Setiap makalah akan dinilai berdasarkan standar nasional, orisinalitas / inovasi, kontribusi terhadap pengetahuan, relevansinya dengan subjek dan kualitas penyajiannya. Abstract

The high demands of work at hotels and the lack of employee well-being will have an impact on the emergence of intentional behavior and turnover intentions. Workplace Studentwell-being is one of the important factors that is thought to contribute to lowering the turnover intention at the workplace. When employee well-being in the workplace is fulfilled, then employees will feel comfortable and will give their best effort (peak performance) for the organization. The purpose of this research is to analyze how workplace well-being (X) can influence employee turnover intentions (Y) at the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. This study uses a quantitative approach with a research tool using a questionnaire on the workplace well-being index and turnover intention. The number of subjects is 100, using the method of purposive sampling. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS application Statistic Version 25 For Windows. The results of the analysis that has been carried out show that workplace well-being has a significance score of 0.000 <0.05 and a Pearson correlation of (-0.473), which indicates that there is a significant negative direction of workplace well-being on turnover intention. The higher it is in workplace well-being, the lower will be turnover intention, even though the opposite is true if workplace well-being gets lower, the higher will be turnover intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh variabel-variabel psikografis dalam kaitannya dengan lingkungan (biospheric, altruistic, collectivistic value) serta dua variabel environmental knowledge (subjective dan objective knowledge) terhadap sikap dan intensi mengunjungi green hotel. Green hotel merupakan salah satu konsep pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan yang telah diterapkan di Indonesia sejak tahun 2011. Sebanyak 252 responden berpartisipasi sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan dalam kuesioner yang diajukan melalui survey. Desain penelitian ini adalah uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan structural equation modeling sebagai metode analisa data. Data diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil pengolahan data membuktikan pengaruh positif biospheric dan altruistic value serta subjective dan objective knowledge terhadap sikap dan niat mengunjungi green hotel. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi masukan bagi pengelola green hotel agar dapat merancang strategi promosi yang tepat untuk menggaet wisatawan.

Abstract

Teknologi robot semakin banyak dimanfaatkan dalam layanan pengantar makanan dan minuman di sejumlah kafe dan restoran. Di Indonesia layanan robot pada kafe pertamakali dioperasionalkan oleh Kafe Rasa Koffie di Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerimaan pengunjung Kafe Rasa Koffie terhadap penggunaan layanan robot oleh Kafe Rasa Koffie serta untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh dalam penerimaan layanan robot oleh pengunjung kafe tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) oleh Davis pada tahun 1989. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner kepada 40 sampel, terdiri dari pengunjung Kafe Rasa Koffie menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan Path Analysis serta bersifat penelitian non-parametrik dengan hasil hanya mewakili data yang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pengunjung Kafe Rasa Koffie terhadap layanan robot yaitu perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude towards use dan behavioral intention to use. Variabel perceived ease of use berpengaruh secara tidak langsung kepada behavioral intention to use. Variabel perceived usefulness berpengaruh secara langsung kepada attitude towards use dan secara tidak langsung kepada behavioral intention to use. Abstract

Wisatawan memegang peranan penting sebagai sumber informasi terhadap pemberian kesan, pesan dan pengalaman yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi wisatawan dan terhadap wisata dolphin watching yang berlangsung di Pantai Lovina. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan didukung kuantitatif. Data kualitatif didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Data yang telah terkumpul, dianalisis berdasarkan masing-masing indikator. Hasil penelitian tentang persepsi wisatawan menunjukkan wisata dolphin watching di Pantai Lovina adalah berbasis masyarakat, diperoleh indikator – indikator pada kemudahan memesan, mendapatkan briefing awal, perlengkapan untuk keselamatan, mendapatkan informasi memadai, merasa aman dan nyaman, menikmati atraksi wisata lainnya, mendapatkan kesan ramah dan positif, wisatawan mendapatkan sarana memadai, dan wisatawan puas. Hasil persepsi dari masing-masing indikator tersebut, adalah dilihat dari baik buruknya pelayanan yang diperoleh, sehingga pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi harapan, kepuasan serta loyalitas (loyalty) bagi wisatawan untuk datang berkunjung kembali.

