Abstract

The background is that the learning outcomes of class VII students of PAI at SMPN 3 Sungai Pua are classified as low. The cause of the low student learning outcomes is due to the conventional methods used by educators so that students are not innovative and active in the learning process. Students only listen to the teacher in conveying the material without any response. That way the author applies the Take and Give method so that students can be active in receiving the knowledge that is entrusted. This research is an experimental research using a non-equivalent control group design. The aim is to see the impact of the Take and Give method on student learning outcomes. Its population is 83 people. Class VII.1 research sample as many as 30 students in class test. VII.2 27 students from the test class and 26 students from the control class VII.3. The hypothesis test used is the paired test and independent test, which are used to determine whether the hypothesis is rejected or accepted. The results of the study revealed that based on the acquisition of the t-test, a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.000 was obtained at a significant level of 5% so that ha was accepted and ho was rejected. So it is proven that there is a significant influence of the Take And Give method on the learning outcomes of PAI students at SMPN 3 Sungai Pua.

Abstract

This study discusses how the teacher's Verbal Communication skills in PAI learning at SD N 02 Magek and so that it can be known what are the obstacles experienced by PAI teachers at SD N 02 Magek. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is a field research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, the key informant was the Islamic Religious Education Subject teacher. The next step the author took was data analysis by examining all existing data from various sources, then making data reduction by making abstractions. Judging from the results of interviews and observations of the author at SD N 02 Magek, the teacher's verbal communication at SD N 02 Magek is not optimal, the reason is because there are still teachers who speak using harsh language, it is because students are difficult to manage and don't want to carry out assignments then make the teacher's emotions become unstable, so that the teacher who speaks harshly can affect the personality of students who have a weak mentality..

Abstract

The writing is motivated by the low learning motivation of class XI MIPA students at SMA Negeri 7 Sijunjung. Based on the results of observations, it can be see that the school environment at SMA Negeri 7 Sijunjung as a whole is in good condition. This is not in accordance with the theory which states that the more conducive the scool environment, the higher the student’s learning motivation. This research is a correlation research using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study is to use a lift or questionnaire. The informants in this study were students of class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 7 Sijunjung. Data analysis was carried out by means of normal traffic test, linearity test, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the study it was found that the data in this study were normally distributed with a significance value of 0,200. This value indicates that the significant value is more than 0,05, which means that the data is normally distributed. From the results of the linearity test it is known that the significance value is 0,051 > 0,05, which means that there is a linear relationship between the school environment and students’ learning motivation. From the calculation results obtained rxy = 0,652 and rtabel = 0,234. With the testing criteria Ho is accepted if rxy ≤ rtabel and Ho is rejected if rxy ≥ rtabel. The results of the sampel hypothesis test with the pearson product moment correlation obtained a significance value of 0,652 ≥ 0,234, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, yes that there is an influence of the school environment on the learning motivation of class XI MIPA students at SMA Negeri 7 Sijunjung. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, the result is 0,425. So it can be concluded that the influence of the school environment on student learning motivation is 42,5%.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the existence of problems that have been observed by the author's lack of student motivation in learning the pillars of prayer by using the spin wheel game media so that students are less active in the learning process. to attract students' learning interest. The purpose of this study was to produce a valid, practical and effective design of supporting media for learning Islamic religious education based on spin-wheel games. The method used in this study is the research and development (R&D) method using the 4D model according to Thiagarajan (1974), there are 4 stages, namely the abbreviation of Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. There are three product tests conducted in this study, namely validity tests, practicality tests and effectiveness tests conducted by experts. Based on the results of product tests that have been carried out by the author from the validity test, the average value is 0.87 which is declared valid, and for the practicality test, the average value is 1.00 which is declared practical and for the effectiveness test, the average value is obtained. -the average is 0.59 which is declared effective.

