Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin prajurit, gaya kepemimpinan, dan semangat korps terhadap kinerja prajurit di Batalyon 22 Grup 2 Kopassus. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode statistik. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 74 responden prajurit. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji t, uji F, dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R²) untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan simultan antarvariabel. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa disiplin prajurit (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja prajurit (Y) dengan thitung = 5.538 > ttabel = 1.993. Gaya kepemimpinan (X2) juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan thitung = 7.388 > 1.993, begitu pula semangat korps (X3) dengan thitung = 5.538 > 1.993. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja prajurit, dibuktikan dengan Fhitung = 63.344 > Ftabel = 2.75 dan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. Nilai R Square sebesar 0.468 menunjukkan bahwa 46,8% variasi kinerja prajurit dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sedangkan 53,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Communication and Discipline have on the Performance of Employees at Jatisampurna Hospital Bekasi. Good Communication and Discipline are predicted to be variables that can continue to improve employee performance. The purpose of the author in conducting this study was to determine and analyze communication, discipline and employee performance and the magnitude of the influence of communication and discipline on the performance of employees at Jatisampurna Hospital Bekasi, both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this study is a method with a descriptive and verification approach. The sample in this study were 36 employees at Jatisampurna Hospital Bekasi. The data in this study are primary data, where the data was obtained from respondents' answers to the questionnaire that the author distributed. The results of the data analysis that the author has done, it was found that there is an influence of communication and discipline on the performance of employees at Jatisampurna Hospital Bekasi. both partially and simultaneously. Employee performance is influenced by communication and discipline variables by 70.5% and the remaining 25.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial planning and realization on budget effectiveness at Class D Jatisampurna Regional General Hospital. The background of this study is based on the importance of financial planning and realization in increasing budget effectiveness at Class D Jatisampurna Regional General Hospital. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a survey method, a research method that involves data collection, analysis, and interpretation that will be used for the study. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of financial planning and realization on budget effectiveness at Class D Jatisampurna Regional General Hospital both simultaneously and partially, the magnitude of the influence is able to explain the dependent variable by 42.2%; the remaining 57.8% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of good corporate governance (GCG) and sales growth on financial performance and firm value, including the role of financial performance as a mediating variable. The method used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 29. The results show that GCG and sales growth have a significant effect on financial performance with a contribution of 11.2%. Furthermore, GCG and sales growth also have a significant effect on firm value, while financial performance has no significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, the three independent variables contribute 22.3% to firm value, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of coordination and work effectiveness on employee productivity at PT Unilever Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive and associative types, with a sample of 70 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis used SPSS version 29. The results of the study indicate that coordination has a significant effect on employee work productivity, as well as work effectiveness also has a significant effect on work productivity. In addition, coordination and work effectiveness simultaneously have been shown to have a significant effect on employee work productivity. These results confirm that improving coordination and work effectiveness is necessary to boost employee productivity.

Abstract

Effective utilization of human resources is key to organizational sustainability. This study examines the HR development strategy at PT. Eraguna Bumi Nusa, Jambi City Branch, to improve employee performance through increased competency and work culture mediated by work motivation. The analysis uses an HR management framework with a cross-sectional approach to 36 respondents through a multilevel regression test. The method used in this study uses a quantitative method with statistical calculation techniques. The results show that competency and work culture have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, which in turn improves employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of perceptions of training outcomes, the level of product knowledge comprehension, and work motivation on the performance of security personnel at PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta (Perseroda). The study employed a quantitative approach. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling using an accidental sampling method. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 210 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, while the data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis reveal that, partially, the perception of training outcomes has a positive and significant effect on the performance of security personnel. A similar finding was observed for product knowledge comprehension and work motivation, both of which demonstrated a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables—perceptions of training outcomes, product knowledge comprehension, and work motivation—also exert a significant effect on the performance of security personnel at PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta (Perseroda).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Professional Competence of Teachers and Education Personnel Services on the Learning Motivation of Students in the 1-Year Education Program at LPP Ariyanti Bandung. Professional competence of teachers is very important for the high and low learning motivation of students. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population of this study was 110 Students in the 1-Year Education Program at LPP Ariyanti Bandung, while the sample in this study was 52 Students in the 1-Year Education Program at LPP Ariyanti Bandung. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, it can be concluded that professional competence of teachers and education personnel services have an effect on the learning motivation of Students in the 1-Year Education Program at LPP Ariyanti Bandung by 59.7% while the remaining 40.3% is influenced by other variables. And the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive, so it can be interpreted that the higher the professional competence of teachers, the higher the learning motivation of students. Likewise, the higher the service of education personnel, the higher the learning motivation of students

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate and work motivation on employee performance at the Planning and Organization Bureau of the General Election Commission of the Republic of Indonesia. The phenomenon underlying this study is the discovery of employees with suboptimal performance levels. In this study the author used quantitative research. The population in this study was 86 employees of the Planning and Organization Bureau of the General Election Commission of the Republic of Indonesia. In this study the author used a saturated sampling technique found in Non-Probability Sampling, a total of 86 employees. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program version 20. The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the influence of organizational climate and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study emphasizes the importance of the internal work atmosphere and providing motivation as a strategy to improve performance.

Abstract

Permasalahan petani cabai di Kabupaten Timur Tengah Utara rendahnya pengetahuan tentang strategi pemasaran modern menjadi kendala, karena banyak petani masih menggunakan cara-cara konvensional dalam memasarkan produk mereka. Fluktuasi harga sering kali tidak stabil, mengakibatkan pendapatan petani menurun, rendahnya pendapatan menjadi salah satu penyebab kemiskinan di daerah tersebut. Penelitian berfokus dalam menganalisis strategi pemasaran penjualan Petani Cabai di Kabupaten Timur Tengah Utara guna menemukan alternatif strategi pemasaran pada permasalahan yang dihadapi. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang berupaya dalam mendeskripsikan permasalahan serta menguraikan informasi yang didapat selama proses penelitian. Alat analisis penelitian menggunakan Analisis SWOT dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi faktor internal strength (kekuatan) dan weakness (kelemahan) dan faktor eksternal opportunity (peluang) dan threats (ancaman). Kebaharuan penelitian berfokus pada pemasaran cabai di Kabupaten TTU, daerah yang jarang diteliti. Selain melihat teknik pemasaran, penelitian ini juga memperhatikan kondisi dan kebutuhan petani secara langsung, sehingga strategi yang dihasilkan lebih sesuai dan membantu meningkatkan penjualan serta kesejahteraan petani secara nyata dan berkelanjutan.