Abstract

The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, a five-star resort, received guest feedback regarding employee performance and services. The feedback mostly indicated that the services did not meet guest expectations, and guests expressed dissatisfaction with employee performance. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of training (X) towards employee performance (Y) with teamwork (Z) as the mediating factor at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. This research uses quantitative method. The population in this research are all employees at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, with total sample of 134 individuals that were determined using the Slovin formula. All the data results have successfully passed the validity and reliability tests. Furthermore, the results for all data have also met the criteria of both the inner model and outer model tests. The findings regarding path coefficients and P-values demonstrate that training influences employee performance, training influences teamwork, and training influences employee performance through teamwork, signifying that training holds the greatest influence on performance. However, according to the path coefficient, teamwork exhibits a negative influence towards employee performance. To enhance employee performance at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, the hotel management may want to consider implementing a regular schedule for employee training initiatives to foster collaboration among their colleagues and improve their overall performance.

Abstract

This study reviews the crucial role of the internet and website as promotional tools for Lebakmuncang Village Tourism in developing tourism potential. The analysis of the website components includes the domain name, creation year, functionality, credibility, and content quality. This mapping aims to improve and develop the website to become an effective promotional medium in accordance with tourism standards. The study also covers promotional activities for Lebakmuncang Village Tourism that rely on internet strategies. However, the use of digital publication remains suboptimal, making the presence of the official website vital for information dissemination. The mapping findings reveal limitations, such as the lack of foreign language content and the use of inappropriate colors. Therefore, optimizing the Lebakmuncang Village Tourism website is necessary to enhance accessibility and appeal to both local and international tourists.

pengolahan rumput laut yang mendukung spa & wellness tourism dihadapkan pada beberapa kendala. Hal ini menyebabkan pemanfaatan hasil olahan oleh industri hilir tidak optimal dan banyak rumput laut kering yang diekspor. Dibutuhkan peran pengambil kebijakan untuk merealisasikan spa & wellness tourism di Nusa Lembongan. Pemerintah Daerah perlu memahami faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan model wisata ini serta korelasinya dengan kesiapan infrastruktur fisik, pembangunan suprastruktur serta SDM petani dan stakeholders. Penelitian ini mencoba mengangkat permasalahan pengembangan model wisata dengan pendekatan model hubungan kausal dalam metode dinamika sistem. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Nusa Lembongan yang memiliki potensi rumput laut tinggi di Provinsi Bali. Model yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan dibutuhkan sinergi antara empat subsistem yaitu subsistem pengolahan rumput laut, subsistem budidaya rumput laut, subsistem spa & wellness tourism, dan subsistem desa wisata. Adanya pemahaman terkait subsistem ini diharapkan membantu pengambil kebijakan dalam pengembangan pariwisata Lembongan menuju pariwisata berkualitas.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of green tourism in the development of tourism in Biaung Village. The village offers natural and cultural attractions as key tourist draws. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants were selected through purposive sampling from individuals knowledgeable about the implementation of green tourism in tourism development. The data were analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The findings indicate that Biaung Village has applied the concept of green tourism in its tourism development, as reflected in the following facts: (1) Biaung Village preserves nature as a tourist attraction; (2) integrated community empowerment in tourism development has enhanced the vitality of the local economy; (3) cultural and traditional activities of the local community are showcased; and (4) tourists are actively involved in tourism activities to gain new experiences. It is recommended that the development of green tourism-based village tourism raises awareness among the local community to sustainably preserve nature and culture for future generations.

Abstract

This paper will discuss the importance of digital system innovation in increasing guest satisfaction and service efficiency in the Food and Beverage (F&B) department in the hospitality industry. The purpose of this article is to outline an overview of the various digital technologies that have been adopted in the F&B Department, as well as their impact on guest satisfaction and operational performance. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Various studies and case studies are analyzed to understand how the implementation of digital systems such as restaurant management software, online ordering applications, and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies has impacted various aspects of operations, from inventory management to service provision.

Abstract

The hospitality industry has undergone significant changes with advancements in technology, as modern hotels increasingly rely on digital systems to improve operational efficiency and strengthen customer relationships. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the opportunities and barriers associated with the use of digital systems in optimizing hotel business operations. In this research, we analyze various aspects influencing the implementation of digital technology in the hospitality sector, including external factors such as industry trends and regulations, as well as internal factors such as organizational culture and technological capabilities. However, alongside these opportunities, we also identify various barriers that may hinder the adoption and implementation of digital systems, including data security issues, high implementation costs, and challenges in changing organizational culture. The findings of this study are highly relevant to the hospitality industry, which continues to strive to remain competitive in this digital era. Furthermore, this research can also contribute to the academic literature on information technology management and business strategies in the hospitality sector.
