Abstract

Instagram telah menjadi platform yang vital bagi merek untuk berkomunikasi dengan audiensnya. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran konten yang diproduksi oleh akun Instagram Adidas Indonesia dalam membangun engagement dengan pengguna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan fokus pada jenis-jenis konten yang diunggah oleh akun tersebut. Data dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi empat pilar jenis konten: educative content, engagement content, information content, dan product knowledge. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa engagement content merupakan jenis konten yang paling banyak diunggah dan memberikan dampak positif dalam membangun interaksi dengan pengguna. Adidas Indonesia tampak terus berupaya untuk berinteraksi dengan para pengguna Instagram melalui konten yang menarik dan relevan melalui konten engagement. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya engagement content sebagai strategi efektif dalam menarik perhatian pengguna dan memperkuat hubungan merek dengan audiensnya di platform media sosial.

Abstract

This research discusses community adaptation to water pollution around the Ciangir Waste Final Disposal Site (TPA), Tamansari District, Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on community adaptation to water pollution. The research results show that the community around the Ciangir landfill has shown passive adaptation to the environmental pollution conditions that occur around them. Even though the quality of well water is affected by water pollution from the landfill, residents do not consume water from the landfill because they have access to clean wells. Water from the landfill is used only for agricultural irrigation purposes after going through a certain processing process. Apart from that, the research also found that licit water from the landfill was not significantly affected during heavy rain, but the river water around the landfill became cloudy due to the flow of rainwater which carried polluting particles. Residents around the Ciangir TPA only use water from the TPA for agricultural irrigation purposes, while for daily consumption needs, they prefer to use water from the clean wells they own. The local government does not pay adequate attention to waste management at the Ciangir landfill, which has the potential to increase the negative impact of water pollution around the landfill. The suggestion proposed is that the government immediately take steps to move the piles of rubbish to safer and more suitable empty land to reduce the impact of water pollution caused by the Ciangir landfill. In dealing with water pollution conditions around the Ciangir Waste Landfill, the community has adapted by using water from the landfill for agricultural irrigation.

Abstract

This research was prepared with the aim of explaining the correlation between planning and budgeting systems in education. This writing uses qualitative methods. The results of this research conclude that the planning and budgeting systems are closely related. With good budget planning, you can certainly realize your mutually desired educational goals.

Abstract

This paper outlines gender dynamics in English language teaching (ELT) which includes challenges, strategies, curriculum design, and complex teacher-student relationships. It provides an overview of challenges such as gender bias, stereotyping, and unequal participation, as well as effective strategies to foster an inclusive learning environment. In addition, this study also outlines perspectives on gender inclusiveness, highlights the importance of cultural sensitivity and intersectionality and offers valuable insights for teachers and policy makers to promote gender equality in teaching practices in the ELT domain.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were, 1) to determine the mathematics learning outcomes of SDIT Khairur Rahman students without using the Quizizz application-based paper mode, 2) the use of the Quizizz application-based paper mode, 3) the significant effect of using the Quizizz application-based paper mode on the learning outcomes of SDIT Khairur Rahman students. This research methodology uses quantitative research using the Quasi Experiment method (pseudo experiment) which is a development of the true experiment design. This research was conducted at SDIT Khairur Rahman, located on Jl. Arief Rahman Hakim Gg. Sukahati No. 1 Kel. Tegal Sari III, Kec. Medan Area, Medan City, North Sumatra. The population and sample of this study were all 3rd grade students consisting of 2 classes, namely the experimental class and the control class totaling 52 students. The test instruments used were pre-test and post-test in the form of multiple choice. The type of data analysis carried out by analyzing the Paired Sample T-Test test. The results of this study indicate 1) student learning outcomes without using the Quizizz application-based paper mode obtained an average pre-test score of 32.08 and post-test 63.96. 2) student learning outcomes using the Quizizz application-based paper mode obtained an average pre-test value of 48.00 and post-test 91.80. 3) there is an effect of using paper mode based on the Quizizz application on the learning outcomes of SDIT Khairur Rahman students. This is evidenced by the results of the Paired Sample T-Test test Sig value. 0.00 <0.05 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, the use of paper mode based on the Quizizz application can be applied by teachers to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Project Based Learning is a learning model that uses projects or activities as media. In project-based learning, students are involved in real projects that are relevant to Islamic learning material. This increases students' interest and motivation in learning, and allows them to apply Islamic religious knowledge in everyday life. Project-based learning can improve students' social skills, such as cooperation in groups, communication, and problem solving. The teacher as a facilitator gives tasks to students to develop their potential. Several stages in PAI learning using a project-based learning model are as follows. Apart from that, students also develop a deeper understanding of Islamic religious values through direct experience in the projects they work on.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the discourse on social harmony in society after the 2024 General Election through social media X and Instagram. In the contemporary context, social media has become a major platform for sharing opinions, views and emotions related to political events. This analysis uses a qualitative approach by utilizing sentiment analysis techniques to understand the affection contained in posts, comments and user responses. This research focuses on identifying affective patterns that emerge and how these patterns influence social harmony in society. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insight into post-election social dynamics and the importance of social media in shaping public narratives regarding social harmony.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether jigsaw type cooperative learning can overcome the problems that exist in students in the form of lack of activeness and also learning outcomes. The subjects sampled in this study were students of class VII E as many as 31 students and class VII G as many as 30 students. The data collection method uses quantitative methods. This research design uses class action experimental research. Class VII E as a control class by applying a lecture or conventional learning model, while class VII G as an experimental class applied the jigsaw type cooperative learning model. This research was conducted for three meetings in each class. The results obtained from this study were that the jigsaw type cooperative learning gained an advantage by getting an activeness score of 86 and learning outcomes of 83.33 in the experimental class. While the learning model with a lecture or conventional model is only able to get an average score of 79.97 and an average value of learning outcomes worth 76.45 in the control class. Therefore, it can be concluded that the jigsaw type cooperative learning model is able to influence students' activeness and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Representation of poverty in Turah movie explained through dialogue, language, symbol, image, expression which contain in the scene. Each scene in Turah movie is analyzed using Roland Barthes's semiotics, through denotation, connotation and myth as the process. This study method used a qualitative descriptive approach, with the aim of the research that is find out representation of poverty in "Turah" movie. The result of this study shows there is a representation of poverty in "Turah" movie which is shown through the scene in the movie. Based on the categorizations of poverty according to Chambers, those explain that poverty in "Turah" movie causes social problems, and as a result those social problems make Tirang villagers increasingly can not be released from the poverty.

Abstract

The intensity of playing online games for adolescents in Sub District of Panggung, Tegal Timur District, Tegal City, has caused them to practice swearing. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of playing online games on the habit of swearing in adolescents in Sub District of Panggung, Tegal Timur District, Tegal City. This research uses quantitative methods. The data technique used was observation, questionnaires and supporting documents. The population of this study were all of the people of Sub District of Panggung, East Tegal District, Tegal City, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression test. The results showed that there was an effect of online games on the habit of swearing in adolescents in Sub District of Panggung, Tegal Timur District, Tegal City.
