Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of webinar activities which since the Covid-19 pandemic have become increasingly popular among many groups. The research method used was Pre-Experimental with a one group pretest posttest design. The treatment provided is in the form of a webinar activity via Zoom Meeting. The population of this research is Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. The research sample was taken using a quota sampling technique of 30 people who met certain criteria. The primary data is in the form of test results given before and after the webinar activity given to the sample. The research analysis is descriptive and inferential analysis using Paired Samples T-Test. The results of the paired difference test show that there is a significance value of p=0.000 (p<0.05), meaning that there is a significant difference between before and after treatment. This shows that there was an increase in knowledge after the teachers participated in the webinar activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the curriculum of Islamic cultural history subjects class VII MTs Al Imam Cikembar Sukabumi. This research uses a qualitative approach and a literature study method. Based on the results of the discussion, the curriculum of the Islamic Cultural History class VII MTs from the aspect of purpose is in accordance with the objectives of MTs nationally, but is not in accordance with the objectives of the MTs Al-Imam institution which emphasizes more on developing the potential of students individually only. In the aspect of teaching materials, the scope of the subject of Islamic Cultural History class VII MTs is the same as the scope of the subject of Islamic Cultural History of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. In the sequence of teaching materials of SKI class VII MTs is ideal, according to the facts, there is no continuity of teaching material, what happens is the deepening of the teaching material. Mayoritas, keseimbangan dalam aspek isi sudah ideal. In the majority, the balance in the content aspect is already ideal. From the syllabus, it reads that learning strategies tend to be monotonous and still teacher centers. Meanwhile, in the assessment aspect, teachers include all types of assessments.

Abstract

The background of the problem research on elementary school Pasirhaur West Bandung is the lack of absorptive capacity of students in Islamic education, as evidenced by the results of the evaluation study were on average under the minimum completeness criteria (MCC). This fact illustrates that Islamic religious education (IRE) teacher as the person most responsible for organizing the learning process in the classroom has not managed optimally. Contributing factor less than the maximum use of time and learning strategy, then it needs to be implemented for the management of planning , organizing , implementation and evaluation of IRE teachers to improve student achievement . Through cooperative learning with two main components is the components of cooperative tasks and components of cooperative incentive structure. Cooperative tasks related to things that cause members to cooperate in completing the task group, whereas the incentive structure of cooperative is something motivating people to work together to achieve group goals. IRE teacher’s of planning management indicated by the functioning of the planning as outlined in the work program in the form of an annual program and the promissory note. Management organization which means IRE teachers in managing learning in the classroom, teacher management implementation shown by the efforts of teachers to use innovative teaching methods (cooperative learning). Management evaluation with conducting the assessment at the end of learning, midterm and final exams. Efforts made in the face of obstacles improving student achievement through discussion forums, discussions both schools under the leadership of the principal and in the forum Events Job Teacher IRE, and actively participate in competitions IRE from the district level to the district level. IRE 's goal-oriented management practices on improving student achievement and professionalism of teachers that have an impact on the quality of education.

Abstract

Islamic pharmaceutical and healthcare services represent an innovative approach that integrates Islamic ethical values, such as justice, halal compliance, and patient satisfaction, into clinical practice. However, the application of these values faces challenges, including public knowledge gaps, insufficient training for healthcare professionals, and the lack of unified practice standards. This study employs a systematic review method to analyze relevant literature from the past decade. Literature searches were conducted using PubMed and Google Scholar with keywords such as "Islamic values in clinical pharmacy," "halal pharmaceuticals," and "maqasid shariah in healthcare." Articles meeting inclusion criteria were evaluated following PRISMA guidelines and analyzed qualitatively to identify key findings and research gaps. After the selection process, six articles met the inclusion criteria.. The findings reveal that integrating Islamic values, such as halal pharmaceuticals, Islamic ethics, and sharia-based facilities, significantly contributes to improving pharmaceutical service quality, patient satisfaction, and loyalty among Muslim patients. However, implementation remains constrained by a lack of healthcare professional training, minimal regulations, and incomplete societal perceptions. This review highlights the importance of developing an integrated framework, enhancing public and professional education, and fostering cross-professional collaboration to support the integration of Islamic values in healthcare services. This approach holds great potential to enhance service quality, patient satisfaction, and loyalty while serving as an innovative model for universal healthcare services.

