Abstract

Islamic religious education is one of the educations that must be understood by Muslims, therefore it does not look at any institution. This education should be studied properly without exception in the Indonesian National Police Agency and this education is a routine agenda for learning for members of the Police in Sampang and this agenda is based on government regulation number 2 of 2003 concerning disciplinary regulations for members of the Indonesian National Police. This study aims to (1) describe the background of holding Islamic religious education for members of the Sampang Police. (2) Describe the materials and methods in the implementation of Islamic religious education for members of the Sampang Police. (3) Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Islamic religious education for members of the Sampang Police. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The source of the data for this research is the Sampang Police Chief and his staff. The research data were obtained through participatory observation, structured interviews, and document studies. While the data analysis uses the analytical technique, Miles Hiberman. The results of this study indicate that Islamic religious education as in the Sampan Police Station is as follows: 1) the lack of an Islamic religious education agenda for the Sampang Police Station ranks. There is a legal umbrella that accommodates the agenda 2) The material for Islamic religious education that is applied to members of the Resort Police, especially in Sampang includes the study of the interpretation of the Qur'an and the study of Islam. While the method used in the study is the lecture method. 3) The supporting factor in Islamic religious education for Polres members is a program from the Sampang Police and direct orders from the leadership of the Sampang Police Chief. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is when it clashes with an urgent task and cannot be left behind.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the internalization of moral education values ​​contained in QS. Al-Fuqan verse 63 in MTs Miftahul Ulum Rk-Kerrk. The internalization of values ​​of moral education is an urgent matter to continue to be integrated in the learning process. These values ​​are in line with the regulations on character education. Until now, education has become a national discussion because of the many immoral acts of violence, especially among students and even college students. The research method used is qualitative. The data collection techniques of this research were in-depth interviews with informants; intensive observation and observation; and documentation study of relevant documents. The data analysis of this research is to reduce the data to accommodate some data that are considered relevant; presentation of data through relevant qualitative data; and drawing conclusions that lead to the final result. The result of this research is the internalization of QS moral education values. Al-furqan verse 63 is: through habituation of humility; habituation does not say dirty; through exemplary shaking hands; and the habit of reading the Koran before lessons. Constraints on internalizing the values ​​of QS moral education. Al-furqan verse 63 is: lack of awareness of students; lack of parental support; and the lack of binding rules from madrasas.

Abstract

Madrasah literacy is an effort to make madrasas a literate educational organization. The Madrasah Literacy Movement (GELEM) needs to be implemented because it has a function as a driver in growing character, the ability to process information, improve thinking and analysis skills.This study aims to: 1) Describe the implementation of the Madrasah Literacy Movement Program. 2) Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Implementation of the Madrasah Literacy Movement Programe.This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely research that seeks to describe and interpret objects as they are. The key instrument is the researcherhimself, and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The research location is in MA At-Taufiqiyah Bluto Sumenep. The data were analyzed by reducing the data and presenting the data, and drawing conclusions, then by testing the validity of the data from the research results, an extension of the research was carried out, increasing persistence and also triangulation.The results showed that, 1) The implementation of the Madrasah Literacy Movement Programe at MA Attaufiqiyah were: a) the basis of activities, b) the steps for literacy activities, 2) the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Madrasah Literacy Movement Programe: a) Supporting factors for the availability of facilities that became supporting the application of student literacy culture, b) The inhibiting factor is that it takes longer because there is still little time, then students still do not understand the books they read so they still need guidance from the teacher.

