Background : Cerebral palsy causes limited activity and is often accompanied by cognitive impairment or visual deficits. Children with CP have unstable eye movements, associated with low neck muscle tone and low alertness as a result of which they produce low postural tone. Objective : To determine the relationship between visual ability and neck mobility in children with cerebral palsy. Methods : The research method used is observational with a cross sectional approach that emphasizes the observation or measurement of data once at a time. Results : Correlation test with Pearson product moment obtained a significance value (p) less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) with an rxy value of 0.717. Conclusion : Ha is accepted, so it is concluded that there is a strong relationship between visual ability and neck mobility in Cerebral Palsy children.

Introduction: The limitations of health service facilities mean that Covid-19 case services are only for moderate and severe cases, while asymptomatic/mild cases are advised to selfisolate. The availability of antivirals for self-isolation patients is often limited, so the patient's recovery rate can be longer. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in symptom-free days in Covid-19 patients who received and did not receive antivirals. Method: This type of analytic research is observational with a cross sectional approach. The research sample was 93 UMS students who were confirmed to have COVID-19 in March 2020 - August 2021. The research data was obtained by an online questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the Mann Whitney test. Results: There were 32 self isolation Covid-19 patients who received antivirals (34.4%). In these patients, the symptom free days were 8.9 days; while the 61 patients (65.6%) who did not receive antivirals reported a symptom free day of 12.2 days. The Mann Whitney test obtained a p value = 0.023 indicating that there was a difference in symptom free days between Covid- 19 patients who received and did not receive antivirals. Conclusion: Giving antivirals to self isolation Covid-19 patients shortens symptom free days.

The increase in age that occurs in the elderly causes the bladder muscles and urinary tract (urethra) to weaken. Incontinence is also often part of the syndrome that occurs in the elderly. Although it is not usually a dangerous condition, urinary incontinence can adversely affect the sufferer’s condition and social life. The purpose of this community service is as an effort to early detect urinary incontinence in the elderly. This activity was carried out on 48 elderly people in Rengas Kedungwuni Village, Pekalongan Regency. The method carried out for urinary incontinence examination uses the SSI (Sandvix Severity Index) scale diagnostic questionnaire, in addition to that blood pressure and weight checks are also carried out and provide education about kegel gymnastics. The results obtained from the examination carried out were that there were 12 elderly people (25%) who experienced urinary incontinence, an average blood pressure of 142 / 77 mmHg, and an average body weight of 55 kg. Early detection efforts obtained data that 25% of the elderly experience urinary incontinence and already know how to overcome it with kegel gymnastics, so follow-up is needed from health workers in conducting early detection of urinary incontinence to reduce morbidity and improve the quality of life in the elderly.

Background: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is characterized by hyperglycemia. Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a common type of DM. It gives microvascular and macrovascular complications in the body. The diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is declared as the highest complication of T2DM, about two third cases of DM. It impacts to high risk of falling. As well the duration of DM and body balance also contributed to balance stability. Poor of those factors increase the risk of falling. However, previous studies have not declared the dominant factor contributing to falling in individuals with T2DM. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the dominant factors contributing in the risk factors of falling risk in individuals with T2DM. Methods: The patients confirmed T2DM by medical diagnosis and had 5 years above of T2DM. The glycemic level was set by taken blood sample from intravenous after fasted for 8 hours. The Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument (MNSI) was used to screen the DPN. The static balance was measured by the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), while dynamic balance was measured by Time Up and Go test. The risk of falling was confirmed by the cut score of the Timed Up and Go test. This study has done in DM community, Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. Results: The correlation test showed the duration of DM and DPN had correlation with balance. had a contribution to the risk of falling significantly (p-value <0.05). The Logistic Regression Model presented the duration of DM (OR : 1.008, p-value=0.001, 95% CI = 1.518 – 4.943) dan balance (OR = 0.317, p-value = 0.001, 955 CI = 1.518 – 4.943) influenced the risk of falling in individuals with T2DM. Conclusion: The longer suffer of DM and uncontrol glycemic level induced the development of DPN. The duration of suffering from DM must be accompanied by good lifestyle management to avoid development some complications of DM.

The purpose of this study was to conduct research to analyze the workload and calculate the need for distribution personnel at the Nutrition Installation at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital. This study used a qualitative research design with an observational design. Purposive sampling technique was used for sampling. The workload that has been obtained is then used to calculate workforce requirements using the Work Load Indicators Staff Need (WISN) method. Analysis of the workload of distribution workers in the morning shift and afternoon shift respectively amounted to 86.33% and 73,2% which is in the heavy category because it exceeds 80%. To achieve a balanced need for distribution personnel, it is necessary 10 distribution personnel.

Stunting is a condition in which a child experiences failure to thrive. WHO data for 2020 the prevalence of stunting is 22%. The latest data from the Ministry of Health states that in 2021 the incidence of stunting in Indonesia will be 24.4%. It is suspected that stunting is caused by several factors, namely history of anemia, nutritional status of pregnant women, breastfeeding, young gestation and hypertension in pregnant women. This study aims to determine the relationship between anemia, chronic energy deficiency (CED) in pregnant women and breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting. This type of research is quantitative observational analytic case control approach. The sample is 156 respondents with details of 78 respondents as the case group and 78 other respondents as the control group. Sampling used secondary data that was collected in the medical records of the Jogorogo Health Center through a purposive sampling technique. The results of the chi-square test showed a relationship between anemia and stunting with a p value <0.001 and an OR of 3.45. The results of the bivariate test showed a correlation between KEK and Stunting with a p value <0.001 and an OR of 2.64. There is a correlation between breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting with a p value <0.001 and OR 3.685. In the logistic regression test, the OR result was 0.128 with a p value <0.001. In conclusion, there is a significant correlation between anemia, CED, and breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting.
