Abstract

Anemia is one of the health problems that is in the spotlight, especially in pregnant women. The incidence of anemia in Indonesia in 2018 reached 48,9%. Anemia in pregnant women can cause miscarriage, low birth weight, prematurity, and even death of mother and baby. One of the factors that can affect pregnancy anemia is adherence to taking iron tablets. The compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets can be influenced by knowledge about anemia, because knowledge will affect the mother’s understanding of the benefits of iron tablets in pregnant women. The study aimed to determine the correlation between knowledge about anemia with compliance consuming iron tablets (Fe) in pregnant women at the Tambora District Health Center. The research was an analytic observasional study with a cross-sectional research design. The sample in this research was 96 third trimester pregnant women selected by consecutive sampling method. Data collection used a knowledge and compliance questionnaire with 25 and 10 question items respectively. Data were analysed using Fisher’s Exact Test. The result also looked at the characteristics of the respondents which showed that most of the respondents, including the age not at risk were 78,1%, the last education of the respondents belonged to the advanced education group of 69,8%, and more than one third of the respondents were not working (78,1%). Good and poor knowledge of pregnant women about anemia has the same percentage, namely 50%. Obedience of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets showed more compliance, namely 79,2%. The result of the analysis with Fisher’s Exact Test showed a significant correlation between knowledge about anemia and adherence to consuming iron tablets with p-value = 0,001. The conclusion obtained is that knowledge of anemia can significantly affect pregnant women’s adherence to taking iron tablets.

Abstract

Stunting is one of the nutritional problems that can occur in toddlers which can be caused by various factors such as anemia in pregnant women and the level of education of mothers. The prevalence of stunting globally reaches 22%. Indonesia itself has a stunting percentage of 27.7% in 2019, 26.9% in 2020 and 24.4% in 2021 despite the decline, but it is still far from the desired target of 14% in 2024. This study aims to analyze the relationship between anemia in pregnant women and the level of maternal education with the incidence of stunting in children under the age of 24-59 months. This type of research uses observational analytics, with a case control design. The size of the sample used was 142 samples, purposive sampling, and data collection using secondary data obtained at the Bandarharjo Health Center. Data were obtained from maternal cohort books, maternal and child health (MCH) books, medical records, and e- PPGBM (electronic-Community-Based Nutrition Recording and Reporting). The results of this study obtained the children of the respondents, namely 56.3% more women than 43.7% of men. From the chisquare test results, a p value = 0.013 was obtained in the anemia variable in pregnant women (OR = 2.46) and the level of maternal education p = 0.001 (OR = 3.25) for stunting events. The results of the logistic regression test obtained an OR anemia value in pregnant women of 2.46, while the maternal education level was 3.25. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between anemia in pregnant women and the level of maternal education with the incidence of stunting.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the prevalence of anaemia in pregnant women is still high, although the government has taken precautions by providing blood (Fe) supplements, the anaemia rate remains high. Pregnant women who are at high risk of parasitic infections if they do not maintain personal hygiene have been proven to directly contribute to anaemia. this study aims to describe an overview of personal hygiene behaviour in pregnant women with anaemia. samples taken were 36 pregnant women with anaemia in the work area of Puskesmas Blado II with sampling total technique. it is a descriptive quantitative and questionnaires about hygiene personal behaviour in pregnant women and checking haemoglobin using the Quick-Check tool. it stated pregnant women with light anaemia were 33 (91.7%) while good personal hygiene behaviour in pregnant women was 19 (52.8%). there is more than half of the personal hygiene of pregnant women with anaemia so it needs to be maintained and increased.

Abstract

Tanaman herbal adalah tanaman obat yang mempunyai kegunaan dan nilai lebih dalam pengobatan tradisonal terhadap penyakit. Tanaman obat memiliki kandungan metabolit sekunder sebagai suatu senyawa yang memiliki khasiat obat. Pemanfaatan pekarangan dapat mendukung dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi rumah tangga, menghemat pengeluaran harian, dan memberikan tambahan pendapatan. Selain dapat ditanami dengan buah-buahan, bunga, sayuran, juga dapat ditanami dengan tanaman obat. Tanaman obat yang ditanam di pekarangan selain dapat dikonsumsi menjadi alternatif pilihan obat keluarga juga dapat menjadi sumber penghasilan tambahan. Selain itu tanaman obat tersebut juga dapat menjadi hiasan yang enak dipandang apabila ditata dengan asri. Tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) pada hakekatnya adalah sebidang tanah di halaman rumah yang digunakan untuk tanaman yang berkhasiat sebagai obat dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga akan obat-obatan. Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan sendiri menetapkan sembilan tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) unggulan yang telah diteliti dan diuji secara klinis. Tanaman yang ada di Desa Giyanti nadalah tanaman daun mangga Arumanis dan rimpang kunir putih sebagai alternatif kebutuhan obat keluarga sehingga bisa menghemat pengeluaran rumah tangga terutama dalam biaya kesehatan. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah penyuluhan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan menggunakan leaflet yang berisi penjelasan mengenai daun mangga Arumanis dan rimpang kunir putih dengan cara mengajak masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan tanaman yuang sudah ada di Desa Giyanti. Keberhasilan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dinilai dari target jumlah peserta sebanyak 90%, ketercapaian tujuan 80%, ketercapaian target materi 100% dan pencontohan pemanfaatan pekarangan dirumah sebesar 80%. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah penyuluhan TOGA meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang TOGA untuk bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai alternatif pilihan obat keluarga dari daun mangga Arumanis dan rimpang kunir putih.

