Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ways in which local brands strengthen their image and reach young consumers by making maximum use of digital media. The background stems from the low awareness and knowledge of this group about local brands, as many of these products are rarely highlighted due to minimal online exposure. In a highly competitive digital environment, an active presence on social platforms is now an essential requirement to attract the attention of the younger generation who are more visually and emotionally connected. This research is qualitative, using case studies, and collected data through online activity observations, in-depth interviews with internal staff, and analysis of social media content documents. The findings show that the strategies used include producing attractive visual content, collaborating with influencers who match the audience's hinton, and sending messages that are educational, authentic, and in line with the lifestyle of young people. In addition to increasing brand visibility, this approach also builds emotional closeness, improves consumer views, and encourages loyalty to local goods. In other words, the positive image of local cosmetic brands is not only determined by product quality, but also by the success of digital communication strategies that are in line with the media habits and tastes of today's young generation.

Abstract

This study looks at the connection between cost effectiveness, the health of Indonesian company, and technical improvements. The financial statements of 150 publicly traded firms that were listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023 are the source of this data. Because of the scale of the technological investment and the consistency of the data, samples are chosen via purposeful sampling. Analysis is done using structural persamaan models and panel regression. The findings show that improvements in technology boost daya saing and biaya efficiency (β = 0,647, p < 0,01). The operational biaya ratio for banks and telecommunications businesses was 8.9%, while the aset laba ratio was 14.6%, based on the correlation between financial and technological investment. The study's findings support the strategic notion that technology can provide a competitive advantage. This study also offers helpful advice regarding the importance of funding technological research and development for corporate strategy. Penelitian menghadapi kendala as a result of the utilization of secondary data, which is insufficient to accurately depict the qualitative features of the technology in question.

Abstract

The dynamics of the modern workplace, driven by globalization and technological advancements, create significant challenges in human resource management, especially with the entry of Generation Z as a dominant workforce. This research is backgrounded by an observed phenomenon at PT XYZ, where there are indications of employee pressure arising from task mismatches and disturbances in the work environment. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of work stress and work environment, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of Generation Z employees. The research method employed is quantitative with a survey approach, utilizing a saturated sample of 98 employees. The main findings reveal that work stress and the work environment, both individually and collectively, have a significant influence on employee performance. Despite this significance, these two variables only account for 34.1% of the variance in performance, indicating a low level of influence. The implication of this study highlights the importance for the company to manage stress levels and foster a conducive work environment, while also underscoring the need for further research to identify other more dominant factors influencing the performance of Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of gender diversity and the size of the board of directors on the value of companies in the property sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019–2023 period. Company value is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV) ratio. This research method is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. The sample consisted of 296 firm-year observations selected by purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that gender diversity and the size of the board of directors do not have a significant effect on the company's value. This indicates that these two factors have not yet become the main consideration of the market in assessing the performance of property companies. This study contributes to the corporate governance literature and serves as a consideration for managers and regulators in formulating more inclusive policies.

Abstract

Curtina Coffee Farm is a processor of Kintamani Arabica coffee that focuses on post-harvest processing. This study aims to identify risks in the production activities at Curtina Coffee Farm, analyze the level of risk using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method, and develop mitigation plans to minimize the impact of those risks. The results show that there are 9 risk agents in the Broadly Acceptable (BA) category, 3 risk agents in the As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) category, and 2 risk agents in the Intolerable (INT) category. The risk with the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) is the suboptimal performance of the sorting machine, with an RPN value of 448, while the lowest RPN is for the risk that the coffee product does not meet customer quality standards, with a value of RPN 6. Priority handling is focused on risk agents in the INT and ALARP categories, with a total of eight risk agents for which mitigation plans were developed. The formulated mitigation strategies include: (1) Routine maintenance of the sorting machine, (2) Technical training for machine operators, (3) Optimization of fermentation room design, (4) Ventilation systems adjusted to environmental conditions, (5) Scheduled maintenance of the hulling machine, (6) Provision of spare parts for the hulling machine, (7) Development of stricter fermentation standard operating procedures (SOPs), (8) Regular quality testing, (9) Use of mechanical dryers as an alternative, (10) Development of a greenhouse-based drying system