Abstract

This study aims to measure job satisfaction and employee performance at PT My Republic Jakarta and analyze the impact of job satisfaction on employee performance using a quantitative approach. Primary data was collected through questionnaires with 100 respondents, while secondary data was obtained from documentation, journals, and other sources. The research results indicate that job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.303 and a significance level of < 0.05. This study used quantitative methods to gather primary data related to job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, secondary data was obtained from company archives provided by the director or owner, including the organizational structure, employee data, and job descriptions. The findings show that job satisfaction levels vary among employees and that job satisfaction positively influences employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the relationship between the technopreneurial leadership style of madrasah heads and the rate of technology adoption in MTs Negeri Bogor City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, which involves 68 respondents consisting of school principals, teachers, and teaching staff. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured two main variables, namely technopreneurial leadership style and technology adoption rate, and analyzed using the SPSS version 26 application. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between the two variables with a correlation coefficient value of 0.805 (p < 0.01). In addition, the rate of technology adoption in MTs Negeri Bogor City was recorded at 79%, which shows that technology adoption is influenced by the leadership of madrasah heads in managing technological innovation. Although the technology adoption rate is relatively good, the study also finds challenges related to adequate technology facilities and training. Therefore, it is recommended to pay more attention to the provision of adequate technology facilities and continuous training to support the increase in technology adoption in the madrasah environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational support on the innovative work behavior of MA teachers in Tenjolaya District, Bogor. This type of research is quantitative, with a survey method. The research subjects were 38 respondents taken using non-probability sampling techniques, namely saturated sampling, where the entire population was used as the research sample. Data was collected using a questionnaire containing answers determined by the researcher so that respondents could only choose one appropriate answer. The questionnaire in this study contains various positive and negative statements, with the measurement scale used in the questionnaire being a Likert scale with five alternative answers. The questionnaire for the innovative work behavior variable contains 40 items, and the questionnaire for the organizational support variable contains 42 items, which were tested for validity using a test Pearson product-moment and tested for reliability using Cronbach’s alpha, so that valid and reliable statement items were obtained for the innovative work behavior variable, namely 27 items, and the organizational support variable, namely 28 items. The data analysis technique is inferential statistics with a simple regression test assisted by SPSS version 26. To determine the influence of organizational support variables (X) on innovative work behavior (Y). The research results show an influence of organizational support on teachers’ innovative work behavior, with a significance value of 0,002 < 0,05. In addition, an R square value = 0,245, or equal to 24,5%, is obtained. So it can be interpreted that the organizational support variable (X) influences innovative work behavior (Y) by 24,5%. Therefore, to increase teachers’ innovative work behavior, it is hoped that each school can improve the provision of organizational support for teachers.

Abstract

The integrative learning approach at SD Wahdah Islamic School 03 Makassar combines several disciplines, such as Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and science, to provide students with a holistic understanding relevant to everyday life. This research is qualitative in nature, utilizing a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique involves data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity is checked through source and method triangulation. The research findings indicate that (1) The planning of integrative learning between science and the Qur'an at SD Wahdah Islamic School 03 Makassar begins with work meetings and the preparation of teaching materials. This planning is grounded in theoretical, philosophical, legal, and Islamic educational foundations, providing a strong basis for its implementation. (2) The integrative learning of science and the Qur'an at SD Wahdah Islamic School 03 Makassar is conducted with a balanced time allocation between religious and scientific subjects. (3) The evaluation of integrative learning between science and the Qur'an is carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal and analyze the teacher's efforts in instilling student discipline and independence at MA Bustanul 'Ulum Jayasakti. This research is motivated by the problem of low levels of student discipline and independence which is a challenge for teachers in shaping student character in a pesantren environment. A qualitative approach with the type of field research was chosen because it allows in-depth exploration of social phenomena that cannot be quantified, including processes, events, and authenticity of data. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively to understand the patterns and strategies applied by teachers in shaping students' disciplinary and independent characters. The findings show that teachers play a central role through the implementation of clear rules, rewards and sanctions, individual guidance, and active communication with parents. Restorative approaches and character education are also applied to help students understand and correct mistakes. This research contributes to understanding character education strategies in pesantren-based educational institutions and provides recommendations for the development of more comprehensive learning models. The findings are relevant to support improving the quality of character education in the modern era.

Abstract

This research focuses on the analysis of Islamic spiritual extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 13 Semarang, exploring their role in shaping students' religious character, tolerance, and social harmony. The main purpose of this article is to evaluate how these extracurricular activities contribute to the internalization of religious moderation, particularly in a pluralistic society like Indonesia. The research is motivated by the growing importance of fostering tolerance and preventing radicalism through educational programs. The study employs qualitative methods, including observation, interviews with teachers, and document analysis of extracurricular activities. The hypothesis is that Islamic spiritual extracurriculars enhance students' religious understanding and promote interfaith cooperation. The findings reveal that activities such as weekly religious studies (ta‘lim/kiss), community services like mosque cleaning, and interfaith charity work significantly improve students' understanding of moderation, tolerance, and social responsibility. Furthermore, these activities contribute to a positive school culture that strengthens unity among students of different religious backgrounds. This research contributes to the broader field of education by demonstrating how extracurricular programs can be effectively used to promote religious moderation and prevent radicalization. In conclusion, the study emphasizes the vital role of extracurricular activities in fostering a balanced and tolerant mindset among students, making a significant contribution to peace-building and social harmony in schools.
