Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of accountability, community participation and transparency regarding the effectiveness of fund management village. This research is quantitative research using types Primary data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a scale likert. The population in this study used all villages in Seruway District has 24 villages. Sampling technique using stratified random sampling. Sample criteria in this study is the Village Head/Village Secretary, MDSK and 2 Village People in every village in the entire Seruway Aceh Tamiang District for a total a total of 96 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this research using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this research indicate that the Accountability variable (X1) is not significant effect on the effectiveness of village fund management, variable Community Participation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on The effectiveness of village fund management, as well as the Transparency variable (X3) have an influence positively and significantly on the effectiveness of village fund management.

Abstract

The broad principles of autonomy in accordance with the principles of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia grant the right to local regions to manage their own affairs, adapting policies to local characteristics and needs, thereby enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of governance at the local level. The management of local finances involves a series of actions carried out by financial management officials, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and accountability for these tasks. In the past five years (2019-2022), the City of Bandung government has analyzed the effectiveness and efficiency of the utilization of operational expenditure budgets by its departments. This budget is crucial in improving the quality of public services and meeting community needs, serving as a focal point for the evaluation of the city government's financial performance. The realization of Bandung City's operational budget from 2019 to 2022 indicates a fairly effective level of effectiveness (84%). Despite falling slightly below the target, the percentage of effectiveness increased from 81% (2019) to 87% (2022). In terms of efficiency, the city managed to save operational budget with a "very efficient" rating (15%), achieving efficiency percentages ranging from 12% to 23% during this period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of skills, work environment, and training on job performance at LPM EconoChannel FE UNJ. The research method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 165 members of LPM EconoChannel FE UNJ. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with the Slovin formula with an accuracy of 5% difficulty level so that the sample in this study amounted to 117 members. The data analysis technique used in this study uses SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) which is calculated using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Then the data analysis technique used in this study consists of measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct effect hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant direct effect together between Skills, Work Environment, and Training on Work Performance at LPM EconoChannel FE UNJ.

Abstract

The Ministry of Religion in the program and target of ummat economic development activities adopts the vision of the Ministry of Religion in the Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2020 concerning the Ministry of Religion Strategic Plan for the 2020-2024 Period, which is prepared on the basis of the RPJMN 2020-2024 and is guided by the 2005-2025 RPJPN, Efforts to empower the Ummah Economy which aim to mobilize resources to empower the economic potential of the ummah in order to make the ummah prosperous through an increase in the level of productivity, it is hoped that resources which include humans and nature can be further improved in their management and development, so that it is hoped that the economic welfare of the ummah will be achieved which is one of the reinforcements of religious moderation relations to fellow human beings. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of human resources in completing official travel reports effectively and efficiently and what are the obstacles in carrying out official travel procedures. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, and uses primary data sourced from direct observation at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra. The results in this study indicate that in answering the problems of official travel report files it is necessary to improve the work ability of employees or employees is an important element in order to achieve goals in the economic development of the people in the office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra province.

Abstract

PT. Rabel Jasa Express is a company engaged in the field of expeditions, this company has been operating for approximately 10 years and is located in Banyusangka, Tanjung Bumi, Bangkalan. The purpose of this research is to find out what efforts PT. Rabel Jasa Express to improve the performance of their employees. The research method we did was descriptive qualitative. We used 2 sources in collecting data, namely interviews and literature. The results obtained from this study are the efforts made by PT Rabel Jasa Express in improving HR management by creating a good work environment, giving awards to employees, and health insurance.

Abstract

H&M (Hennes & Mauritz AB) is one of the leading global retail brands known for its trendy and affordable clothing collections. This research aims to analyze the marketing strategies used by H&M and their impact on the brand's success as a major player in the global clothing industry. In an era of intense competition in the retail industry, discount programs and special offers have become a common strategy used by brands like H&M to attract consumer attention and increase sales. The impact of strategic discounts on consumer behavior and business performance, focusing on the case example of leading retail company H&M. Additionally, this research identifies factors that can influence the success or failure of a strategy, including economic context, perceived value, and customer segmentation. The research method used in this research is a survey via questionnaire given to a sample of H&M consumers in the Bintaro area. The results of this research provide in-depth insight into the role of discounts in the context of the clothing industry and provide guidance for retail companies, especially H&M, in designing effective discount strategies to increase customer satisfaction and financial results.

Abstract

This journal aims to explain how interactive marketing through social media and influencers can increase brand awareness, consumer loyalty, and purchase decisions on Skintific generation Z and Y products. Qualitative research methods with a literature approach are used to explain the phenomenon of interactive marketing of Skintific products through social media and influencers in gen z and y with the deepest way of data collection, which shows the importance of depth and detail of these variables. The results showed that interactive marketing through social media and influencers had a positive impact on the purchasing decisions of Generation Z and Y towards Skintific products. This strategy not only increases brand awareness, but also strengthens consumer loyalty, making Skintific products in demand among the younger generation.

Abstract

Advertising is a communication tool intended to promote goods and services. Advertising through digital platforms such as social media and internet users who are often called influencers is a new mechanism for marketing products and services. This new mechanism creates convenience in advertising, including illegal advertising such as online gambling advertisements. The research was conducted based on the increasing phenomenon of online gambling advertising on digital platforms which are often used by generation Z. The method used in this research was literature study and literature review. It is hoped that this research can explain in detail the phenomenon of online gambling advertising on generation Z digital platforms in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine services that include tangible, empathy, reliability, responsibility and assurance on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at Bank Sutomo Padang Branch Office. The population of this study was 71,600 customers. Meanwhile, the sample from this research was 123 customers. This research is quantitative research and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the tangible, empathy, responsibility and assurance variables have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, with each calculated t value being greater than the t table and the significant value being smaller in alpha. Meanwhile, the reliability variable does not have a positive and significant effect because the calculated t value is smaller than the t table and the significant value is greater than alpha. The conclusion is that the first hypothesis is accepted, the second hypothesis is accepted, the third hypothesis is rejected, the fourth hypothesis is accepted, and the fifth hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Human resources are an important aspect of a company. A company will not stand alone without a company, therefore, it is very important for companies to consider employee satisfaction and commitment. Employees with a high level of loyalty will bring many benefits to the company. In the novel Gadis Minimarket, a girl is named Keiko. Keiko is described as a hardworking woman. He has worked as a clerk at a minimarket for 18 years. She really liked the job because working as an employee made Keiko feel more appreciated and able to be herself. This is what makes Keiko have high loyalty to the company. From this novel, the researcher aims to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and employee loyalty using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the analysis carried out by researchers found that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee loyalty to the company.
