Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh social media marketing activity terhadap niat beli seseorang di live streaming shopee live. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner yaitu Google Form. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 151 responden dengan metode non-probability sampling menggunakan judgement sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak, SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini Social media markting activity berpengaruh terhadap relationship quality, customer experience berpengaruh terhadap relationship quality, relationship quality berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention. Relationship quality berpengaruh terhadap loyalty intention, dan relationship quality berpengaruh terhadap participate intention. Dimana penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap industri online shopping khususnya Shopee live, yang dimana kegiatan media sosial marketing terbukti mempengaruhi niaseseorang untuk melakukan transaksi di shopee live Para penjual diShopee Live dapat memahami dan menggunakan social media marketing activity dalam meningkatkan penjualan ditoko online mereka. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberi wawasa yang berharga dan juga bermanfaat bagi pelaku ritel lainnya dalam membangun loyalitas konsumen yang kuat dan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

Rumah sakit Aulia Jakarta Selatan adalah Rumah sakit umum yang bekerja sama dengan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan yang tujuannya memberikan pelayanan Kesehatan secara merata kepada seluruh masyarakat dengan biaya terjangkau. Dengan memberikan pelayanan terbaik maka akan mewujudkan kepuasan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan administrasi Pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS pada RS Aulia Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner atau primer dan pengelolaan data menggunakan SPSS 25 dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 0.05 atau 5%. Populasi dalam penilitan ini adalah semua pasien rawat jalan pengguna BPJS pada RS Aulia Jakarta Selatan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tekik non-probability sampling dengan metode sampling purposive, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu yang tidak memberi peluang sama bagi setiap anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel, maka sampel yang diambil sebanyak 40 responden. Untuk Hasil Uji Koefisien Korelasi adalah 0.785 yang artinya memiliki hubungan yang kuat antara variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS. Hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi adalah 61.6% yang menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS. Sedangkan sisanya 38.4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dari hasil persamaan regresi dapat diperoleh persamaan, yaitu : Y=12.291 + 0.635X.

The aim of this study is to identify how much marketing and consumer behavior interact well in part and simultaneously influence the decisions made when making online purchases at the shopee on the consumer generation Z in the kadugede duo that is in the village of Sirnaputra Tasikmalaya. The method in this research is to use the quantitative method. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling. The total number of respondents to this study was 163 respondents. Data collection method used using data through a lift or a questionnaire. This analysis technique uses double linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that partially mixed marketing variables and consumer behavior have a positive and significant influence on online purchasing decision variables. Simultaneously, mixed marketing and consumers behaviors have a significant impact on online purchase decision variable.

In a company or organization, the quality of accounting information systems is very important and information technology is developing from time to time, thus demanding to work better and more integrated. organizational culture encourages employee creativity to improve transaction processing systems and integration of accounting information system components. lack of integration causes an untimely reporting system and poor quality of accounting information systems. this relates to corporate culture in issues related to innovation in the organization, relationships between staff, and organizational identification. But in reality, the quality of accounting information systems is still not good, therefore researchers are interested in research to examine the effect of organizational culture on the quality of accounting information systems. The method used in this research is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The data source in this study is primary data with data collection techniques carried out by surveys using questionnaires. The population used in this study were employees of institutions in the field of education, namely Maranatha Christian University in Bandung. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture (X1) affects the quality of accounting information systems (Y1) in a company or organization.

The uneven distribution of economic growth throughout Indonesia is evidenced by the high income gap between regions. Poverty is currently the main problem in the context of poverty alleviation in Indonesia. The current situation shows that the root cause of poverty is still a complex and growing challenge. To fight poverty, this requires joint efforts from various power holders, including governments and civil society, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and the private sector. Entrepreneurship through MSMEs, especially in Tangerang Regency, has an important role in reducing poverty rates and expanding employment opportunities. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of MSMEs in reducing poverty through community empowerment in Tangerang Regency as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a combined quantitative and qualitative approach with data processing using SmartPLS. The sample for this research consisted of 100 people from the MSME population in Tangerang Regency. The data obtained will be integrated to understand the relationship between internal and external factors and efforts to eradicate poverty through community empowerment. The research results show that internal factors of MSMEs have a significant influence on community empowerment in reducing poverty, internal factors of MSMEs have an influence on community empowerment in Tangerang Regency. External factors of MSMEs have a significant influence on community empowerment in reducing poverty, external factors of MSMEs have an influence on community empowerment in Tangerang Regency. Community empowerment has a significant effect on poverty reduction, community empowerment has an influence on poverty reduction in Tangerang Regency.

