Abstract

Ojek is a transportation service that has long been the choice of people to travel. Along with the development of technology, currently ojek develops into two types, namely conventional motorcycle taxis and online motorcycle taxis.However, in recent times conventional motorcycle taxis have begun to face a decline in popularity along with the emergence of online motorcycle taxis. One of them is a conventional motorcycle taxi in front of Jember station. So this causes conflicts due to passengers preferring to use online motorcycle taxis compared to conventional motorcycle taxis. The reason they choose online motorcycle taxis is because what is offered is considered more economical and sometimes offers promos that make online motorcycle taxi fares cheaper than conventional motorcycle taxis. This certainly makes conventional motorcycle taxis experience a decrease in income. This study used qualitative research methods, where data were collected through field observations, interviews, and voice recordings, and refer to previous studies. This study uses Dahrendorf conflict theory to analyze conflicts that arise between conventional motorcycle taxis and online motorcycle taxis in the Jember station area, where differences in status and access rights set by local authorities are the main focus in this study.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the many deviant phenomena in narcotics use that occur in Indonesia today. This research aims to determine the process of social interaction in individuals which can influence them to take action. Similar to Sutherland's social learning theory, this research wants to find out what areas can influence the use of narcotics by individuals in their social interactions. The research process used descriptive methods and a qualitative approach through in-depth direct interviews with informants. In the process of interviews with informants, we found that the informant's narcotics abuse was the result of the influence of long-standing social interactions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Need Assessment of Children with Special Needs in Integrated Schools. Children with special needs often face challenges when it comes to learning and interacting in a typical school environment. In an effort to ensure that their needs are well met, it is necessary to conduct a thorough assessment to identify their individual special needs. This study used a qualitative method involving participants from students, teachers, parents, and integrated school staff at SDN 31/II Bangun Jayo.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to investigate the role of caretakers insupporting the continuance of the children's education, the obstacles face by the caretakers in carrying out the role, and caretakers attempt in overcoming the obstacles. In this study the method used is the 2 descriptive. With the techniques of data collection used are direct observation techniques, direct communication techniques and documentary studies techniques, while the tools of data collection are observation, interview and documentation. The analysis conducted using qualitative descriptive with 7 participants consist of 2 orphanage caretakers, 2junior high student’s orphans, 2 senior high student’s orphans and 1 university student orphan. The roles of the orphanage caretakers in supporting the continuance of the children’s education is as the motivator, facilitator, mentor, and a foster parent as a replacement of the families or parents of the children. The obstacles faced by the caretakers in carrying out its’ role is derived from the children’s own self and funding. The efforts of the caretaker used to resolve existing obstacles is by approaching the child, finding donors to help the orphanage funding and facilitate all the needs of the children in the orphanage.

Abstract

As the country with the largest Muslim population, Indonesia has great potential in developing Sharia economic systems, particularly in the banking sector. One of the largest Islamic banks in Indonesia is Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), which offers various banking products as solutions to improve the welfare of society. With the increasing demand for house ownership financing, BSI offers the BSI Griya product for financing the purchase of houses, shops, offices, or apartments, which can use two contract mechanisms, namely murabahah and musyarakah mutanaqisah. The purpose of this research is to further examine the BSI Griya house financing product so that the public understands the differences and advantages of Sharia financing compared to conventional bank loans. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study provide a clear overview of the BSI Griya housing financing scheme with the murabahah and musyarakah mutanaqisah contracts.

Abstract

Education is one way for individuals to explore their potential. Education is a necessity of human rights. Every individual has the right to receive education according to his wishes and needs. Interest in continuing education at tertiary institutions is of course the desire of every individual. So in this case it is necessary to study the factors that support students' interest in continuing higher education. In describing these factors, researchers used a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods. Based on the results of research conducted that the supporting factors of student interest in SMK 1 Bukittinggi City are influenced by internal or external factors and external factors.

Abstract

N Career planning for students is an important thing to develop to support their desired goals. Classical guidance is a service activity that can be carried out in the classroom in the form of face-to-face meetings between teachers and students presented systematically for the development of certain competencies. The aim of this classical guidance activity is to improve career planning abilities for class IX students. Problems are solved in four stages of activity, namely planning, action, observation and reflection of activities. Data collection methods use interviews, observation, and a career planning ability scale. Based on the results of the activity, it was discovered that students experienced increased understanding after receiving material regarding career planning.

Abstract

Implementation of Records Management Systems and Procedures (SPA) is a critical step in increasing the efficiency and accountability of information management in organizational and corporate environments. The scope is an analysis of the planning, implementation and effectiveness of SPA in optimizing storage, management and accessibility of records in a company. The methodological approach involves in-depth evaluation of existing systems and procedures, identification of company needs, and design and implementation of appropriate SPA. The main focus of SPA includes document categorization, version management, access permission management, and security measures to protect the authenticity and confidentiality of information. The importance of developing and implementing appropriate SPA as a foundation for effective records management. The implications of these findings have a positive impact on companies, providing a solid framework for transparent and efficient information governance. These findings can be a valuable guide for other companies seeking to improve the quality of their records management.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of teachers and parents in implementing education for children with special needs (children with special needs) at school. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques include: observation and interviews. The research subjects or informants were the school principal, class teacher/homeroom teacher and student parents. Collaboration between parents and teachers is very necessary in the formation and improvement of inclusive education. The research results show that: (1) In inclusive education, the role of the principal as the highest decision holder in an institution greatly influences the direction and goals to be achieved by the institution. (2) There are many factors inhibiting the management of inclusive education at SDN Talang Pantai from the beginning of management until now. The role of the teacher/class teacher is very important in learning, namely the teacher always provides motivation when starting the teaching and learning process, the teacher always pays more attention to children with special needs compared to other normal children and the teacher/class teacher always guides children with special needs when carrying out ongoing learning. (3) Efforts made by parents towards children with special needs, namely that parents pay attention to the child, provide appropriate guidance when implementing inclusive education at school. Parents of children with special needs need to be directly involved in making every decision, starting from school placement to the collaboration they carry out with the school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze calistung problems in grade 3 students of SD Muhammadiyah Birrul Walidain. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research that seeks an in-depth understanding of social phenomena in a natural way. The data collection technique used is by using interview, documentation and direct observation methods. Based on the data obtained from the results of the study, it shows that of the 26 students in the class, there is one student who still has difficulty in reading, writing and counting due to lack of learning experience at home, less innovative learning from teachers and lack of attention from parents and teachers to improve children's calistung skills. Therefore, teachers are required to be able to find innovations in learning strategies and implement differentiated learning to understand and differentiate students' learning styles from one another.
