Abstract

Indonesia mengutamakan pembangunan ketahanan pangan sebagai pondasi bagi sektor lainnya. Ketahanan pangan dan pemenuhan gizi masyarakat merupakan salah satu indikator utama pembangunan sumber daya manusia. Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan gizi, seperti rendahnya konsumsi sayur dan buah, ketidakcukupan asupan zat gizi mikro, serta tingginya prevalensi stunting dan anemia di beberapa wilayah. Keberhasilan pemanfaatan pekarangan tidak terlepas dari berbagai faktor, seperti akses terhadap benih dan bibit unggul, pengetahuan budidaya, ketersediaan air, serta tingkat partisipasi anggota keluarga (Sulistyawati et al., 2020). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pekarangan pangan bergizi oleh masyarakat di Lembang Ke’pe’ Tinoring, menganalisis penerapan konsep pekarangan pangan bergizi dalam menunjang kebutuhan gizi masyarakat di Lembang Ke’pe’ Tinoring, Kecamatan Mengkendek, Kabupaten Tana Toraja dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan penerapan pekarangan pangan bergizi dan menemukan kendala dan solusi dalam implementasi pekarangan pangan bergizi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 70 orang anggota kelompok tani penerima program P2B dan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Variable yang diteliti meliputi penerapan konsep P2B dan pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi Masyarakat, dengan indikator luas pekarangan, keaktifan kelompok, konsumsi hasil pekarangan dan pengurangan pengeluaran pangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman anggota kelompok tani akan pemanfaatan pekarangan pangan bergizi termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan juga pemberian program yang tepat sasaran sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan yaitu dapat menunjang kebutuhan gizi keluarga

Abstract

The Effectiveness of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) on Community Welfare in North Daha District faces several issues, including limited public knowledge about the program, inaccurate targeting of recipients, misuse of funds, and community dependence on BLT. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, supported by credibility tests such as prolonged observation, increased persistence, and negative case analysis.The results show that the effectiveness of BLT in North Daha District is not yet optimal. This is seen from: (1) low public understanding of BLT, (2) lack of information and socialization from village officials, (3) inaccurate targeting, (4) BLT funds not meeting community needs, (5) delays in disbursement, (6) continuation of the program, (7) partial achievement of program objectives, (8) BLT helping communities affected by Covid-19, but (9) limited socioeconomic changes, and (10) the program having minimal impact since funds only cover basic necessities.Inhibiting factors include lack of socialization, inaccurate targeting, funds not aligned with needs, delayed disbursement, and no significant economic improvement. Efforts to address these issues include increasing program socialization and ensuring proper recipient verification.Recommendations: Village officials should enhance socialization so the community clearly understands the purpose of BLT, and improve accuracy in selecting recipients. The community is advised not to depend on BLT, to use funds wisely according to their needs, and, if possible, to start small businesses to improve economic independence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Marketing Communication Division of Astronacci International in strengthening brand presence through structured, integrated communication strategies and optimal digital media utilization. The research is based on a four–month internship program in which the author was actively involved in content production, editing video, and coordination with the team. A descriptive qualitative method was used, employing observation, interviews, internal documentation, and literature study as data collection techniques. The findings show that the implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), message consistency, the use of the SOSTAC framework, and digital media integration significantly contribute to enhancing brand visibility, forming positive public perception, and strengthening two–way engagement with audiences. This study emphasizes that optimizing marketing communication strategies is essential for maintaining competitiveness within the financial education industry.

Abstract

Academic procrastination is the intentional delay of academic tasks or responsibilities until deadlines draw near, even when individuals are aware of the negative consequences of such postponement. For final-year university students working on their thesis, high academic pressure often triggers avoidance behaviors through leisure activities, one of which is binge-watching. This study examines the relationship between binge-watching habits and academic procrastination among university students. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is a relationship between binge-watching activities and the level of academic procrastination. The participants in this study were final-year students who were actively working on their thesis at universities located in the Jakarta area. The research used a non-experimental correlational design. A total of 100 students from various universities in Jakarta were recruited using purposive sampling. The instruments used were the Binge-Watching Engagement Scale Questionnaire (BWESQ) and the Academic Procrastination Scale (APS). Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 25.0. The results of the Pearson Product-Moment correlation analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.086 with a significance value of 0.393 (p > 0.05). This indicates that there is no significant relationship between binge-watching and academic procrastination among final-year university students.

Abstract

In the current of globalization, MSMEs are increasingly developing with a variety of attractive packaged food products. However, some business actors have not yet realized the importance of including information on the packaging, especially the expiration date. The absence of this information can harm consumers because consumers do not know whether the product is still suitable for consumption. This study aims to determine the legal responsibility of MSME actors who do not include an expiration date on packaged food products. This study uses a normative juridical approach method. The results of the study show that to ensure the quality and safety of food circulating in the community, business actors are required to comply with applicable regulations, including the inclusion of product information labels, especially the expiration date. If food products are distributed without such labels, business actors can be subject to sanctions for intentional or negligent actions. Article 3 paragraph (2) of PP No. 69 of 1999 stipulates that food labels must include the expiration date, month, and year. If ignored, business actors are subject to administrative sanctions such as written warnings, distribution bans, product recalls, destruction, production cessation, a maximum fine of 50 million rupiah, and even revocation of business permits. In addition, Article 8 paragraph (1) letter g in conjunction with Article 62 paragraph (1) of Law Number 8 of 1999 states that violations of the obligation to include an expiration date can be subject to a maximum prison sentence of 5 years/a maximum fine of 2 billion rupiah as a form of legal protection for consumers.

