Abstract

Human resources in pesantren management are very necessary in order to achieve good goals and also be able to face all future challenges, especially for students. The purpose of this writing is to discuss the management of Islamic boarding schools in human resource management to improve the ability of students. The research used used a qualitative type with a descriptive approach for three months. The results of the study show that, in the management of the Darul Quran Islamic Boarding School Malang human resources can be divided into two things management. The first is the management of managerial functions, namely planning related to pesantren and improving student human resources with Visions, Missions and goals, organizing that folds all administrators and community leaders, movements related to activities commanded by caregivers so that one direction of goals, and control or evaluation. The second of the operational functions is the procurement of things needed by students, development in all aspects of facilities, programs, assessments that focus on students' abilities, integration between religious and real-life aspects, discipline of all administrators and students, and dismissal of administrators who do not carry out their activities to improve students' human resources. The form of activities such as: level-based book recitation, trainings on religious skills and the science of world life, cooperation in various aspects of additional activities to scientific visits.

Abstract

The development of gross motor skills is related to children's ability to move larger body parts, such as their hands and feet. Good gross motor skills in children also influence their self-confidence when interacting and socializing with their surroundings and peers. One effort to improve children's gross motor skills at Thoyyibah Kindergarten in Sawahlunto City is through rubber band games. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted on 10 children, consisting of 5 boys and 5 girls, in December 2024 and January 2025. The research refers to the model developed by Suharsimi Arikunto, which includes four main steps: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study was conducted in two cycles, with Cycle I consisting of three meetings and Cycle II consisting of two meetings. Research data were collected through observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show an overall improvement in children's gross motor skills across all measured variables and indicators based on field observations.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Civics subjects through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model, this type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. The research site was held at SD Inpres Oesapa Kupang City. The data collection techniques used were observation, test techniques and documentation studies. Data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were fifth grade students of SD Inpres Oesapa which amounted to 27 st.udents consisting of 18 male students and 9 female students. Based on the research shows that the results in cycle I of 27 people who completed 11 people (41%), while those who did not complete 16 people (59%). However, in cycle II experienced an increase, namely Cycle II of 27 students declared complete amounted to 25 people (93%), while those who did not complete 2 people (7%). For 2 people who are not complete will be given remedial and enrichment by the homeroom teacher.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of a problem based learning model about Diversity in Indonesia in class V of SD Inpres Oesapa, Kupang City. This type of research is classroom action research. The data collection techniques used are observation techniques and test techniques; The subjects in the research were 28 students consisting of 14 men and 14 women using data analysis techniques, namely Qualitative Descriptive. This research was carried out at SD Inpres Oesapa, Kupang City, with the results of the research showing that the results in the first cycle of 28 students who achieved completeness were 12 people with a percentage of (43%) while those who did not achieve completeness were 16 people with a percentage of (57.11%) then corrective action was carried out in cycle II and there was a significant increase to 24 people who achieved completeness with a percentage (86%) and 4 people who did not achieve completeness with a percentage (14.28%). Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that the application of the problem based learning (PBL) learning model to improve student learning outcomes about diversity in Indonesia in class V of SD Inpres Oesapa, Kupang City, has been proven to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of observations in the field, namely the less than optimal implementation of learning carried out by educators, which has an impact on the low learning outcomes of students in class IV SDN 13 Kubu Gulai Bancah, Bukittinggi City. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by the Smart Apps Creator (SAC) application in Pancasila Education learning. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches which are carried out in two cycles. The results of the study found that the cycle I teaching module obtained an average percentage of 91.6% (very good) and in cycle II it obtained a percentage of 95.83% (very good). The implementation of the learning process of educator activities in cycle I obtained an average percentage of 82.14% (good) and in cycle II it obtained a percentage of 92.85% (very good). The learning process of student activities in cycle I obtained an average percentage of 75% (sufficient) and in cycle II it obtained a percentage of 89.28% (good). The learning outcomes of students in cycle I obtained an average of 71.65 (sufficient) and in cycle II obtained an average of 83.19 (good). It can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model assisted by the Smart Apps Creator application can improve student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education learning in Elementary Schools.

