Abstract

This research examines the social impacts that arise from the Friday blessing alms program at the Al Badr Nogosari Mosque. This program is actually commonly implemented in mosques today. Almsgiving has been a popular practice for Muslims from the past until now. However, there is something interesting that the author saw with the distribution of Friday alms at the Al Badr Nogosari Boyolali mosque which may not be found in other mosques. The aim of this research is to find out in more depth about the social impact that arises from the distribution of blessed Friday alms at the Al Badr Mosque in Nogosari Boyolali. descriptive qualitative approach method, type of case study. This type of case study is research that focuses on just one selected problem and wants to be understood in depth, ignoring other incidents. The research results show that Friday blessing alms will have a vertical and horizontal impact. Vertically, the giver of alms will feel directly that he feels close to Allah, close to good and far from evil. Horizontally, he will be close to society and loved by people. The social impact for the recipients of alms benefits is that it will produce happiness hormones (endorphins). People who receive alms are like getting new nutrition from gifts from other people. So that a positive effect appears with enthusiasm for life. Meanwhile, the negative impact for alms recipients is the emergence of a greedy spirit. The emergence of gluttony and covetousness is due to a lack of understanding of the importance of people taking care and restraint in matters of food. It is hoped that the results of this research will be a stepping stone for mosque administrators to provide education for the congregation to be more polite and careful when it comes to food.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of the Qur'anic verse qaulan ma'rufan in the habituation of good manners and adab every day when speaking in accordance with the Qur'an and sunnah. The aim is to observe the learning process in its application. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The implementation of qaulan ma'rufan verse in the habituation of good manners and adab in Kuttab Al Husnayain Surakarta is able to be one of the solutions in fortifying children from despicable manners, especially when speaking. This is also one of the resident programs of the vision and mission of Kuttab Al Husanayain Surakarta which expects the emergence of a qur'ani generation with qur'ani morals, with the provision of the Qur'an and sunnah as well as religious knowledge and the arrangement of the heart and akhlaq guided in piety.

Abstract

This study describes the changes and dilemmas faced by the Pegon script, a traditional Javanese writing system, in facing the modern era. The main focus of this research is on the transformation of the Pegon script, its use, maintenance, and impact on Javanese cultural heritage. In the method steps, this research carried out identification and selection of literature as well as evaluating the credibility of relevant information sources. An in-depth analysis was carried out on changes in the Pegon script, both from a linguistic and aesthetic perspective, taking into account the influence of technology and modernization. This research also highlights the social and cultural impact of using the Pegon script in the modern era. By paying attention to people's attitudes towards these changes, this study aims to provide a holistic picture of the evolution of the Pegon script and its consequences for local cultural identity and heritage. In addition, this research explores the link between changes in the Pegon script and the education sector, considering the implications for the curriculum and cultural preservation efforts. It is hoped that the results of this literature review will provide in-depth insight into the dilemmas faced by the Pegon script in facing the flow of modernization. The conclusions drawn from this study can provide a basis for developing policies, educational strategies, and cultural preservation efforts to maintain the sustainability and relevance of the Pegon script in the context of modern society.

Abstract

Understanding the differences is not something easy. To do so requires a spaciousness of heart in understanding the difference. If the difference is only due to physical factors, then it is still easy to understand. However, if the difference is related to religious beliefs and beliefs, it is certainly not easy. How should one understand that there are beliefs that he considers to be heretical or forbidden teachings and that these teachings must be tolerated because of human factors. Religion has always taught absolute truths that cannot be negotiable. Every religion teaches about that absolute truth. The truth of Islam is absolute. So are other religions. So when each religion teaches absolute truth, it is very likely that conflicts will occur due to the absolution of the teachings of their respective religions. To understand the difference, there is only one fundamental thing, namely that man was created by Allah Almighty. in diversity. Understanding differences thus does not mean putting these differences in a container and melting into one, but there are still differences, we must realize that differences are not to be eliminated but used as partners to strengthen each other. So by understanding that differences do not have to be eliminated, then we have actually worked to understand those differences and make them a strength to work together.

Abstract

The Indonesian is multicultural country. It’s diversity includes differences in culture, religion, race, language, ethnicity, tradition and others. In a such multicultural society, there are frequent tensions and conflicts among cultural groups and have impacts on harmony in life. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the diversity of Indonesian culture, its religious moderation in the diversity and role of religious educators in realizing Indonesian national peace. The method used is a library research. The conclusion of this study is that multicultural life requires multicultural understanding and awareness that respects diversity, and willingness to interact with anyone fairly. A religious attitude of moderation is needed in the form of recognition of the existence of other parties, being tolerant, respecting differences of opinion and not forcing the will through violence. The role of the government, community leaders, and religious guidance is needed to socialize, develop religious moderation to the community for the sake of the realization of harmony and peace.