Abstract

Digital transformation requires organizations to implement integrated and adaptive information systems capable of supporting end-to-end business processes. PT Bromindo Mekar Mitra currently utilizes several applications, such as Firecek Backoffice, Bisma, Pembukuan, Trello, and Oteem to support its operations. However, these systems operate independently (stand-alone), resulting in data duplication, reporting delays, and information inconsistencies across divisions. This condition indicates an urgent need for a strategic and structured architectural approach to achieve system integration aligned with the company’s business requirements. This study aims to design an Enterprise Architecture (EA) as a foundation for system modernization and integration using the Odoo ERP platform. The TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) framework is employed to analyze the As-Is architecture, develop the To-Be architecture, and formulate a comprehensive implementation roadmap. Data collection was conducted through interviews, business process observations, and analysis of internal documentation. The research results include integrated business, data, application, and technology architecture designs, as well as recommendations for Odoo ERP modules that align with PT Bromindo Mekar Mitra’s operational needs. The resulting EA blueprint and migration roadmap are expected to serve as strategic guidance for the company in implementing system integration in a gradual, measurable, and sustainable manner while minimizing the risks associated with ERP adoption.

Abstract

This study examines the preferences for effective leadership among prospective civil servants who participated in the 2025 Pre-Service Training (Latsar CPNS) at the Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar. Strengthening leadership competence is essential for building a professional and adaptive state apparatus, particularly among Generation Z employees who are entering government institutions during the era of rapid digital transformation. The purpose of this research is to identify how participants perceive effective leadership across five key indicators: leadership character, leader attitudes, positive leadership behaviors, negative leadership tendencies, and leadership competencies relevant to Society 5.0. This study employs a mixed-method case study design using multiple-choice questions and open-ended responses. Quantitative data were analyzed descriptively, while qualitative data were examined using the Miles and Huberman interactive model (data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing). The findings reveal that participants prefer leaders who are democratic, open, communicative, supportive, and technologically competent. Positive leadership practices are highly valued, while negative leadership behaviors such as intimidation and resistance to innovation are strongly rejected. The study concludes that effective leadership for Generation Z requires a combination of ethical character, participatory attitudes, digital competence, and the ability to empower subordinates. Recommendations emphasize the urgency of leadership development programs aligned with the demands of Society 5.0.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one of the fundamental elements in stimulating economic development, especially through job creation, increasing innovation, and strengthening national competitiveness. However, research results on the effects of entrepreneurship on economic growth are still varied and scattered across various country contexts and methodological approaches. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to systematically review the literature examining the effects of entrepreneurship on economic growth using the Systematic Literature Review (TLS) method. The review process takes place through screening reputable academic articles published in indexed national and international journals in the last decade. This screening is carried out through several steps, including identification, selection, eligibility, and inclusion based on predetermined criteria. The research results show that entrepreneurship has a positive and significant impact on economic growth, particularly through increased productivity, technological innovation, and the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Furthermore, supporting factors such as government policies, the quality of human resources, access to financing, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem also strengthen this relationship. However, a number of studies also indicate variations in the impact of entrepreneurship depending on the level of economic development and regional characteristics. The findings of this study are expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of entrepreneurship studies and become considerations for the formulation of economic policies that focus on strengthening sustainable entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This doctrinal legal research analyzes the strategic role of Notaries in preventing maladministration in General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS) through the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles and the exercise of legal counseling authority. In the context of corporate governance, maladministration in GMS often arises from procedural irregularities, lack of transparency, or non-compliance with statutory requirements, which may later lead to legal disputes. Therefore, the involvement of Notaries is crucial not only as formal legal actors but also as preventive legal safeguards. The findings indicate that, beyond their primary function as drafters of authentic deeds, Notaries play an important preventive role in detecting and preventing maladministration during the preparation and implementation of GMS. The authority to provide legal counseling under the Notary Office Act enables Notaries to guide shareholders and corporate management in understanding and complying with applicable legal norms. Through this authority, Notaries can identify deviations in GMS procedures that are inconsistent with GCG principles and the provisions of the Company Law at an early stage. In conclusion, optimizing legal counseling by Notaries, whether accompanied by the drafting of an authentic deed or not, can serve as an effective control mechanism to ensure transparent, accountable, and legally compliant GMS implementation. This preventive function significantly minimizes the potential for future corporate disputes and strengthens overall corporate governance practices.

Abstract

This literature review aims to synthesize quantitative empirical evidence from studies published between 2015 and 2025 concerning drug distribution models and logistic mechanisms implemented in Hospital Pharmacy Installations in Indonesia. The review focuses on comparing the effectiveness of the Unit Dose Dispensing system with conventional drug distribution models, namely Individual Prescribing and Floor Stock systems, while also examining the role of inventory control methods such as ABC-VEN Analysis and the Economic Order Quantity approach in improving pharmaceutical logistics performance. The findings reveal that national compliance of IFRS with established pharmaceutical care standards remains relatively low, reaching only 65.28%, indicating significant gaps in service quality and operational efficiency. Conventional distribution models are consistently associated with substantial inefficiencies, as reflected by an average inpatient drug return rate of approximately 18%, ranging from 17.11% to 19.62%. Prescription duplication emerges as the dominant contributor, accounting for 42.27% of total medication returns. Conversely, studies evaluating the implementation of the UDD system demonstrate a marked reduction in medication errors, highlighting its effectiveness in enhancing patient safety. From a financial perspective, the application of EOQ-based inventory management has shown the potential to reduce pharmaceutical inventory costs by an average of 8.21% per month, indicating meaningful improvements in cost efficiency. Overall, this review concludes that IFRS in Indonesia must progressively transition toward automated, standardized, and integrated drug distribution systems. Successful implementation requires addressing critical socio-technical challenges, including high initial investment costs, limitations in technological infrastructure, and resistance among healthcare personnel, to achieve optimal patient safety, and service quality.
