Abstract

Retail store at Manado city from year 1990 to 2017 facing fascinating development. The competition between them obviously forced to make excellent strategy. Cutting price, interesting layout, excellent and unique services are the examples of marketing strategy could conduct by retail store. The successful retail store has to fulfill the need of consumer such as served with high quality product, compete price, services and other promotion. Meanwhile, location and another facilities retail store has also to be aware. Unsatisfied consumer will make negative effect on moving consumer to other store who served better services. If the situation continues the store will facing decreasing sales and profit. Hence, to prevent that loss, retail store has to create loyal consumer. This research tried to examine marketing mix on consumer intention to buy at Alfa Mart at Manado City. The analysis data used path analysis. The respondent is Alfa mart consumer, reached by accidental sampling. The number of samples is 161 data. The result of study was all the marketing mix variable such as product, price, place and promotion significant influenced on consumer intention to buy. Abstract

The Nawacita program, which is contained in National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), must be supported and realized by local governments, both Provinces and Cities / Regencies, since Nawacita is a national agenda for a more advanced, just and prosperous Indonesia. All policies issued by the Central Government must be supported by the Regional Government in implementing its vision and mission, must be able to go hand in hand with the Nawacita program to achieve national goals. The appropriate method used for this research is descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Cianjur Regency is a regency in West Java province and not too far from Jakarta as the capital and centre of Indonesian government. To implement the Nawacita program in Cianjur Regency, local governments are obliged to optimize the performance of institutions, all government processes are intended to serve all interested parties and good governance should bridge different interests for the development and achievement of national goals.

Abstract

Earnings management is an intervention activity with certain objectives in the external financial reporting process, to obtain several benefits. This study aims to analyze earnings management at PT. Berkah Mulia Beton Deli Serdang by using solvency ratios and profitability ratios for the period 2016-2017. The profit management proxy in this study uses discretionary accruals. While the solvency ratio is measured using debt to total asset ratio (DAR) and debt to equity ratio (DER), and the profitability ratio is measured using return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). This study uses quantitative data, data collection techniques using documentation techniques and data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis based on time series methods. The results of the study concluded that PT Mulia Beton Deli Serdang practices earnings management with income, decreasing using the big bath strategy with the first in, first out (FIFO) inventory recording method, and the double declining method for depreciating fixed assets office and factory. Where the solvency and profitability of the company motivates management to practice earnings management.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior on performance employees. The method used in this research is a survey method by taking samples of 70. These respondents are taken by using non-probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique. The type of study used in this research is descriptive and verificative survey with multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are the level of perceived organizational support is good, as well as the level of organizational citizenship behavior and performance are good. The hypothesis testing shows that perceived organizational support partially has a positive and significant effect on performance, and organizational citizenship behavior partially has a positive and significant effect on performance. Whereas perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior affect performance simultaneously. The variable that most influences performance is perceived organizational support. The study concludes that perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior are two important predictors to build employee performance. This is useful for the company in building performance by increasing perceived organizational support and good organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Perceived Organizational Support, Performance.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the supply chain system inside Baba Rafi's logistics. The purpose of the paper is to create an example of franchises supply chain management framework which is useable to the same type of industry. The research is a qualitative descriptive. Our methods to gain qualitative data are from interviews and questionnaire from Baba Rafi’s Outlets on the city of Malang, Indonesia. Another secondary data are gained from journals, reports, and also articles.The outcome of the research is to analyse the aspectsthat affect the supply chain management of Baba Rafi’s. Abstract

The continuity of a country’s Drug NRA as a PIC/S member is determined by GMP Guideline that recognized in member country should equivalent with PIC/S GMP Guideline. GMP Guideline for TM / CPOTB currently enforced in Indonesia and harmonized with PIC/S is the 2021 edition. Indonesian FDA identified that there are significant gaps between GMP Guideline for TM 2021 edition compare to previous edition, as well as varied implementation capability in IOT and IEBA causing future uncertainties for Indonesian FDA in enforcing the guideline. To develop the strategy for Indonesian FDA to face future uncertainties, a scenario planning approach is utilized. The key focal issue of this research is how the Indonesian FDA enforced the implementation of the 2021 edition of the GMP Guidelines for TM to IOT and IEBA in the next 5 years. There are 13 driving forces that have been identified and 2 of them, which are free trade and government policy, identified as critical uncertainties. Scenarios are generated in 2x2 matrix that developed from critical uncertainties. Implications and options are defined for each scenario and challenge the Indonesian FDA to perform actions in order to plan strategies to face uncertainties in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to know the model of the arrangement for street vendors in culinary field with the aim to realize spatial function in Bengkayang district. So, it can increase the compatibility of doing activities among street vendors, so it is more directed and orderly. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The research site is located in Bengakayang Regency. The research object is the street vendors. The information obtained comes from through the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are the effectiveness of structuring and fostering street vendors in Bengkayang Regency, Bengkayang Subdistrict highly dependent on four main elements namely, location of trading, trading time, trading physical facilities and types of merchandise, and patterns of distribution of street vendors and street vendors service patterns. This will make it easier for local governments to organize and regulate street vendors who are scattered in Bengkayang regency.

Abstract

E-health through the mobile application is an emerging technology that could disrupted health care industry chain from the traditional way. This e-health apps in mobile device provides more accessible and convenient health-related services while offers social economic values as well. however the market potential have not followed yet by the representative of e-health apps penetration while the study on how this technology adopted among customer were limited. This study aims to investigate the customer behaviour in regard of customer adoption intention of the e-health app. This study focuses on identifying the influential factors of customer adoption based on unified theory of adoption and use of technology (UTAUT 2) with diffusion of innovation (DOI) frame work added by perceived security and price promotion variable. The study empirically tested to 160 eligible samples who have been used the two most downloaded health service apps in Indonesia. The primary data were collected by online survey through Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed by SEM PLS. The result indicate that key factors in customer adoption are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, price value and price promotion which shown significant effect, while the rest factors were discussed. This study offers insights for e-health apps developers on how to optimally design and promote the apps product by consider customer adoption process which would convert to their intention to recommend. Abstract

Education in Indonesia from elementary to college has experienced a change in the learning process caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, one of them is learning in the field of music, which was originally offline and later because of this pandemic learning was carried out online. The government's policy is to carry out all activities at home, in order to cut the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, which is a tough test for music educators. These changes occur because of the community's efforts to adapt to new needs, conditions, and conditions that arise in line with the growth of society. Not finished with the issue of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, now people are faced with back with the issue of society 5.0, objects and all existing social orders integrated with the virtual world. The purpose of this research to determine continuity of music education during the Covid-19 pandemic in the era of the Society 5.0. The method used is literature review, namely using various sources of reference both from research results and from the thoughts of other authors. The results of this conceptual research are expected to provide local wisdom values because music is one of the important elements for society in facing a changing era.

Abstract

Financial Literacy is a very broad concept. This study uses three dimensions of financial literacy, namely financial knowledge, financial behavioral and financial attitude. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial, and financial behavioral attitude towards investment decision on entrepreneurs in Bali. Collecting data with a questionnaire on investors who are members of the Komunitas Bisnis Tangan Di Atas (TDA) Bali, a total of 50 people as samples. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling with an accidental sampling approach. The regression results show (1) financial knowledge does not affect investment decision making, (2) financial behavior does not affect investment decision making, (3) financial attitude has a positive effect on investment decision making