This research explores the emerging awareness of social entrepreneurship within religious organizations, focusing particularly on the role of church communities in fostering social entrepreneurial initiatives. Drawing on a comprehensive literature review, the study examines the interplay of individual, organizational, and societal factors influencing social entrepreneurship awareness within church organizations. Key findings reveal the significance of personal attributes such as self-efficacy and emotional intelligence, educational support mechanisms including mentorship and networking, and broader societal and economic contexts in shaping individuals' inclination towards social entrepreneurship within church settings. Additionally, the study highlights strategies for enhancing social entrepreneurship awareness at church organizations, ranging from education and training programs to community engagement projects and collaboration with external stakeholders. Implications for practice and policy underscore the importance of creating a supportive environment for social entrepreneurship within churches and advocate for further research to evaluate intervention effectiveness and address ethical considerations. Overall, this research contributes to a better understanding of social entrepreneurship awareness within religious organizations and offers practical insights for fostering a culture of social innovation and community development within church communities.

The increasing development of the unemployed mainly occurs due to the imbalance of available job vacancies compared to job applicants. Entrepreneurship could be one of the solutions to the job vacancies and job applicant imbalance. Proper knowledge is required to understand factors that could affect the entrepreneurial intentions of college students. The purpose of this research is to see the influence of factors that can influence Entrepreneurial Intentions, such as Family Economic Education, Peer Groups, And Economic Literacy. The research uses quantitative research with data collection techniques using surveys distributed via Google Form and processed using the SEM AMOS and SPSS programs. The research collected 250 samples, namely students who met the specified conditions. The study results show that: 1) Family Economic Education has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions. 2) Family Economic Education has a positive and significant effect on Economic Literacy. 3) The Peer Group Environment influences Entrepreneurial Intentions positively and significantly. 4) The Peer Group Environment has a positive and significant effect on Economic Literacy. 5) Economic Literacy influences Entrepreneurial Intentions positively and significantly. Through this, the results show that parents have an important role in building entrepreneurial intentions and educational institutions need to consider utilizing learning programs to promote learning through peer groups to build entrepreneurial intentions

Generation Z is the youngest generation entering the stock markets. Their participation may break or make the future of stock investment. This study aims to investigate the determinants of the adoption of mobile stock investment applications by Generation Z. The study provides new insights into the minds of Generation Z on how their perception of financial risks and benefits, their financial literacy, and financial influencers affect their adoption of mobile stock investments applications in the context of Indonesia. The study used survey questionnaires as research instruments with Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) as the quantitative data analysis tool. This study involved 253 Generation Z who are active students at private universities in Java and Sumatra islands (the two most populous islands in Indonesia). The study found that perceived benefits, perceived technology security, and financial literacy affect the adoption of mobile stock investment applications. Finfluencers and Perceived financial risks were not found to have a positive influence on the adoption of mobile stock investment applications among Generation Z.

PD Utama Jaya merupakan perusahaan keluarga yang bergerak di bidang industri manufaktur khususnya pabrikasi pagar yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2001 dan mampu bertahan hingga sekarang, bahkan setelah pandemi COVID-19 usai. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui keunggulan kompetitif yang dimiliki PD Utama Jaya yang masih terus berjuang untuk berkompetisi di tengah persaingan yang sangat ketat hingga sekarang. Penelitian single study case ini akan dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, dimana proses pengumpulan data akan dilakukan denngan menggunakan tiga metode, yaitu wawancara, observasi, serta catatan lapangan dengan informan yang berasal dari PD Utama Jaya yang diharapkan dapat membantu dan Menyusun Mini-Model Theory. Mini - Model Theory yang disusun diharapkan dapat membantu PD Utama Jaya dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya.

This study is aimed at testing the variables of entrepreneurial attitude and behavioural control on entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention among students of Pelita Harapan University. The subjects of this study consisted of 220 respondents who are students from various departments at Pelita Harapan University. The data collection method used in this study is quantitative, with sample selection using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with the Smart-PLS version 4.0.9.6 application. The results show that Behavioural Control and Entrepreneurial Attitude have a positive influence on Entrepreneurial Education. Additionally, Behavioural Control and Entrepreneurial Education have a positive influence on Entrepreneurial Intention. However, Entrepreneurial Attitude has a negative impact on Entrepreneurial Intention.