Abstract

Desa Cihonje merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Gumelar Kabupaten BanyumasProvinsi Jawa Tengah. Tradisi menjadi buruh migran dalam hal ini diyakini sebagai suatu profesi yang sudah berlangsung secara turun-temurun dan menetap untuk sebagian besar masyarakat desa cihonje. Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Program Peningkatan Ayo Sekolah tujuannya yaitu agar masyarakat Desa Cihonje termotivasi untuk melanjutkan pendidikan sampai 12 tahun. Metode pelaksanaannya yaitu dengan menggunakan metode penyajian active and psy-fun learning. Hasil yang diharapkan yaitu agar warga Desa Cihonje dapat meneruskan wajib belajar sampai usia 12 tahun.

Abstract

This study discusses the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at PK Citra Medika Vocational High School, Magelang City with the research objectives namely: (1) To find out how the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMK Citra Medika Excellence Center, Magelang City. (2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the subject of Islamic Religious Education at the Center for Excellence Citra Medika Vocational High School, Magelang City. The type of research used is field research. This research is a qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The data validity technique uses the credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The results of the research show that (1) Planning, implementation, and evaluation in PAI learning are in accordance with the principles of implementing the Independent Curriculum. In the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at PK Citra Medika Vocational School, it contains the values of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) which can be an optimal means of encouraging students to become lifelong learners who are competent, have character, and behave in accordance with these values. Pancasila. This illustrates that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in PAI subjects has been going well. (2) The supporting factors in supporting the success of PAI learning are the existence of the Rohis extracurricular program. In implementing the Independent Curriculum there are obstacles faced by PAI teachers, namely the lack of availability of infrastructure that supports the PAI learning process according to the procedures in the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk lokal dan promosi produk lokal terhadap sikap cinta tanah air pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 259 mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan combined sampling antara lain yaitu Quota Purposive Proportional Random Sampling. Pengembilan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS ver. 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: bawah: (1) Secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap cinta tanah air pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan UMS, dibuktikan dengan kategori kualitas produk yang tinggi, (2) Secara parsial promosi produk lokal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap cinta tanah air pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan UMS, (3) Secara parsial sikap cinta tanah air berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap minat beli produk lokal pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan UMS, dibuktikan dengan kategori sikap cinta tanah air yang tinggi, (4) Secara stimulant kualitas produk, promosi produk lokal, dan Sikap cinta tanah air berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minta membeli produk lokal pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan UMS, dibuktikan dengan kategori sikap cinta tanah air terhadap kualitas dan promosi produk lokal yang tergolong sangat tinggi.

Abstract

The study discusses the turn taking made by lecturers and students during the online learning process. This study aims to find turn taking variations through online learning in university classroom sessions in the midst Covid-19 break. The research data are series of speeches in online learning in university classroom sessions collected from three different lectures session discourses produced by lecturers and students through Zoom and Google Meet. Data collection were done by using record and note taking techniques. Data were analyzed by applying the theory of turn taking rules of Sacks, Schegloff, & Jefferson's theory (1978). The results show that the variations of turn taking as in the online session as the application of rule 1 are dominated on the speaker teacher’s combining opinion or questions by confirming. In the meantime, the application of rule 3 is dominated on the speaker teacher’s self-repair. The use of teacher’s opinions and self- repair is implied to give a help to students for comprehending the online course.

Abstract

The phenomenon of moral, character and moral decline in adolescents is one of the problems in society as one of the negative impacts of the entry of the era of globalization and modernization. Therefore, in the current era of globalization, teenagers should have a strong faith, in order to avoid acts that deviate from the teachings of Islam. Within the scope of education, literary works can act as a means of learning so that benefits and lessons can be taken in life. Through literary works, the author can share the values of faith with teenagers without having to patronize, besides that the content in the book can become an exemplary preaching for teenagers. The aims of this study were: (1) To find out the values of the faith contained in the book Ya Allah Aku Pulang by Alfialghazi (2) To find out the relevance of the values of the faith in the book Ya Allah Aku Pulang by Alfialghazi to the character education of youth. This research is a library research using qualitative research methods. This research is descriptive with content analysis (Content Analysis). The results of this study indicate that: First, the values of the Aqidah contained in the book Ya Allah I'm Going Home include: Faith in Allah, Faith in Angels, Faith in Allah's Books, Faith in the Messenger of Allah, Faith in the Last Day, and Faith in Qadha' and Qadar. Second, the results of this study also found 2 methods contained in the book Ya Allah I'm Home which includes: (1) Exemplary Method (2) Habituation Method.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership role of school principals in improving teacher performance and discipline. Principal leadership is very influential on school development, especially for teacher performance and discipline, where the teacher's role is also needed in improving the quality of student abilities and can be seen from the teaching and learning process. This study used a qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the Principal's Leadership Role at Ngluwar 2 Public Elementary School, Ngluwar District, Magelang Regency in improving the performance of the principal teacher always provides guidance and direction for the intended results and as a result the students of Ngluwar 2 Public Elementary School get achievements from the MAPSI, FTBI, and Story Telling.. Whereas in terms of discipline the school principal requires teachers to attend online-based application systems (SIABA). There are several supporting and inhibiting factors in the Leadership Role of the Principal of SD Negeri Ngluwar 2 Ngluwar District, Magelang Regency, namely the availability of facilities and infrastructure, and the existence constraints in human resources.
