Abstract

Digital transformation in internship management demands a system that is not only administratively efficient but also relevant to the practical needs of students and companies. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of Skul.id as a supporting instrument for student internships at PT Telkomsel Surabaya Branch using a descriptive qualitative approach. Effectiveness is measured through three indicators: program understanding, satisfaction, and goal achievement. The results show that Skul.id is effective in supporting daily attendance and document-based assignment collection, but still faces constraints such as limited assignment formats and unstable notifications. This finding confirms that the effectiveness of digital apprenticeship systems is influenced by the integration of technical quality and alignment with students' work needs. Practically speaking, the development of similar applications needs to consider the integration of more diverse assignment formats and improved notification reliability so that the digital system can serve as a sustainable model for the digitalisation of internships at other institutions.

Abstract

So this study aims to analyze and describe the efforts of the Nagari government in resolving land disputes in Nagari Air Bangis. The method used is qualitative-descriptive with informant retrieval techniques based on purposive sampling. The results showed that efforts have been made in resolving land disputes through five mechanisms, namely ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), Negotiation, Mediation, Arbitration and Neutral Fact-Finding. Efforts on the part of the Bangis Water Planters Solidarity began by conciliating the affected smallholders, the community and traditional leaders collecting historical evidence from the disputed customary land, the Nagari government facilitating meetings and expert teams, and WALHI accompanying the solidarity of bangis water planters and advocating. However, more authoritative actors, such as the Governor of West Sumatra and the Directorate General of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia, have still not shown their role in resolving such disputes. The conclusion of the study shows that five efforts to resolve land disputes that occurred in Nagari Air Bangis have not been able to resolve the disputes that occurred so that they require more massive efforts from the government above Nagari.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the capacity of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in managing Savings and Loans Units (USP) for many bad loans carried out by the community as users of savings and loans. And knowing the inhibiting and supporting factors in the process of managing savings and loan units. The theory used to measure the capacity of an organization is the Capacity theory written by Milen (2001). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that BUMDes administrators have good capacity, this can be seen from their human resources (HR) having knowledge of the existence of BUMDes, understanding of the tasks given, and the ability to complete responsibilities. The lack of awareness of the people selected as savings and loan users in paying installments is an inhibiting factor in managing savings and loan units. For this reason, the Koto Pait Beringin BUMDes Management is expected to be more wise in carrying out checks on the acceptance of prospective savings and loan users so that in the future there will be no more problems in paying savings and loan installments.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City with the aim of finding out more about the role of government agencies in overcoming acts of road dysfunction and to find out the obstacles that exist in overcoming acts of road dysfunction. The types and sources of data in this research are primary and secondary data. This research is descriptive qualitative, namely an analysis that provides a detailed picture based on observations, interview results, and also documentation. The results of this research show that the role of government agencies in overcoming road disruption in Pekanbaru City is seen from indicators ranging from policy planners, implementers. policies, and policy supervisors are said to play quite a role but there is still a need for improvement in terms of order and supervision. The low level of legal awareness, and supervision which is only carried out as a formality, as well as a lack of firmness in providing sanctions are the reasons why acts of disruption of road function are still not optimally resolved as expected.

Abstract

Economic disparities between urban and rural areas in Indonesia create structural challenges to equitable national development. At the same time, the optimization of Village Funds still faces gaps between theoretical potential and practical realization despite more than a decade of implementation. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the optimization of Village Fund Allocation in improving community economy in Nagari Bomas, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency. The research methodology employed a qualitative approach with an instrumental case study design involving 10 key informants selected through purposive sampling. Methodological triangulation was implemented through in-depth interviews, participatory observation over six months, and the analysis of 45 official documents using inductive thematic analysis techniques. Research findings demonstrate a strategic evolution from a focus on physical infrastructure toward a holistic approach that integrates physical and non-physical development, with BUMNag's "Tungku Tigo Sajarang" catalyzing economic diversification, creating employment opportunities, and enhancing Village Original Income. This study contributes to the development of a multidimensional analytical framework that integrates governance, economic growth, and local institutional capacity perspectives within the context of the nagari governance system while providing empirical evidence that the effectiveness of the Village Fund depends on the quality of participatory planning processes, local institutional capacity, and economic diversification strategies based on village resource potential.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the Sidrap Police Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) public services, identifies factors influencing service responsiveness, and measures public satisfaction with the services received. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research was conducted at the Sidrap Police SPKT at Jalan Bau Massepe No. 1 Pangkajene, Maritengae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, structured questionnaires, direct observation, and documentation analysis. Data were analyzed using the Huberman interactive model, including data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that 85% of respondents rated the Sidrap Police SPKT service as effective. Officer friendliness, service speed, easy access to information, and responsiveness were the main factors in the positive assessment. However, aspects of information transparency and infrastructure still require improvement. Factors affecting service responsiveness include the completeness of facilities, technology training for officers, workload, and leadership support. The level of community satisfaction is in the high category, with the average score of service components ranging from 3.7 to 4.4 out of a scale of 5. This research provides practical recommendations for the development of a more responsive police public service model that has a high score.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of decentralization in Indonesia since the enactment of regional autonomy following the 1999 reform era. Decentralization was intended to bring public services closer to the people, strengthen local democracy, and enhance government efficiency. However, its implementation has produced mixed outcomes and various challenges. This article examines the successes of decentralization in encouraging public participation, increasing local government revenue, and accelerating infrastructure development. On the other hand, it also highlights several failures, such as weak local government capacity, widespread corruption at the regional level, and persistent development disparities among regions. The evaluation uses a qualitative approach, primarily through literature review and policy analysis. The findings reveal that the success of decentralization is heavily influenced by the quality of local governance, human resource capacity, and consistent regulatory support from the central government. Therefore, a reformulation of decentralization policy is needed one that is more adaptive and responsive to local dynamics—in order to achieve the full potential of regional autonomy.
