Abstract

The low level of visits to museums compared to other tourist destinations is largely due to the lack of interactive activities and the need for direct guidance in accessing collection information. Although an e-museum platform based on virtual reality technology has been available through museumindonesia.org as a solution to physical limitations and an effort to attract the interest of the younger generation, the extent to which the public accepts this innovation is still unknown. The lack of understanding of the perception of ease and usefulness in using services is an important reason to conduct an evaluation using the TAM approach. This study aims to identify and analyze factors that influence the intention and behavior of using e-museum services, in order to provide a strategic foundation for the development of web-based museum service management. The total respondents used in this study were 120 people. The analysis method used was the Path Analysis method. The results showed that most of the constructs in the model had a significant relationship. Facilitating Conditions were proven to have an influence on Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness. Furthermore, Perceived Ease of Use contributes to forming Perceived Usefulness and attitudes towards use (Attitude Toward Using). Among all variables, Perceived Usefulness has the strongest influence on Behavioral Intention, with the highest coefficient value of 0.72. In addition, attitudes toward use also play a role in forming behavioral intentions, which in turn affect actual usage behavior. The results of the analysis show that perceptions of ease of use are a key element in forming perceptions of system usefulness. Overall, the five main variables of Facilitating Condition, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, and Behavioral Intention have a significant contribution to the acceptance of e-Museum technology.

Abstract

Digital transformation has led companies to adopt digital attendance systems to improve administrative efficiency. PT. Abdai Indonesia has implemented a web-based attendance system, but several issues have emerged, including a non-intuitive interface, confusing navigation, and features that do not meet user needs. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the system’s usability using the Web Usability testing method. A descriptive quantitative approach was used, with data collected through the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire, direct observation, and structured interviews. The sample consisted of 21 active users from various divisions. The findings show an average usability score of 2.23 out of 5, indicating a low level of system usability. Most respondents expressed dissatisfaction and difficulty using the system, particularly in terms of interface design, navigation, and operational efficiency. Evaluation based on Jakob Nielsen’s five usability components—Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error Handling, and Satisfaction—revealed that none achieved a satisfactory score. These results suggest that the system requires significant improvements, especially in user interface design and overall user experience. This research is expected to serve as a reference for enhancing the digital attendance system in the future, making it easier to use and better aligned with user expectations.

Abstract

This study discusses public perceptions of the increasingly widespread use of machine-based technology in everyday life. One approach to understanding this perception is through sentiment analysis conducted on public opinion on social media. Using machine learning methods, this study classifies public sentiment into three categories: positive, negative, and neutral. Data was collected through the Twitter social media stage and processed using the CRISP-DM approach. Three algorithms were used in the classification, namely Bolster Vector Machine (SVM), Credulous Bayes, and Choice Tree. The evaluation results showed that SVM provided the highest accuracy in classifying sentiment data. The majority of public opinion was neutral, but there were concerns regarding social and ethical impacts. This study contributes to a general understanding of public perceptions of machine-based technology that are increasingly dominating various sectors.

Abstract

In an age of rapid urbanization, managing waste properly is a major challenge. To deal with the increasing amount of waste, a good transportation system is needed. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build a “Waste Volume Analysis and Transportation Route Optimization Information System using Neural Networks Method.” To precisely determine the volume of waste and design the best transportation route, this research will utilize neural networks technology. It is hoped that this system can provide innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of waste management. The research will involve collecting data on waste volume from the past and in person, analyzing it using neural networks to make precise predictions, and applying algorithms to optimize routes. This process includes data processing, modeling, and field testing of the system. This research includes results related to predicting waste volume precisely and providing visualizations that are easy to understand for use, the most efficient transportation routes that can cut operational time and costs.

Abstract

 Based on Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, the Majelis Taklim is included in the category of non-formal educational institutions as regulated in Article 106. This institution has a strategic role in fostering and developing the lives of the community to be more pious to Allah SWT. The Majelis Taklim functions as a forum that supports the formation of active and constructive community characters. At the Jami' Nurul Hasanah Mosque, the da'wah activities carried out are often supported by the Majelis Taklim cash funds, which are used for various social needs such as cleaning fees, lighting costs and infrastructure repairs, as well as compensation funds for residents who experience disasters such as illness or death. When the mosque receives a grant from the Kelurahan or other agencies, management and reporting of these funds becomes a must. However, the recording system currently used is still manual with a ledger, so it does not support effective and efficient management. With the financial management information system, the Majelis Taklim management can more easily and accurately manage cash and prepare financial reports for the Jami' Nurul Hasanah Mosque. This solution supports the principle of good governance and realizes transparency in financial management.

