Abstract

Bazaar is one of the strategies and innovation activities that support the entrepreneurship sector. Entrepreneurship itself is one of the aspects that support the improvement of the economy of a region an area. Increasing the economy of a region must of course be balanced with creativity and existing resources. Therefore, instilling the spirit of entrepreneurship from an early age is one of the efforts to optimize human resources. human resources. So that through this numeration festival bazaar can be a means to train students' entrepreneurial spirit from an early age.a means to train the entrepreneurial spirit of students from an early age. Methods in this community service activity this community service activity is to use a mentoring method that is based on PAR (Participatory Action Research). The use of this method is considered effective because researchers take part and have an important role in the activities studied that was researched. The results achieved from this community service activity are students starting to have an entrepreneurial spirit have an entrepreneurial spirit. Students can develop their creativity in selling products and this activity also supports UMKM in the Plumpungrejo 02 State Elementary School area.

Abstract

This community service was carried out in RT.01/RW.02, Katimbang City Village with the theme of financial management for housewives. The background for implementing the activity is because the level of understanding of housewives regarding the importance of planning and how to manage family finances is still lacking. The aim of this community service activity is to increase knowledge and abilities about planning and managing finances for housewives. The implementation of this service was attended by 25 participants on June 22 2023. The methods used were counseling, discussion and question and answer. The activity was carried out well, this was proven by the involvement of participants in participating in this activity from start to finish. After counseling is carried out, residents, especially housewives, will have high potential to encourage their families to have a better financial structure, households will be able to manage their finances well, have household fund reserves and be able to understand family financial management, including planning. controlling costs on household activities.

Abstract

The community service program at SMK Muhammadiyah Loa Janan focuses on installing the Debian Linux operating system and virtualization using Virtualbox. Over a three-month period, three study groups were involved by dividing two training sessions per day. The implementation method involves theory and practice with emphasis on a basic understanding of Debian Linux operating system installations. This outline reflects the challenges of students' lack of technical skills in the face of technological advances. The solution is intensive training with the support of guest teachers from the Informatics Engineering Study Program. Integrated implementation methods include material introduction, practice, and evaluation. The results noted an increase in students' understanding and skills in Debian Linux installations, with recommendations for additional resources.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to develop and improve elementary school students' abilities in thinking and numeracy through making teaching aids. The methods used in this mentoring process are Question and Answer, Discussion and Discovery. This activity is carried out in three stages, namely, the preparation stage; implementation stage; documentation and evaluation. The results obtained were that La Mennais SDK students were very enthusiastic in participating in this activity. Students have a high curiosity in making teaching aids, and all of them are actively involved in this activity. The results found were that all students felt happy and interested in making their own teaching aids. Some students felt challenged in making props, namely in terms of not being neat enough when cutting the prepared manila paper, damage to the shapes that had been formed, but this did not reduce the enthusiasm of these students to make props.

Abstract

Information management in school libraries plays a strategic role in supporting the effectiveness of learning activities. This community service aims to analyze the implementation of Microsoft Access as a solution in optimizing the efficiency of recording and managing library archives, especially at Muhammadiyah Loa Janan Vocational School. Microsoft Access integration was created to improve the quality of book borrowing records, speed up the information search process, and organize the continuity of borrowing. Library data management by utilizing Microsoft Access runs more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are vital for shaping students' character, knowledge, and religious skills. Financial management is crucial for their sustainability, yet Wadi’atul Mal relies on a conventional system, leading to transaction tracking issues and potential errors. The Assistance Activity aims to enhance Wadi’atul Mal services at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Zaid Bin Tsabit. Successfully implemented, it involved needs analysis, activity design, system development, and training. The benefits include improved services through a computerized application and trained users, achieving a 95% user understanding. The system's feasibility index is 76.67%, indicating it's very feasible.

Abstract

Recognition and mastery of the hijaiyah letters, which are the basis for reading and studying the holy book Al-Qur'an from an early age, is very important, because if when reading the hijaiyah letters we are used to using the wrong words, it will give rise to different meanings so that we are required to read properly and correctly. The method for learning hijaiyyah letters is usually given by traditional (conventional) Koran teachers or people often call it the sequential method. With this method, children tend to be passive in receiving the Koran lessons, because the Koran teacher explains to the child how to learn to read the Hijaiyyah letters verbally and in body language. We carried out this socialization to introduce hijaiyah letters using card media at Al-amanah Islamic Kindergarten so that children are interested in learning and recognizing hijaiyah letters. The method we use is singing, asking questions and answers with students using cards that we have prepared which are useful for introducing hijaiyah letters easily and variedly and without vacuum. After conducting socialization, we saw that the children became more familiar with the hijaiyah letters and sang the hijaiyah letters with enthusiasm

Abstract

Records management has a significant impact on the smooth running of administration. Inaccuracy in records management can cause detrimental problems for the organization. Archives management at PT Jamkrindo is still experiencing several problems. Several transaction files and credit guarantee files have piled up so that many files are lost and hidden. Many archives have not been managed well in work units. Archives still appear to be mixed between archives that are still needed (active archives) and archives that are no longer needed (inactive archives). The purpose of this activity is to find out the extent of the effectiveness of the Filing System: Benefits of the Numerical Filing System (Number System) in PT Jamkrindo Solo Branch Transaction Documents. This research uses observation, literature study and design methods. The results of the activity show that based on a literature study conducted regarding archive management, a filing system was found that could be implemented by PT Jamkrindo Solo Branch, namely by implementing a filing system based on chronological filing system and numbers (numerical filing system.

Abstract

Partnership-based UMKM assistance is an increasingly important and strategic approach in supporting the development of MSMEs in Indonesia. The interaction of higher education elements will be interesting because it creates mutually beneficial conditions where this can become a source of inspiration for the development of UMKM. This is in line with the scientific vision at STIKES Kesdam IV/Diponegoro which tries to collaborate with several UMKM partners including Ouja Medika and Hakim Edukatif Toys. The aim of this assistance is to develop partners' businesses and realize young entrepreneurial learning for students. Methods of this assistance include Focus Group Discussion (FGD, holding several supporting workshops, organizing work workshops according to work safety culture and arranging permits and expanding product sales networks. The output results of this activity include the production of several product development training modules, social media accounts and e-commerce and business legality with the issuance of NIBs and CVs for both partners.

Abstract

Physiotherapy is a profession that provides a form of health services for both individuals and groups in order to develop, maintain, and restore body movements and functions. Every individual has the right to get health services, one of which is physiotherapy, but the lack of public knowledge, and economic problems make people reluctant or even impossible to get these services. Nutritional status is one of the factors that can affect child development. The program to treat malnourished children is periodically conducted in January-March every year. The Semarang City Health Office collaborates with IFI Semarang City and STIKES KESDAM IV Diponegoro Department of Physiotherapy as well as from various other medical team collaborations to provide services to these toddlers. Malnourished toddlers from the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) of Semarang City were gathered at Rumah Pelangi Nusantara to receive services consisting of: Weight and TB examination, doctor's examination, psychologist, nutritionist consultation, social worker and physiotherapy. Physiotherapy itself plays a role in the detection and stimulation of the growth and development of children under five with malnutrition. IFI Semarang city is scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday to give assignments alternately to representatives of physiotherapists in each agency both from hospitals, Clinic and Homecare to come to Rumah Pelangi Nusantara to provide early detection treatment for malnourished toddlers who experience growth delays, by providing examinations, interventions in the form of exercise therapy and education to parents of toddlers. It is hoped that this activity can help in optimizing the stimulation of toddler growth and development along with increasing age and improving nutrition and weight gain.