Abstract

This journal presents the results of an analysis of the influence of GoFood services on increasing sales of street vendors, by embracing various sources of information, including scientific articles, books, online data and the latest information. This research brings together data from various sources to detail the positive impact that the GoFood platform has on street vendors. Through a synthesis of this information, we found that GoFood significantly increased street vendor sales by expanding market access and providing adequate services for customers. Apart from that, the analysis also shows how street vendors who are smart in utilizing this technology tend to achieve greater profits. Thus, this journal illustrates the importance of technological adaptation in supporting the economic growth of street vendors in the current digital era.

Abstract

In an era marked by rapid technological advancements, numerous culinary businesses have embraced online sales processes to reach a wider customer base. This study aims to investigate the impact of the Go-food application service on the sales performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the culinary sector in Bandung. Leveraging the convenience and accessibility offered by the Go-food platform, this research explores how UMKM businesses have experienced growth in their sales revenue. Through a comprehensive analysis of data collected from participating businesses and customer feedback, the study sheds light on the transformative impact of digital platforms on the culinary industry in Bandung. The results of this study demonstrate the positive influence of the Go-food service on increasing sales for UMKM culinary businesses in Bandung.

Abstract

This research discusses service strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic in the School Library of SMAN 1 Matauli Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency. This research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. In this research, the research instrument is the researcher himself. The informants were the Matauli Pandan Library manager, library visitors, and several library staff. The results of this research show that the Library Service Strategy of SMAN 1 Matauli Pandan During the Covid-19 Pandemic includes: Washing hands and providing hand sanitizer, library visitors must wear masks, maintain social distancing, library visitors can only be 15 people. only and don't stay too long, library visiting hours are only 08.00-14.00 WIB, extending book borrowing and book return schedules only via WA (Whatsapp), regenerating library users' interest in reading by conducting joint discussion activities, book reviews , and reading books together, as well as other activities carried out virtually. The obstacles faced by librarians and users at the SMAN 1 Matauli Pandan Library during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic lie in the change in services which were previously carried out face-to-face, to be carried out virtually/online. The solution is to carry out activities in the library virtually/online or search for information that users need through the library's OPAC to reduce the number of visitors who come to the library.

Abstract

The research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of hotel tax and entertainment tax on increasing local revenue in the city of Medan. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The results of research conducted at the Medan City BPPRD show that hotel taxes and entertainment taxes have increased but there are still some that have not reached the target. The variables used are hotel tax and entertainment tax as independent variables and local revenue as the dependent variable to determine the effect of hotel tax on increasing local revenue in the city of Medan. The partial research results show that hotel taxes have a significant effect on regional origin. Restaurant tax has a significant effect on local revenue. Entertainment tax has a significant effect on local revenue.

Abstract

International terrorism is a crime that must fulfill an international element, involving more than one country as perpetrator, victim and funding. The main aim of this crime is to attack world peace and security. To deal with international terrorism crimes, regulations are needed at both the national and international levels. The International Criminal Court (ICC) has an important role in handling terrorism crimes. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness and challenges faced by the ICC in handling criminal acts of terrorism. To overcome these challenges, stronger international cooperation is needed in exchanging information and extradition of terrorist perpetrators. Apart from that, it is also necessary to increase the capacity and resources of the ICC to increase its effectiveness in handling terrorism cases.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an economic activity carried out by the majority of the Indonesian population as a way to earn income. Based on data released by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in 2015, it is stated that the percentage of MSMEs in Indonesia is 90% and 10% are large businesses. MSMEs themselves have a very significant role in driving economic growth in Indonesia, namely 60%. In the regional economic sector, MSMEs also have an important role and have a positive impact on labor absorption and poverty alleviation. MSMEs have also proven capable of facing the global economic recession because MSMEs are not exposed to the global economy; producing goods in production and marketing; and MSMEs, are more adaptive and only require low costs. In Binjai City, MSMEs also have a role in providing employment opportunities and have an important role in the economic system. So every good party builds a special post corner to increase MSME sales. This research uses a special method to explain something in detail and this research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Binjai Branch Office 20700.
