05), (3) there was positive and significant influence between work performance and employee loyalty together toward job promotion (Fcount=17.172, sign<0,05). The multiple linear regression equation is Ŷ = 16,881 + 0,475 X1 + 0,490 X2.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan (1) kinerja yang dilakukan karyawan Kantor Daerah Jebres, (2) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat kinerja karyawan kantor Daerah Jebres dalam mencapai kinerja profesional, dan (3) upaya yang dilakukan oleh karyawan dalam mencapai profesionalisme karyawan kantor Daerah. Penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari informan (Jebres Head District, Head of Public Service Section, dan karyawan), dokumen (SOP, modul profil Jebres District, Sertifikat Pelatihan, Banner Layanan), dan hasil pengamatan (performance). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling purposive dan sampel bola salju. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa (1) kinerja yang telah dilakukan hingga saat ini oleh karyawan Kantor Distrik Jebres mengacu pada tiga aspek, yaitu pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap kerja: (2) Faktor-faktor pendukung kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan kantor distrik Jebres meliputi: (a) faktor kesadaran aparat; (b) aturan di masyarakat; (c) organisasi; (d) kemampuan dan keterampilan; dan (e) fasilitas dan faktor infrastruktur. Faktor-faktor yang menghambat termasuk (a) kualitas sumber daya manusia, (b) dukungan pemerintah, dan (c) kondisi kerja; (3) upaya karyawan untuk mencapai profesionalisme untuk meningkatkan dan mengevaluasi komitmen mereka untuk bekerja untuk hasil yang baik. Lebih baik lagi, upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah, yaitu dengan menyediakan pelatihan, pengembangan karir, dan program pelatihan.Kata Kunci: kinerja; kualitatif; penghalangAbstract: This study aims to determine (1) the performance that employees of the Jebres District office have carried out, (2) the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the performance of Jebres District office employees in achieving professional performance, and (3) the efforts made by employees in achieving the professionalism of the employees of the Jebres District office. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study research type. Sources of research data were obtained from informants (Jebres District Head, Head of Public Service Section, and employees), documents (SOP, Jebres District profile modules, Training Certificates, Service Banners), and results of observations (performance). The sampling technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The results showed that (1) the performance that has been carried out so far by employees of the Jebres District office refers to three aspects, namely knowledge, skills, and work attitudes: (2) Work-supporting factors owned by employees of the Jebres District office include: (a) factors of apparatus awareness; (b) rules in the public; (c) organization; (d) capabilities and skills; and (e) facilities and infrastructure factors. The inhibiting factors include (a) the quality of personnel resources, (b) government support, and (c) working conditions; (3) the efforts made by employees to achieve professionalism to increase and evaluate their commitment to work for good results. Even better, the efforts made by the government, namely by providing training, career development, and training programs.Keywords: obstacles; performance; qualitative

Abstract

The research was to find out there is or not: 1) the influence of Entrepreneurship Skill towards Entrepreneurship Interest student at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono; 2) the influence of Perception on Employment Oppurtunity towards Entrepreneurship Interest student at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono; 3) the influence of Entrepreneurship Skill and Perception on Employment Oppurtunity towards Entrepreneurship Interest student at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This research used quantitative research with a correlational research design. The population in this research were all students of class XII Automation and Office Administration at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono which amaount to 71 students. The sample in this research taken with total sampling technique. The data collection technique used questionnaire and documentaion. The data analysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis. The result of research showed that 1) there was a significant positive influence of Entrepreneurship Skill towards Entrepreneurship Interest student at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono proved tcount > ttable (6,282 > 1,995) with significance (0,00 < 0,05); 2) there was a significant negative influence of Perception on Employment Oppurtunity towards Entrepreneurship Interest student at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono proved tcount > ttable (-2,287 > -1,995) with significance (0,025 < 0,05); 3) there was a significant positive influence of Entrepreneurship Skill and Perception on Employment Oppurtunity towards Entrepreneurship Interest student at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono proved tcount > ttable (30,335 > 3,15) with significance (0,00 < 0,05). The regression similarity of  . R Square of 47,2%. Effective contribution of entrepreneurship skill was 38,5% and effective contribution of perception on employment opportunity was 8,7%.

