Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leader Member Exchange and Islamic work ethic on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable in Mbok Surip Bone Soft Chicken. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample in this study was 100 employees on all employees of Mbok Surip Bone Soft Chicken. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis technique with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.0 for windows. This study uses primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement uses a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability, while secondary data was obtained from company documents. The results of this study prove that (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between Leader Member Exchange and Employee Performance. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between Islamic Work Ethic and Employee Performance (3) Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (4) Islamic Work Ethic has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (5) There is a positive and significant relationship between Employee Performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (6) Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant relationship on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable, (7) Organizational Citizenship Behavior cannot mediate Islamic Work Ethic and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Educational Values ​​This article aims to explore moral education in the concept of 'Ibadur Rahman through the interpretation of Al-Azhar, so that the understanding of moral education is more varied and more comprehensive. The research approach used is library research whose data is obtained from a literature review with a theoretical and philosophical approach. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the concept of Islamic family education is contained in the letter Ali-Imran verses 33-37. In this case the researcher provides answers to the following questions: 1. How is the concept of Islamic family education in accordance with the Tafsir of Ali'Imran verses 33-37. 2. How is the implementation of millennial family education at Taman Anggun Sejahtera Housing 3 Kepuh Kemiri Village. This type of research uses qualitative research for the method used in this study, namely using analysis or analysis methods. The approach used in this study is to use a descriptive approach, which is to explain the meanings contained in each verse from the main source, namely the interpretation of Surah Ali-Imran verses 33-37 and analyze the meaning contained in secondary data sources so that the results are obtained in order to The results of the research findings show that: (1) in the concept of Islamic family education in Surah Ali-Imran verses 33-37 the results of the traveler's analysis are faith education, worship education, da'wah education and moral education. (2) the application of Islamic family education in the letter Ali-Imran verses 33-37 with current education, namely by instilling values ​​that are applied every day both in the family and in the community so that the hope is able to be used as the foundation of a strong Islamic family in a person's family.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability between the implementation of business ethics and the preparation of financial statements at the Nursyifa Pharmacy Sidoarjo with Islamic business ethics. This type of research is qualitative with a case study method, data is collected by conducting literature studies, observations and in-depth interviews with informants including owners, employees and consumers of Apotek Nursyifa who are determined using judgment techniques then the collected data is analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that Nursyifa Pharmacy implements Islamic business ethics in business activities and financial statement preparation well, although not perfectly. The imperfection of the implementation of Islamic business ethics at the Nursyifa Pharmacy Sidoarjo lies in the employee dress policy applied and the involvement of conventional banks in transactions carried out with distributors that are not in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of salary, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Bangil Religious Court office. This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 40 employees at the Bangil Religious Court office. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classical assumption test using SPSS. The primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurements used a Likert scale which were tested for validity and reliability. The result of this research is that there is a simultaneous influence between salary, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Partially, the variables of salary, work motivation and work discipline have an influence on employee performance. And work discipline is a variable that has the most significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the influence of organizational culture, leadership style and motivation on employee performance at the Bangil Religious Court. This study uses a quantitative research type, which was conducted at the Bangil Religious Court using a Likert scale. The population and sample in this study were all employees at the Bangil Religious Court as many as 42 respondents and were taken using purposive sampling method. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained through observation and distributing questionnaires to all employees which is then processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution software version 22. Data analysis techniques use data quality tests, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, regression analysis multiple linear and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, leadership style and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and a value of fcount > ftable which is 38,567.

Abstract

Learning Arabic at the Al Farisi Arabic Course Institute in Pare Kediri uses the qowa`id guide book written by Ustadz Salman Faroh as the founder of Al Farisi, and the book Al Muhadatsah wal Muhawaroh billughotil `Arobiyyah as a guide book for muhadatsah classes. Which in the implementation of Arabic language learning at the Al Farisi course institution is taught in stages according to the abilities of students and each level is taught using different materials and methods. The existence of a good learning system is an advantage that the Al Farisi Institute has. Meanwhile, what is part of the shortcomings at Al Farisi are the absence of E-learning for distance learning and the ineffective learning in online learning using Google Meet due to network constraints that do not support it.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe Arabic language learning using the book Al-Arabiyah Baina Yadaik Di Mustawa Tamhidi Di Ma'had Umar Bin Al-Khattab Putri Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. This study uses a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques in this study by carrying out observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is Miles and Huberman data analysis technique. The results showed that: Preparation before learning Arabic, namely: Preparing the Lesson Plan (RPP), opening a dictionary, preparing learning media and studying the pattern of practice questions. The process of learning Arabic, which uses a communicative method. Evaluation of Arabic learning, namely formative evaluation and summative evaluation. Supporting factors are learning media, dictionaries, preparation, motivation and google. While the inhibiting factor is that at the beginning of learning there are some students who do not have the al-arabiyah baina yadaik book, when students do not do the assignments given by the teacher, students do not bring dictionaries into the classroom while learning, and the learning audio has not been updated.

Abstract

At the beginning of the entry of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia in March 2020, it was known that 2 Indonesian citizens were exposed to the Covid-19 virus. This made the government decide to hold learning from home for all educational institutions. Thus, this study was conducted to determine student responses to learning Arabic through online. The student's response to learning Arabic through online is that students are not happy with learning Arabic through online because Arabic is a foreign language where learning is more effective face-to-face. Applications that are often used by teachers in learning Arabic through online are Zoom and Google Meet to deliver material, Quipper and Google Classroom to provide practice questions. Student learning outcomes are more effective offline learning than online learning because offline learning is easier to understand, the time is longer and the material can be explained in detail and the teacher is more flexible and more effective in delivering the material. Abstract

This study aims to find out the problems in learning Arabic through google classroom at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Taman during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses qualitative methods and uses research subjects from teachers and students of class IX at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Taman. The results showed that during the pandemic, teachers used Google Classroom more often in learning Arabic. The problem with learning Arabic through Google Classroom is that it is difficult not to see students while learning because they are not face-to-face, limited data packages, student saturation and others.
