Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan administrasi kenotariatan dalammendukung efisiensi pelayanan hukum di Kantor Notaris. pelaksanaan dilakukan melaluipraktik lapangan selama lima bulan dengan pendekatan observasi, pendampingan, sertaketerlibatan langsung dalam proses administrasi kenotariatan. Kegiatan yang dilakukanmeliputi penyusunan dan penjahitan akta, pengecekan, dan penulisan minuta akta dan membuatlaporan bulanan notaris. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan mahasiswa dalampelayanan kenotariatan berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan hukumperdata, khususnya dalam menjamin ketertiban administrasi, kepastian hukum, danperlindungan hukum bagi masyarakat. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memberikan pengalaman praktisbagi mahasiswa dalam memahami prosedur pembuatan akta autentik serta etika profesi notarisdan dari kegiatan ini ada implementasi administrasi kenotariatan mampu mendukung efisiensipelayanan hukum sekaligus memberikan pengalaman praktis bagi mahasiswa dalam bidanghukum perdata.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of classroom management as a strategy to improve the learning discipline of grade XI students at SMAN 1 Labuhan Haji. Using a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, this study identified that effective classroom management involves organizing the learning environment, managing time, and implementing consistent rules. The results showed that the implementation of classroom management can improve student learning discipline by about a quarter to a third of the total observed indicators, such as attendance, active participation, and a decrease in disruptive behavior in class. The main conclusion is that good classroom management contributes significantly to the achievement of educational goals, with recommendations for teacher training and the development of a more integrated curriculum. This study is expected to provide insights for other schools in optimizing student discipline.

Abstract

pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan peningkatan efektivitas pelayanan hukum di tingkat lokal, khususnya di Kantor Advokat Kecamatan Cianjur, Kabupaten Cianjur. Isu utama yang diangkat adalah keterbatasan sumber daya pendukung pelayanan hukum serta optimalisasi peran mahasiswa magang dalam mendukung aktivitas pelayanan hukum kepada masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan hukum melalui keterlibatan mahasiswa magang dalam aspek administrasi perkara dan pendampingan awal konsultasi hukum. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan dengan pendekatan pengorganisasian komunitas, yang melibatkan advokat, staf kantor, dan mahasiswa magang secara partisipatif dalam proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan mahasiswa magang berdampak positif terhadap ketertiban administrasi, percepatan proses pelayanan, serta pengurangan beban kerja advokat. Selain itu, masyarakat memperoleh akses pelayanan hukum yang lebih responsif, sementara mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman praktik hukum secara langsung. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan hukum serta penguatan peran mahasiswa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di bidang hukum.

Abstract

This qualitative study employed an intrinsic case study design to analyze the perceptions of grade XI-V students at SMA Negeri 1 Labuhan Haji regarding the use of the interactive learning medium Wordwall in Economics. The research aims to address the core problem in Economics classes, where students are often passive, sleepy, and find the subject boring due to its heavy theoretical nature. Data were collected through in-depth interviews (focusing on cognitive, affective, and conative dimensions of perception) and non-participant observation, and then analyzed using the interactive model by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The results indicate a strong positive perception among the students. Wordwall proved successful in the affective dimension by creating a more engaging, enjoyable, and boredom-reducing learning environment. In the conative dimension, the medium enhanced student activeness, motivation, and concentration. The study concludes that Wordwall is an effective innovative solution for changing students' negative views toward learning Economics.