Hasil dari penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) pelaksanaan pelayanan sistem jemput bola meliputi prosedur pelaksanaan program pelayanan jemput bola, sarana dan prasarana program pelayanan jemput bola dan petugas pelaksana program pelayanan jemput bola, (2) hasil penelitian: a) evaluasi context menunjukkan bahwa PT BPR BKK Jateng Cabang Karanganyar sudah mempunyai pedoman dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan sistem jemput bola, sasaran yang dilayani adalah seluruh masyarakat yang berada di sekitar Kabupaten Karanganyar, b) evaluasi input menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana sudah cukup memadai, pelatihan sudah diikuti oleh seluruh pegawai pelaksanaan pelayanan jemput bola, c) evaluasi process menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pegawai sudah cukup baik dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada nasabah, sudah ada evaluasi yang dilakukan setiap bulan, terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pelayanan sistem jemput bola, d) evaluasi product menunjukkan bahwa nasabah memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi terhadap perusahaan, jumlah tabungan dan jumlah nasabah mengalami kenaikan.Kata kunci: ambil bola; CIPP; evaluasi; kualitatif Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of the ball pick-up system service and (2) the results of the CIPP (Context, input, process, product) evaluation of the ball pick-up system service. This is an evaluation research with a qualitative descriptive approach using the CIPP (Context, input, process, product) evaluation model. The results of the study are as follows: 1) the implementation of the ball pick-up system service includes the procedure for implementing the ball shuttle service program, the facilities and infrastructure of the ball pick-up service program and the implementing officers of the ball shuttle service program, (2) The results of: a) context evaluation shows that PT BPR BKK Jateng Cabang Karanganyar already has guidelines for implementing the ball pick-up system service, the targets served are all communities around Karanganyar Regency b) input evaluation shows that the facilities and infrastructure are quite adequate, training has been attended by all employees implementing the ball shuttle service, c) process evaluation shows that employee competence is good enough in providing services to customers, there is already an evaluation carried out every month there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the ball pick-up system service, d) product evaluation shows that customers have high loyalty to the company, the amount of savings and the number of customers has increased.Keywords: ball pick-up services; CIPP; evaluation; qualitative

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Ada atau tidaknya pengaruh intensitas penggunaan media online terhadap kemampuan literasi digital, ada atau tidaknya pengaruh determinasi diri terhadap kemampuan literasi digital, ada atau tidaknya pengaruh intensitas penggunaan media online dan determinasi diri terhadap kemampuan literasi digital. Bentuk penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP Universitas Sebelas Maret. Sumber data terdiri dari kuesioner tertutup dengan bentuk check list sekaligus rating scale kepada mahasiswa angkatan 2021 yang berjumlah 81 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability. Uji validitas data menggunakan korelasi product moment dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 25. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan intensitas penggunaan media online terhadap literasi digital (thitung 2,414 > ttabel  1,995). Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan determinasi diri terhadap literasi digital (thitung 4,320 > ttabel  1,995). Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama intensitas penggunaan media online dan determinasi diri terhadap literasi digital (Fhitung 10,950  >  dari Ftabel 3,11).Kata kunci :  internet;  kuantitatif; media sosial; pendidikan; teknologiAbstract: This study aims to find out Whether or not there is an influence of the intensity of online media use on digital literacy, whether or not there is an influence of self-determination on digital literacy, whether or not there is an influence on the intensity of online media use and self-determination of the digital literacy. This form of research is quantitative, using a case study. This research was conducted at the Office Administration Education Study Program FKIP Sebelas Maret University. The data source consists of a closed questionnaire in the form of a checklist and a rating scale for 81 students. The sampling technique used was non-probability. Test data validity using product moment correlation using  SPSS 25. Data analysis techniques use interactive model analysis. The results showed a positive and significant influence on the intensity of online media use on digital literacy (tcount 2,414 > ttable 1,995). There is a positive and significant influence of self-determination on digital literacy (tcount 4,320 > ttable 1,995). There is a jointly positive and significant influence on the intensity of online media use and self-determination on digital literacy (Fcount 10,950 > from Ftable 3,11).Keywords: education; internet; quantitative; social media; technology