Abstract

The research aimed to enhance students' science process skills through the discovery learning model that was conducted in Grade V of UPTD SDN Bangodua 2. The purpose of using the discovery learning model was to increase the range of student activity, focus on the process, encourage self-direction, self-discovery, and frequent reflection as part of the learning activities. Based on initial observational findings, the learning completeness in Natural Science subjects is still very low, with only 30% of students meeting the Minimum Completeness Criteria (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum). This was due to the lack of supporting media for science learning and the ineffective learning model applied, resulting in low student engagement in the science learning process. The Classroom Action Research (CAR) method was used in this research. The data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and tests. Data analysis was conducted using average scores in percentage formulas. Based on the research results, student learning outcomes increased to 50% in Cycle 1 and further improved to 80% in Cycle 2.

Abstract

The Quran contains the words of Allah, which serve as a guide for Muslims in all aspects of life, as it provides instructions from Allah Swt. to direct the purpose of human life. This study aims to understand and examine the implementation of the Utrujah method in the flagship Tahfidz Quran program at SDIT Sahabat Quran Talawi Hilir, Sawahlunto City. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data sources were gathered from 6 informants, consisting of 1 school principal, 2 Takhasus teachers, and 3 Takhasus students through interviews. All interview results were then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, followed by validation using technique triangulation and source triangulation. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of the Utrujah method in the flagship Takhasus Tahfidz Quran program at SDIT Sahabat Quran is carried out through planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning includes preparing Takhasus teachers, Takhasus students, and student learning models. The implementation of the Utrujah method is carried out in three stages: the first stage is the Pra-Alquran, which involves the introduction of hijaiyah letters, followed by the Tahsin stage, which focuses on the improvement of Quranic recitation by applying the materials learned in the Pra-Alquran stage, and concluded with the Tahfidz stage, which is the process of memorizing the Quran with correct recitation. The evaluation results show that the percentage of students achieving their targets is 90%.

Abstract

Marketing 4.0 reflects a shift in marketing practices driven by digital technologies. Understanding the academic contributions to this field through bibliometric analysis helps track its evolution and highlights key areas such as AI, big data, and consumer behavior. A systematic literature review was conducted, analyzing 413 articles from the Dimension AI database. The data was processed using Wordshift for keyword visualization and VOSviewer for bibliographic coupling and network analysis. The study shows significant growth in Marketing 4.0 research, peaking at 112 publications in 2023. Key contributors include authors like Kwon and Sung, and institutions like Kyung Hee University. Indonesia leads in publication output, with prominent keywords like "digital marketing" and "consumer behavior." The analysis highlights the increasing relevance of Marketing 4.0 and the growing body of research in the field. Key themes include digital marketing and consumer behavior, providing insights for future research and practice. This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of Marketing 4.0 literature, highlighting its growth, key contributors, and emerging trends. It provides new insights into the geographical distribution, influential authors, and the role of leading journals in shaping the field.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a supplement product for teaching materials based on local wisdom in West Kalimantan for class V elementary schools that is suitable for use to assist learning activities in the independent curriculum. The research method used in this research is the Research and Development (RnD) method by adapting the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The data sources for this research were 27 students in class V B of the 17 Pontianak City Elementary School, 1 class teacher, 2 expert validators who assessed 3 aspects, namely material aspects, design and language aspects. The data collection techniques used in this research used interview and questionnaire techniques. The research results show that the development of teaching material supplements based on local wisdom in West Kalimantan has gone through 4 research stages and 5 research stages. The product validity results for the material aspect obtained 0.92 with the criteria (Very High Validity). Then the language aspect obtained 0.90 with the criteria (Very High Validity). Then the design aspect gets a score of 1 with the criteria (Very High Validity). The teacher response results obtained very good criteria with an average percentage score of 93.3%. The results of student responses in the first stage of the trial obtained a percentage value of 93% and the second stage of the trial obtained a percentage value of 94.4% with very feasible criteria.

Abstract

Globalization has fundamentally changed the human resource management (HR) landscape, creating complexity that requires organizations to develop adaptive strategies capable of bridging global practices with local needs. This research with a literature review aims to explore the dynamics of the balance between the demands of globalization and the local context in HR practices. The research provides comprehensive insight into HR strategies capable of bridging the gap between global demands and the uniqueness of local contexts, offering a conceptual framework for organizational navigation in the era of globalization. Findings reveal successful organizations of the future will be those that are able to develop flexible HR practices, which simultaneously meet global standards while remaining responsive to the needs of the local context.
