Abstract

This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of brand preference research to map its intellectual structure, key contributors, and thematic evolution. Using 696 documents retrieved from the Scopus database covering the period 2015–2024, co-occurrence and citation analyses were employed to identify dominant themes and influential research patterns. The findings reveal that while publication volume has steadily increased, citation accumulation for newer studies remains gradual. Conceptual mapping identifies four major research clusters: Brand Loyalty, Consumer Branding, Youth Marketing, and Brand Strategy. Among these, Consumer Branding emerges as the most dynamic and impactful cluster, characterized by high citation rates and contemporary relevance, while Brand Loyalty and Youth Marketing show thematic stagnation. The United States leads research productivity and impact, followed by growing contributions from India and China. The results suggest that brand preference research is shifting toward consumer-centered and technology-driven models. Future studies should adopt interdisciplinary approaches, integrating sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and digital transformation to maintain academic relevance and address evolving market dynamics.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the investment interest behavior and financial literacy level of the poor in Gorontalo Province. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method combined with field interviews as a form of direct observation to strengthen the theoretical study. The results of the author's research show that the investment behavior and interest as well as the level of financial literacy of the poor in Gorontalo Province are still classified as low to moderate. People tend to choose traditional investments that are easy to understand and community-based, but are less able to optimally increase asset value. Low understanding of modern investment products and weak financial management causes people to be trapped in a subsistence economy. Therefore, poverty alleviation efforts need to be accompanied by an increase in financial literacy that is contextual, community-based, and supported by policies and strengthening of local microfinance institutions so that investment can become a tool for long-term economic empowerment

Abstract

Human resources (HR) and artificial intelligence (AI) have been the subject of numerous studies. This study looks at how the development of artificial intelligence and improvements in the oil sector affect human resource management. AI may be used by human resources (HR) professionals in recruiting and employee evaluations. By polling 200 HR experts from various Libyan oil businesses, the study aims to ascertain if the inventiveness and usability of HR operations influence the interaction between artificial intelligence and human resource functions in the Libyan oil sector. The hypothesis that these two variables are positively correlated was tested using multiple regression analysis. The results showed a relationship between better HR functional performance and a rise in the use of AI in the workplace. There is evidence, meanwhile, that artificial intelligence (AI) affects human resources in innovation and convenience. AI's utility and innovativeness are closely tied.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia's food sector play a strategic role in economic development through employment, community empowerment, and food supply. However, food safety remains a major challenge due to profit-oriented practices, limited knowledge, weak supervision, and financial constraints. This study aims to examine the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) as a management intervention to improve MSME performance, competitiveness, and sustainability. The research was conducted over four months on a developing MSME in Lampung, Indonesia CV Cucurutuku Ceria which received support from the Netherlands-based Programma Uitzending Managers (PUM). GMP evaluation referred to Ministry of Industry Regulation No. 75 of 2010, starting with an initial assessment followed by consistency monitoring. Barriers to implementation were analyzed using the root cause analysis method, specifically the why-why technique. The results show that GMP compliance increased from 66% to 98% within three months, supported by management commitment, external funding, and problem-solving strategies. This study concludes that GMP can be effectively implemented in MSMEs with structured guidance, external collaboration, and consistent evaluation, contributing to improved food safety standards and business sustainability.

Abstract

This qualitative case study examines the organizational resource capability of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) in conducting financial audits in Takalar Regency, Indonesia. The research focuses on analyzing APIP's resources, including routine combinations, specific objectives, non-tradability, and organizational strategy. Data was collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that APIP Takalar Regency has a structured auditor competency level, systematic work mechanisms, quality-focused auditor recruitment, and continuous competency development. However, challenges exist in auditor shortages and maintaining independence with local auditors. Achieving audit objectives requires support and commitment from supervisors and Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). Efforts to maintain auditor integrity, independence and objectivity include higher allowance policies and a code of ethics. However, APIP's position under the Regent poses dilemmas in reporting potentially unfavorable audit results. APIP's organizational strategy is based on HR development, key performance indicators, HR improvement budgets, and auditor training programs. Increasing APIP's capability level is a key objective

Abstract

Coffee is one of Indonesia’s top plantation export commodities and plays a vital role in the national economy. Organic coffee is growing steadily due to its added value, particularly its high antioxidant content and unique flavor. With increasing domestic coffee consumption, demand for organic coffee is also rising. Consumer preferences represent their desires and expectations for a product and help guide marketing strategies. This study analyzes consumer preferences and satisfaction toward organic coffee using conjoint analysis. The findings show that most organic coffee consumers are women (60%), aged 19–32 years (89.6%), unmarried (81.2%), hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree (64%), work in the private sector (26.8%), and earn between Rp1,000,000–3,000,000 (43.6%) or more than Rp3,000,000 (34.8%). Consumers choose organic coffee based on personal preference, especially cappuccino or latte flavors, and make purchases as needed without external influence. Consumers are generally satisfied, prioritizing taste and quality. Despite price increases, they remain loyal due to quality, flavor, and health benefits. Preferred attributes include a slightly sweet taste, smooth texture, dark brown color, strong aroma, affordable price, and easy availability.