Abstract

Islamic law is used as a guide for Muslims in carrying out life, because Islam becomes a whole religion (kaffah) that regulates all aspects of life from small problems to big problems that exist according to the Qur'an and Sunnah. Shafi'iyah scholars explain that ushul fiqh is to look at the general legal basis by looking at its use as well as the person who performs ijtihad. This type of research uses literature research that takes data through information by obtaining library materials, data collection techniques for this research using documentation. data that has been obtained by reviewing and analyzing, both in the form of books, journals, research results. As well as by using descriptive analysis techniques. One of the uses of ushul fiqh is to provide legal basis capital by using the method carried out by mujtahid in providing new problem solutions in accordance with syar'i. The science of ushul fiqh continues to undergo renewal in the contemporary era because the problems are increasingly numerous and diverse, various theories are used to express opinions or laws to be determined, such as Fazlur Rahman through the theory of the Double Movement, Other thoughts related to the relevance of ushul fiqh science in the contemporary era are that there is a method formed by Abu Zayd with Ta'wil theory. In the book mafhum by Abu Zayd, in describing the invisible meaning in the text. In the sense that both implied and express meanings in the content of the law are discussed in the method from Abu Zayd.

Abstract

Islam has experienced the growth and development of the times, now it has reached the economy of contemporary Islam, with various renewable problems. Qawa'id Fiqhiyyah, qawa'id is carried out as a form of renewal of islamic economic problems, qawa'id fiqhiyyah provides practical guidelines derived from the Qur'an and Hadith that can be applied in society. This type of research uses literature research that takes data through information by obtaining library materials, data collection techniques for this research using documentation. data that has been obtained by reviewing and analyzing, both in the form of books, journals, research results. As well as by using descriptive analysis techniques. The principle of Murofiq tijari (trading facility) in Islam explains that there is freedom in the contract of transactions. The rule discussed is Al Ashlu Fil Musyarokati Wal Istitsmaroti Al Ibahatu. has two discussions, namely association and investment. then syirkah in the explanation is allowed if it is in accordance with the conditions, agreement of the parties, and does not carry out cooperation that is prohibited or makruh to be done. In investment, it is allowed under the applicable conditions, namely the rules that are carried out both in syirkah there must be agreement from the parties, move independently that realize the agreement together, and investments that must pay attention to the objectives of wanting to have an impact on positive and negative things that can benefit the community or can be detrimental.

Abstract

Nowadays, in households, very large and urgent economic needs often become a problem in the household, making the wife play a role in meeting daily needs. Moreover, nowadays, where the price of goods and the cost of living are getting higher and higher, making the wife have no other choice but to look for work outside the home, even though her "heart" doesn't want to work. Based on this, this research aims to find out how Al- Koran regarding this matter by looking at the views of M. Quraish Shihab in QS. An-Nisa / 4:34 and the interpretation of QS Al-Ahzab / 33:33. This research is included in library research (Library Research), namely research carried out using literature (library) in the form of the book Al-Misbah, as well as books, theses or journals that study related to working wives which are descriptive analysis, namely analyzing the interpretation of Al-Misbah. Misbah. The approach used in this research is the Maudhu'i interpretation method (thematic) approach, namely looking at themes related to the meaning of the word qawwam in the Koran. The method used is content analysis, namely analyzing the interpretation of mufassir figures regarding the meaning of the word qawwam in the Koran. Based on the results of research that the author has conducted, the author found that M. Quraish Shihab allows his wife to work, sometimes even working is obligatory if the job requires it and he also needs the job, with the condition; with the husband's permission, the work is carried out in a respectful and polite atmosphere. So that they maintain their religion, and can also avoid the negative impacts of this work on themselves and their environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the communication strategy of the Al-Jihad Imam Nawawi Mosque in developing da'wah among the community in Griya Martubung II, Tangkahan sub-district, Medan Labuhan. Bkm al-jihad imam nawawi activity program in developing da'wah among the community in Griya Martubung II, Tangkahan sub-district, Medan Labuhan. As well as obstacles to Bkm Al-Jihad Imam Nawawi in developing da'wah among the community in The data collection technique used in this research is by conducting in-depth interviews (deep interviews) and documentation. The results of the research found by researchers are as follows, (1) The strategy of Bkm al-Jihad Imam Nawawi in developing da'wah among the community in Griya Martubung II, Tangkahan Medan Labuhan sub-district is a persuasive strategy. A persuasive strategy is a way to persuade and invite Mad'u to study Islamic teachings. (2) Bkm al-jihad imam nawawi's activity program in developing da'wah among the community in Griya Martubung II, Tangkahan sub-district, Medan Labuhan is by carrying out Islamic activities such as recitation, counseling and friendship. (3) The obstacles for Bkm al-Jihad Imam Nawawi in developing da'wah to the community in Griya Martubung II, Tangkahan Medan Labuhan sub-district are the lack of funds which resulted in the construction of the mosque being delayed compared to previous plans, and the lack of public awareness in studying the Islamic religion.

Abstract

This research aims to find out that Islamic political parties are organizations that are formed with the aim of winning people's support and controlling government power through competition between groups with different views. Along with the policy of freedom of expression and association through political parties in the reform era. Giving rise to the phenomenon of political parties emerging, including parties with Islamic leanings. The purpose of this research is to determine the perceptions of students majoring in Islamic broadcasting communication, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Science, UIN SI, towards Islamic political parties in North Sumatra. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection techniques through in-depth semi-structured interviews with 4 informants who are Muslim students majoring in Islamic broadcasting communications at UIN North Sumatra. The results of this research show that based on the perception of students majoring in Islamic broadcasting communication at UIN SU Medan City, there is student participation that students do not just come to the polling station and cast their vote, but also must take part in overseeing the implementation stages. Meanwhile, currently existing parties are considered to no longer represent or contribute to students, but are more likely to contribute to their own parties.
