Abstract

Analysis of differences in the income of street vendors during the pandemic and after the Covid-19 pandemic was analyzed using the paired sample t test method using the SPSS 27 for Windows program. Data analysis was carried out in two stages, first as a requirement to perform paired sample t test analysis. The second is to test the research hypothesis, for the analysis requirements in the form of a data normality test, the data normality test uses the One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test. All parametric assumption tests were performed at a significance value of 5%. The results of the analysis in this study show that the total production during the Covid-19 pandemic was 2,876 units/day. Meanwhile, the post-pandemic production amounted to 6,068 units/day. Total income during the Covid-19 pandemic was IDR 122,591,634/month. Meanwhile, the total income after the Covid-19 pandemic was IDR 396,852,124/month. After testing using the SPSS-27 program, it shows that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < α = 0.05. Then reject the hypothesis H0 and accept the hypothesis H1. Thus, statistically there is a significant difference in the income of street vendors in Yahim Village, Yabansai District, Jayapura City during the pandemic and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This means that street vendors' income has increased after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research examines the revival of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia facing the COVID-19 pandemic. This pandemic presents major challenges and is a catalyst for unprecedented change in the SME sector. This article aims to identify and analyze the main factors that play a role in the resilience and growth of Indonesian SMEs during and after the pandemic. Through a mixed methods approach, utilizing quantitative data and qualitative interviews, this research reveals that digital transformation, government stimulus, and community solidarity play an important role. The research results show that SMEs that use digital marketing show good adaptability and growth, and benefit from the shift in consumer behavior to online platforms. The Indonesian government's fiscal support by assisting struggling SMEs, enables business continuity and recovery from the impact of the pandemic. Additionally, the role of community-based initiatives in fostering collective resilience is also a unique aspect of the business landscape in Indonesia. The study concludes with policy recommendations to maintain the growth and resilience of SMEs, emphasizing the importance of digital inclusion, easy access to financial institutions, and community support networks. The impact of this research is significant for policymakers, business leaders, and community developers aiming to protect the SME sector from future crises.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important component in the success of a company (Dessler, G., 2019).Therefore, managing and maintaining human resources is the most important key for companies to achieve their goals with various challenges in managing human resources and increasingly dynamic business dynamics (Wynne et al., 2021).New challenges after the Covid-19 pandemic and the Millennial Generation and Generation Z who are entering productive age are expected to contribute positively to the nation's progress due to the composition and dominance of the largest population. However, the reality is contrary to these estimates. where the number of millennials and some generation z who enter productive age is increasing and has dominated many jobs and is followed by an increase in turnover rates. High turnover rates exceeding the global average of 13% make organisations required to continue to improve. This study investigate the role of flexible work arrangements, Job Embeddedness and Work Life Balance in suppressing turnover intention in the millennial generation and generation Z in a finance company at the Jakarta headquarters. This research is quantitative research with Non probability. The questionnaire was distributed to employees at the headquarter multifinance company in Jakarta with 280 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. The results in this research indicate that Flexible work arrangement (FWA) has a significant negative impact on turnover intention. Flexible work arrangement has a significant positive impact on job embeddedness and work-life balance.Flexible Work Arragement (FWA) has a significant negative impact on Turnover intention which is partially intervening by job embeddedness and work-life balance.

Abstract

This study aims to design a pork supply chain risk management model. This model is composed of four main models, namely; (1) risk identification model, (2) risk assessment model, (3) risk mitigation model and (4) pork price calculation model at the farm level by incorporating risk factors. Model 1, risk identification is divided into two sub-models, namely the supply chain risk mapping model in each supply chain network and the risk mapping model in pork delivery activities. Model 2, the risk assessment model, is divided into three sub-models, namely the risk measurement model, the risk relationship chain model and the risk performance model.  Furthermore, model 3, namely risk mitigation is determined based on risk evaluation and risk consequences of the risk relationship chain that has the highest risk magnitude. While model 4, designs a risk assessment system and calculates the price of pork at the risk-based farm level.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic during the 2020's has led to the rapid growth of e-commerce in recent years, which has necessitated a greater understanding of the factors that contribute to customer satisfaction in the online context. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between key factors and customer satisfaction in Lazada. The online survey was carried out to collect data and information from 100 respondents. In this study, five independent variables (efficiency, reliability, assurance, responsibility, and security) are investigated. The results indicate assurance and responsibility have a significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction whereas efficiency has a significant and negative impact on customer satisfaction. This study aligns with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), such as decent work and economic growth (SDG 8), as well as responsible consumption and production (SDG 12). In conclusion, this study contributes to the existing literature on e-commerce by providing empirical evidence on the impact of e-marketing strategies on customer satisfaction.