Abstract

The development of inFormation technology has encouraged educational institutions to continuously innovate in administrative system management, including employee attendance processes. SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta has implemented a computerized digital attendance system as a replacement for the manual method. The purpose of this study is to analyze user satisfaction levels with the implemented employee attendance system using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, which includes five variables: content, Accuracy, Format, ease of use, and timeliness. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method. Data collection techniques include distributing questionnaires to system users (teachers/staff), direct observation, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted through instrument validity and reliability testing, as well as calculating the satisfaction percentage for each variable. The results show that all variables fall within the “satisfied” category, with relatively high average scores. The variable with the highest score is Timeliness at 82.4%, followed by Ease of Use at 79.8%, Content at 79.2%, Accuracy at 77.2%, and Format at 76.6%. These findings indicate that the digital attendance system has met users' needs in terms of accessibility, speed, and inFormation Accuracy. In conclusion, the system is effective in supporting employee attendance management, enhancing discipline, and strengthening administrative performance within the school environment.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 era requires vocational high school graduates to have strong digital competencies to face the challenges of an increasingly technology-based world of work. This study aims to analyze the role of Information Technology (IT) learning in improving the competency of vocational high school students, identify challenges in its implementation, and explore opportunities to strengthen IT learning. The study used a qualitative approach with subjects of students, teachers, and principals in two vocational high schools in Pagaralam City. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, and analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques with data triangulation. The results of the study indicate that IT learning plays an important role in developing students' cognitive aspects (technological knowledge), technical skills (hard skills), and non-technical skills (soft skills). However, its implementation still faces various challenges, such as limited infrastructure, uneven teacher competency, gaps in technology access, and suboptimal curriculum development. On the other hand, there are great opportunities to strengthen IT learning through collaboration with industry, utilization of online learning resources, teacher training, and innovation in curriculum and learning methods. These findings are expected to be input for the development of more effective IT learning strategies in vocational high schools.

Abstract

Neural networks are the focal point of machine learning research. Their applications span across various fields and solve complex and intricate problems. Neural networks have now been applied in health image processing to detect various diseases such as cancer and diabetes. Another disease that threatens our health is kidney disease. This disease is becoming more common due to the substances and elements we consume. Death is imminent and inevitable within a few days without at least one functioning kidney. Ignoring kidney damage can lead to chronic kidney disease leading to death. Often, Kidney Disease and its symptoms are mild and gradual, often going unnoticed for years and only being realized recently. This study used 400 patients with 10 attributes as our dataset from Bade General Hospital. We used a Neural network model to predict the presence or absence of kidney disease susceptibility in patients. The model yielded an accuracy of 98%. Furthermore, we identified and highlighted the important features to rank the features used in kidney disease prediction. The results revealed that two attributes; Creatinine and Bicarbonate had the highest influence on kidney disease susceptibility prediction.

Abstract

This study aims to implement and compare the performance of two traditional classification algorithms, namely K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) and Naive Bayes to classify Iris flower types. The dataset used is the Iris Dataset which is a classic dataset in machine learning consisting of 150 samples with four features (sepal length, sepal width, petal length, and petal width) and three target classes (Iris Setosa, Iris Versicolor, and Iris Virginica). The research methodology includes data preprocessing, algorithm implementation, model evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics, and comparative performance analysis. The results showed that the K-NN algorithm with k = 3 achieved an accuracy of 96.67%, while Naive Bayes achieved an accuracy of 93.33%. Both algorithms showed good performance in classifying Iris flower types, with K-NN slightly superior in terms of accuracy. This study proves that traditional classification algorithms are still relevant and effective for classification problems with less complex datasets.

Abstract

The rapid adoption of digital technologies in educational environments has increased the need for secure information systems, particularly in school libraries. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of information security and data privacy within the library system at SMKN 1 Banyumas. A qualitative approach was used, involving direct observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that although role-based access control and manual data backups are in place, the system still operates over unencrypted HTTP, lacks two-factor authentication, and has no firewall or intrusion detection system. Furthermore, staff members have not received formal cybersecurity training. The study concludes with recommendations for implementing HTTPS, enhancing user authentication mechanisms, deploying network protection tools, and improving staff cybersecurity awareness. These measures are crucial for improving the security posture of educational digital services.