Abstract

Evaluation is one of the most important components in learning, because evaluation can measure the knowledge and knowledge of students or students and can improve the support for making lesson plans and can further improve and refine existing deficiencies. There are three focuses that are the main studies in this study, namely: First, the evaluation of psychomotor-based learning of the book of matan taqrib at the Nazhatut Thullab Islamic Boarding School Prajjan Camplong Sampang. Second, the aspects that are in the evaluation of psychomotor-based learning of the book of matan taqrib at the Nazhatut Thullab Prajjan Camplong Sampang Islamic Boarding School. Third, the factors supporting and inhibiting the evaluation of psychomotor-based learning of the book of matan taqrib in Pondok Pesantren Nazhatut Thullab Prajjan Camplong Sampang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach that uses a phenomenological type, which describes or describes things as they are. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This research method, using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction and data display. The results showed that: first, the evaluation of psychomotor-based learning of the book of matan taqrib before it was applied, students were given FISONA religious learning (Fiqh Sorof and Nahwu) as well as night activities such as sorogan, then the evaluation was implemented by means of students practicing the lessons they had learned while at the Islamic Boarding School. . Second, evaluation of psychomotor-based learning of the book of matan taqrib, namely (thaharah, tajhiz corpse, hajj and umrah). Third, the supporting factor is getting support from the leadership of the Islamic Boarding School, the Asatid, the alumni and the community. the inhibiting factor is the adjustment of students to teachers and clerics being delayed so that they come out of the predetermined schedule, not preparing the materials that will be used in practice.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, in the world of education there is competition between one institution and another. Then the tourism brand image strategy in increasing the interest of prospective new students at MAN Sampang. Based on this, there are three research focuses that are the main studies in this study, namely: first, how to plan a tourism brand image strategy in increasing the interest of prospective new students at MAN Sampang?, second, how to implement a tourism brand image strategy in increasing interest prospective new students at MAN Sampang?, third, how to evaluate the tourism brand image strategy in increasing the interest of prospective new students at MAN Sampang?. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The sources of data obtained are through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants were the principal of the MAN Sampang school, the waka and all members of the MAN Sampang school. The results showed that: first, planning the tourism brand image strategy in increasing the interest of prospective new students at MAN Sampang, is to hold a meeting of the principal with the entire board of teachers and TU staff to discuss and determine the brand image that is in accordance with MAN Sampang and preparing a work program and creating a committee to build a tourism brand at MAN Sampang. Second, in implementing the tourism brand image strategy at MAN Sampang, it is to build and rearrange the school environment and provide photo spots as a forum for expression for madrasa residents. The third evaluation of the tourism brand image strategy at MAN Sampang is that the principal often holds meetings with the committee and the entire teacher council so that later it can be easier to develop the tourism brand image that has been carried out at MAN Sampang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the teacher's performance at Jati Agung Wage Junior High School, Taman Sidoarjo District, the process of clinical supervision of supervisors in improving teacher performance at Jati Agung Wage Junior High School Taman Sidoarjo. Wage Taman Sidoarjo.The research method in this study uses a descriptive research approach, because the discussion can be done by describing or describing facts in the form of a comprehensive narrative about situations and events in a systematic and factual manner regarding the factors, properties and relationships between phenomena that are owned to carry out research. base accumulation. In this study, the researcher uses qualitative methods, qualitative research is research that is intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject, for example behavior, perception, motivation, action and others, holistically and by way of description in the form of words. and language, in a particular natural context and by utilizing various natural methods. Data collection techniques in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques.The results showed that the role of school supervisors in improving the performance of PAI teachers through clinical supervision went well in accordance with their duties and functions, but their optimization needed to be improved. This can be seen from the success of teachers who are able to compile syllabus and design lesson plans in accordance with curriculum policies, teachers are able to make semester and annual programs and are able to organize teacher administration tools well, although supervisor visits to schools have not been maximized. In addition, teachers are able to determine strategies or learning methods that can develop various potentials of students. Although there are still some obstacles in the implementation of guidance carried out by school supervisors in improving the performance of PAI teachers, the role of supervisors with clinical supervision is very important because it can provide many benefits for teachers.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, in the world of education there is competition between one institution and another. So the school library service here has a strong influence in increasing students' reading interest. Based on this, there are three research focuses that are the main studies in this study, namely: first, how is the school library service at MIN Gunung Maddah Sampang?, second, what is the strategy for school library services to increase student interest in reading at MIN Gunung Maddah Sampang ?, how is the evaluation of school library services to increase student interest in reading at MIN Gunung Maddah Sampang?. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The sources of data obtained are through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants are the principal, the head of the library, the manager of the service division, the Indonesian language teacher, the English teacher and also the students. The results showed that: first, the library of MIN Gunung Maddah Sampang has used automation or computerized services in terms of completing the administration of borrowing books, returning books and catalogs, which is an activity of providing library materials appropriately, accurately and quickly to meet the needs of users. This is in accordance with the library service system. Second, the school library of MIN Gunung Maddah Sampang also cooperates with regional libraries, in visiting smart homes and also mobile cars so that students can get to know a little about the services available in the library, in accordance with strategies in an effort to increase and foster reading interest in students. . Third, the MIN Gunung Maddah Sampang library involves principals and teachers in implementing strategies to increase students' reading interest through monthly programs and also activities such as reading corners, monthly literacy reading workshops, library exhibition activities and at the same time giving appreciation to students. So that all activities in the library can be maximized properly, according to the strategy in an effort to increase reading interest.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, competition between educational institutions is currently increasingly attractive and competitive, therefore it is necessary to have good marketing activities in order to build a positive image and attract public interest. In marketing, the things that must be considered by the students themselves are because the students are the products that will be offered. That way education must be able to produce good or quality products so that it can attract public interest. Abstract

Many educational programs concentrate on maturing learning models, strategies and approaches, while the content of the material is not a serious concern, so it is not something that is an anomaly if Islamic religious education teaching materials in schools/madrasas find some errors. Therefore, the material for the development of teaching materials is absolutely necessary. The results of the study concluded that the strategy for developing teaching materials was carried out in 5 hierarchical stages, namely: 1. Identification of needs. Characterized by the lack of teaching materials to achieve teaching goals. 2. Looking for curriculum materials. The way it works is to find and classify materials related to the needs of the institution. 3. Analysis of curriculum materials. It is an activity of separating various materials into small parts and then testing each part and whether they are related to one another or not. 4. Assessment of curriculum materials. This is done in two ways, namely checking the completeness of the material and reading critical reviews or reports from evaluation studies. 5. Making decisions on the adoption of curriculum materials. This is done by registering the teaching materials used that are deemed less relevant to the needs and conducting research that aims to select and assess the new teaching materials that have been obtained.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the innovations in the development of authentic assessment of skills aspects carried out at Nazhatut Thullab High School. The approach used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. The data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data display, and verification. Furthermore, the researcher conducted an audit of the research results with the following steps: extension of participation, persistence/constant observation, triangulation, and peer-review through discussion. The results of this study indicate that the innovation of developing authentic assessments of skills aspects at Nazhatut Thullab High School resulted in a policy to develop two of the three authentic assessments of skills aspects, namely output-based performance assessments, and output-based project assessments, which are assessment models that are commonly carried out. by all educators, namely project assessment, and performance assessment by producing products, which in practice refers to the guidelines issued by the Government, with the obligation for all students to document all assessment processes until the end in video form and upload them to the YouTube channel each. The objectives of the video documentation process and uploading to the YouTube channel are (1) to make it easier for teachers to provide in-depth assessments (2) to provide IT education and (3) to provide them with basic entrepreneurial learning.
