Abstract

This paper aims to conduct training on business licensing assistance for MSME products through the role of Universitas Islam Negeri Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung students. MSMEs are widespread in the community, but the ownership of a Business Permit Number (NIB) is still low, so it was initiated by the Minister of BKPM and the Minister of Cooperatives and MSMEs related to the oss.go.id digital platform which makes it easy for MSMEs to register their business. However, as the ability and knowledge of SMEs to manage business license numbers are still limited, the role of students is needed to take part in assisting SMEs to have a Business Permit Number. This service is written with a service learning approach that provides easy services for training participants so that they have the knowledge and ability to access new platforms for business licensing. The result of this service is that training on business licensing assistance for MSME products has been carried out through the role of Universitas Islam Negeri Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung students on October 16, 2021 online through the media zoom. The training participants were 68 participants, and the training resource persons were East Java Transfumi Guard Volunteers, Tulungagung Transfumi Guard Volunteers as well as Postgraduate Lecturers and FEBI Universitas Islam Negeri Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, as well as the Tulungagung PLUT Institutional Division. Among the materials presented were (1) The role of students in encouraging the MSME community in managing business legality, 2) Introduction of the OSS system, 3) Licensing of low, medium, medium, high, high risk micro businesses.

Abstract

The implementation of this PKM program aims to solve problems in the production and management aspects of cracker SMEs “UD. JAYA ABADI” owned by M. Subhan Abadi which is located in Tlasih village, Tulangan, Sidoarjo. The production capacity of these cracker SMEs is 400 kg/day. Types of crackers produced include fish crackers, onion crackers, and shrimp crackers. The priority problem in the production aspect of Mitra cracker SMEs is the low productivity (quality and quantity) of the production of mixing the cracker dough and the priority problem in the management aspect is that there is no bookkeeping of business financial flows. The process of mixing the raw material for crackers at the partner cracker SMEs is done manually by hand and trampled underfoot with a production capacity of 50 kg/hour. The solution to solving the priority problems in the production aspect is carried out through the design of the dough mixer machine for raw materials for crackers, semi-automatic, mechanical, electric motors and reducers and solutions to solving financial management problems are carried out through training activities and assistance in accounting for business financial flows using a simple cash book. The results achieved from the implementation of the PKM program are: (1) a semi-automatic mechanical mixer for crackers, an electric motor and a reducer with a production capacity of 500 kg/hour, and (2) the implementation of better financial management, which has been carried out in an orderly manner. business financial flows using a simple cash book.

Abstract

Kedungdowo Village has a village-owned business entity with the name BUMDes Tumbuh Lestari. Those who have business units include the Savings and Loans Unit and are currently developing, the second is the village market, and the third is a heavy equipment rental unit. The challenges during the Covid pandemic have hampered the performance of BUMD. Therefore, it is important to empower through training and mentoring to prepare BUMD to grow sustainably in order to survive during the pandemic with financial management and branding. Based on the results of the training and mentoring, it can be concluded that the material presented is easy to understand and easy to implement, as well as the outputs for preparing improved financial reports and food product branding grids that will be produced by BUMDs

Abstract

Title of Community Service: Mental Health Education to Develop Interest in Sports in the “Young and Young Work” Community Group, Kedungsari Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency. Determining the level of psychological well-being of a youth can be seen through how they express themselves when participating in sports activities organized by the “Muda Mudi Berkarya” community group. This is evidenced by the fact that almost all young people are less enthusiastic when carrying out sports activities organized by the “Muda Mudi Berkarya” community group. Therefore, it is important to look at the relationship between youth interest in sports and psychological well-being. Psychological well-being can increase the interest of young people assisted by the Young Mudi Berkarya community group in the field of sports.

Abstract

Along with the development of science and technology, the demands of the government and society on teacher professionalism are increasing. One form of writing that can be produced by teachers to fulfill Continuing Professional Development (PKB) is scientific articles. The purpose of this activity is to provide an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of scientific articles, including the basic concepts of scientific writing, research methodologies, and journal style so that teachers gain broader insight into scientific articles and journals that can publish scientific articles. The methods that will be used in this service activity include classical and individual approaches. The scientific article writing training for Islamic Banking teachers was carried out for 15 days, namely November 1-15 2021. During those fifteen days, participants were accompanied synchronously and asynchronously by the PKM team. Scientific article writing training for Islamic Banking teachers at SMK N 1 Kudus is very useful. Participants who initially were unfamiliar with scientific articles, became knowledgeable and had experience in this field

Abstract

This Community Service is based on the needs and desires of the villagers of East Rombia Village and West Rombia Village, Kec. Ganding Kab. Sumenep to develop the potential of superior village products. West Rombiya manages the potential that exists in the village, one of which is the management of bananas which are processed into chips. Meanwhile, East Rombia village produces various souvenirs from bags, cups, titles, key chains, to frames. All the souvenirs are made of coconut shells. The village's superior products are still managed in a simple manner as well as the marketing strategy. This PKM aims to provide knowledge to the public regarding marketing strategies. Sumenep is a city of students, where most of the population are Muslims, so the potential for halal tourism or sharia tourism has enormous opportunities. The existence of tourism is a market opportunity for SMEs to market their products. This PKM is trying to implement a sharia-based marketing strategy. Where the solution offered is assistance in making an information system that is used as a marketing tool. This program will make it easier for villages to market their superior products. The application of marketing used is website-based, social media, where with certain branding strategies and marketing by sharia, it is expected to develop superior village products.