Abstract

This community service aims to strengthen the organizational capacity of the Darul Muqomah Mosque in Bandung Regency through organizational governance training and mosque financial management. Problems faced by partners include suboptimal organizational structures, unclear division of tasks, and financial management that is still simple and has not been systematically documented. The method of implementing activities includes identifying needs, delivering materials through interactive training and discussions, as well as assistance in the implementation of organizational governance and an accountable and transparent financial management system. The training material includes the preparation of organizational structure, work program planning, financial recording, preparation of financial statements, as well as the principles of accountability and transparency in the management of mosque funds. The results of the activity showed an increase in the understanding and skills of mosque administrators in managing organizations and finances in a more organized and professional manner. This activity is expected to encourage the realization of better, transparent, and sustainable mosque governance so as to be able to increase the trust of worshippers and the role of mosques in community empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of socialization in improving micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) for beginners at Hidayatul Fatir Islamic Boarding School, Kampung Ciherang RT.02 RW 04, Maja Village, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. MSMEs play a strategic role in community economic development; however, beginner MSME actors often face various challenges, such as limited knowledge, low entrepreneurial motivation, and inadequate business management skills. This study employed a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that MSME development socialization has a positive impact on increasing participants’ understanding of basic MSME concepts, simple business management, and marketing strategies. In addition, the socialization activities enhance participants’ motivation and self-confidence to start businesses based on local potential. Nevertheless, several obstacles were identified, including limited time for socialization activities and the need for continuous assistance. The study concludes that socialization is a strategic initial step in empowering beginner MSMEs in an Islamic boarding school setting and has the potential to support sustainable community economic development

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance mechanisms on corporate financial performance. The mechanisms include audit committee, independent commissioners, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership. Financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA). The research object consists of consumer non-cyclicals food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019–2023. This study employs a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 16 sample companies. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that the audit committee does not have a significant effect on financial performance, while independent commissioners, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership have a significant effect. Simultaneously, all Good Corporate Governance variables significantly affect corporate financial performance

Abstract

Jrahi Village is a highland area located in Gunungwungkal District, Pati Regency. Jrahi Village boasts abundant tourism potential and a diverse range of natural resources, including plantations of durian, avocado, coffee, banana, and others. However, limited capabilities, knowledge, and skills pose a barrier to integrating and optimizing the potential of the tourism and plantation sectors. The implementation method used is outreach, training, technology application, mentoring, evaluation, and program sustainability. The results of the community service program include increasing awareness of sustainable tourism management based on conservation and biodiversity preservation, creating a disaster mitigation system, and enhancing human resource competency. Furthermore, the creation of a Micro-Hydro Power Plant is also an effort to intensify green energy innovation. The community is also assisted in processing the plantation sector to be more competitive, innovating product diversification, redesigning packaging, and other efforts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mitigasi risiko dalam meredam konflik di madrasah melalui studi kasus pada SMP IT Safinatun Najah. Madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki dinamika sosial dan organisasi yang kompleks akibat intensitas interaksi antara siswa, guru, orang tua, dan manajemen sekolah, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan konflik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mitigasi risiko konflik di SMP IT Safinatun Najah dilakukan melalui deteksi dini terhadap potensi konflik, penerapan komunikasi yang terbuka dan empatik, pembinaan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, serta koordinasi yang sinergis antara guru, wali kelas, guru BK, dan kepala sekolah. Selain itu, penerapan aturan sekolah yang bersifat edukatif turut mendukung upaya pencegahan dan penyelesaian konflik. Strategi mitigasi risiko tersebut diterapkan secara preventif dan berkelanjutan sehingga mampu menciptakan iklim madrasah yang kondusif, harmonis, dan mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

The Festival Anak Sholeh program is a religious-based educational activity implemented within the framework of *Community Service (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PEMA), designed as a non-formal learning medium to foster and develop children’s social character through various competitions and interactive activities that encourage active participation. This program was conducted in Negeri Ujung Kahan Village and involved community members, parents, and children as the primary beneficiaries. This study aims to describe the implementation of the *Festival Anak Sholeh as part of the PEMA program and to analyze its role as a medium for developing children’s social character. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through direct observation of program implementation, in-depth interviews with organizing committee members, parents, and child participants, as well as program documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Festival Anak Sholeh through the PEMA program makes a positive contribution to strengthening children’s social character values, particularly in terms of cooperation, empathy, self-confidence, discipline, and positive social interaction skills. Children were not only trained to develop their religious competencies but were also encouraged to collaborate, respect others, and engage in healthy competition. Furthermore, active community involvement and parental support were identified as key supporting factors in ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of this community service program. The findings suggest that the Festival Anak Sholeh, as part of a community service initiative, can serve as an effective alternative medium for character education based on religious values in rural communities, while also providing recommendations for the development of similar community service programs oriented toward strengthening children’s social character.
