Abstract

The loss of historical heritage in Ponorogo has not inspired the local government to take action regarding the handling of objects and cultural heritage sites. Based on the records of the Ponorogo Regency Cultural Heritage Preservation Agency, there are 35 objects, 2 buildings and 5 cultural heritage sites. But of the 35 objects, 13 of them have been lost. In addition, the cultural heritage in Ponorogo does not yet have a bookkeeping so that the governance system is still not optimal. Based on this, this study is tasked with recording, mapping, and recording historical relics using an android-based application regarding cultural heritage in Ponorogo.The ARDILA (Augmented Reality Digital Serving) application is structured historically and geographically to make it easier for the public and tourists to access credible information about cultural heritage in Ponorogo. With this application, it is hoped that it can save cultural heritage and can educate the public to raise awareness in caring for and preserving historical heritage. In its implementation, mapping and bookkeeping will be carried out directly to the field to find out the remaining relics as well as merging the cultural heritage data that has been explored. Furthermore, the results of the study of cultural heritage will be compiled into one, then compiled in a periodized manner according to the historical timeline. The research method to be carried out is R&D using the ADDIE development model. The selection of the ADDIE model is because it is able to produce effective designs and can be made in online or face-to-face conditions (Alodwan & Almosa, 2018).

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explain the dynamics of zakat and fitrah practices on Java Island during the late colonial period. This study uses a historical research method that includes several stages, including heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography, by emphasizing the focus of the study on the issue of Islamic philanthropy using an Islamic and Social history approach. Based on the study results, the average practice of zakat and fitrah on Java Island is voluntary. Javanese people pay zakat and fitrah to religious experts as a fee for leading religious rituals. In addition, Dutch colonialism also influenced the change in the practice of zakat and fitrah on Java Island, which was initially profane to sacred.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dinamika praktik zakat dan fitrah di Pulau Jawa pada masa kolonial akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah yang meliputi beberapa tahapan, antara lain, heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan historiografi, dengan menitikberatkan fokus kajian pada isu filantropi Islam menggunakan pendekatan sejarah Islam dan Sosial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rata-rata praktik zakat dan fitrah di Pulau Jawa bersifat sukarela. Penduduk Jawa membayar zakat dan fitrah kepada ahli agama sebagai upah jasa memimpin ritual keagamaan. Selain itu, kolonialisme Belanda juga mempengaruhi perubahan praktik zakat dan fitrah di Pulau Jawa yang awalnya bersifat profan menjadi sakral.

Abstract

Abstrak Serat Lokapala merupakan salah satu serat dalam Jawa yang menceritakan tentang keberanian dan kejayaan pahlawan-pahlawan bijak yang melawan keangkaramurkaan penguasa jahat dan Srakah. Para pahlawan bijak tersebut sangat teguh dalam meyakini dan menjalankan amanat falsafah leluhur yang selalu berpihak pada kebenaran dan keadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dua permasalahan yaitu wujud Pancasona dan watak Dasamuka pada peperangan Arjunasasrabahu. Penelitian ini menggunakan objek berupa naskah kuno, menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teori filologi dan semiotik guna mengungkap wujud Pancasona pada peperangan Arjunasasrabahu. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas, maka rumusan masalah yang anak dikupas oleh peneliti yaitu: (1) Bagaimana analisis wacana kritis wujud ajian pancasona dalam Serat Lokapala, (2) Bagaimana simbolisme wujud ajian pancasona dalam Serat Lokapala. Tujuan dilakukannnya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap wujud pancasona yang digambarkan pada peperangan arjunasasrabahu dalam Serat Lokapala. Manfaat dilakukan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberian pengetahuan serta referensi kepada pembaca ataupun peneliti selanjutnya mengenai wujud pancasona pada peperangan arjunasasrabahu dalam Serat Lokapala. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan serta dapat menjadi referensi kepada pembaca ataupun peneliti selanjutnya mengenai wujud pancasona Kata kunci: Pancasona, Naskah, Wacana kritis.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the thoughts of a figure Abdul Rivai about Kaoem Moeda in Bintang Hindia Newspaper 1903-1907. The research method used is the historical research method, the steps consist of Heuristics (source collection), source criticism (verification), interpretation, and Historiography (writing). This research uses primary sources in the form of Abdul Rivai's writings in the Bintang Hindia newspaper published from 1903-1907. While secondary sources are books and journals relevant to the research theme. The results of this study show that Abdul Rivai was a doctor and journalist who fought for the Bumiputera nation with education through writing in newspapers. During the thought process that focused on education, Abdul Rivai managed to define the word "Kaoem Moeda" in the Bintang Hindia newspaper. The idea of young people had an impact with the formation of a Young People's Association. The association was needed as a forum to discuss the future of the Bumiputera nation.
