Abstract

Language skills have an important role for a person in carrying out daily activities or at work. Just like speaking, it is a normal human life activity and is important for being able to interact with other humans in life. This research is classroom action research (PTK) which consists of two cycles with 4 stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The data collected in this research is data regarding the learning process using the Quantum Teaching learning model and students' speaking skills obtained through observation data collection techniques, unstructured interviews and performance. Data was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to measure changes that occurred in students' speaking skills. The results of the research show that by applying the Quantum Teaching learning model it is possible to improve students' speaking skills in learning starting from cycle 1, the first meeting obtained results with an average score of 2.5 and at the second meeting it reached 2.51. In cycle II, the first meeting obtained results with a value of 2.56 and in the second meeting, success and improvement reached an average value of 2.85.

Abstract

Describe the increase in students' mathematical understanding abilities through the application of number card learning media in mathematics content in elementary schools. This research is classroom action research, which was carried out in two cycles, where each cycle was carried out in two meetings and consisted of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were class III students at SDN 134/i Merbau with 14 students consisting of 8 men and 6 women. Data collection techniques in this research are observation and tests. The observation instruments for this research are contextual teaching and learning indicator observation sheets and teacher activity observation sheets. The instrument for measuring students' arithmetic operation skills is to carry out tests in each cycle. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative. The results of the research show that there is an increase in mathematical understanding abilities in class III elementary school students, which can be seen from the results of student observations in cycle 1, meeting 1 with a percentage of 69.86%, in cycle 1, meeting 2, there was an increase of 77.97%. Cycle 2 meeting 1 with a percentage of 78.96% and in cycle 2 meeting 2 it increased to 82.73%. Next, the test results, namely the pre test, with a classical percentage of 23.07%. The post test results in cycle 1 achieved classical completeness of 57.14%. Then the post test results in cycle 2 reached classical completeness of 78.57%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much learning motivation factors influence learning outcomes. Someone who has motivation tends to devote all his abilities to obtain optimal learning results in accordance with the expected goals. The higher the motivation that students have, the more active they will be in studying and the frequency of studying will increase, so that their learning outcomes will increase. The method used in this research is a quantitative experimental method. This method was used because this research sought to find out whether there was a causal relationship between the influence of motivation on students' interest in learning in class XI ICT subjects at MAN 1 Bungo plus skills. The population in this research is class XI MAN 1 Bungo Plus Skills students. The data analysis technique in this research is Product-moment Correlation. Based on the research results, it shows that there is no influence of motivation on student learning outcomes at MAN 1 Bungo Plus Skills. From the data obtained based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is stated that the Pearson correlation for these two variables is -.235 and the significance between these two variables is .212. while the r table is 0.05 so it can be concluded that the relationship between these two variables is negative. The results of this research are that ho is accepted and ha is rejected. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan Keterampilan Menulis Teks Prosedur Menggunakan Model Project Based Learning dengan Bantuan Video Animasi pada Siswa Kelas XI Multimedia B SMKN 6 Bungo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dengan 2 siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan (observasi), dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif persentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan menulis text procedural dalam Bahasa Indonesia pada Siswa Kelas XI Multimedia B SMKN 6 Bungo melalui penerapan Model Project Based Learning dengan Bantuan Video Animasi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari , Siklus I dan Siklus II. Nilai rata-rata pada siklus I adalah 82,25, meningkat 7.70 % menjadi 87,95 pada siklus II Kata Kunci : Keterampilan Menulis, Teks Prosedural, Project Based Learning

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the use of the problem based learning (PBL) model in data presentation material assisted by diagram board media in class V elementary school to improve student learning outcomes. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Research instruments include documentation, observation sheets, tests and interviews. The research subjects were class V students at SDN 80/I Muara Bulian, totaling 19 students, 11 students and 8 female students. The results obtained include the pre-action stage, the average score obtained by students was 43.33, then in the post test carried out in cycle 1 there was an increase in the average score of students, namely 66.31, and in the post test carried out in cycle 2, there was another increase in the average score, namely 80. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the application of the PBL model assisted by diagram board media in improving student learning outcomes in class V elementary school has gone well and has increased

Abstract

This research aims to determine the procedures for developing media-based learningAndroid usesoftware ispring in the fifth grade science content in elementary schools, the sub-theme is how the body processes food, and to determine the suitability of media-based learningAndroid usesoftware ispring in class V science content, sub-theme how the body processes food in elementary school. The research method was carried out by researchers using a development model or in English it is calledResearch and Development (R&D). In this development research, the model used is the ADDIE development model. The research results show that the level of feasibility of learning media is based onAndroid usesoftware iSpring in the science content for class V Elementary School, the sub-theme is how the body processes food as a learning medium based on assessments: 1) Material Expert, 2) Language Expert, 3) Media Expert, 4) Teacher Assessment. Thus, learning media is basedAndroid usesoftware iSpringin the fifth grade science content in elementary school, the sub-theme is how the body processes food suitable for use.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) model learning on science content in class 5 of Muara Bulian State Elementary School 13/I. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as a source of information regarding the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model in science content in class 5 of the state elementary school 13/I Muara Bulian. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the analysis of the implementation of project-based learning in science content in class 5 of Muara Bulian State Elementary School 13/I carried out by the class 5C teacher in the material "Seeing because of Light, Hearing because of Sound" can increase student learning activities and are carried out based on the five steps of PjBL learning, namelyStart with the Essential Question, Design a Plan for the Project, Create a Schedule, Monitor the Students and the Progress of the Project, Assess the Outcome, dan Evaluate the Experience.

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures are guidelines or references for carrying out work tasks in accordance with the functions and performance assessment tools of government agencies. The aim of this research is to analyze the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) in improving the effectiveness of employee performance at the Ma'u District Head Office, Nias Regency. This research was carried out as a qualitative type of research with a descriptive approach because this type of research aims to describe and analyze phenomena, events or social activities that are occurring currently at the Mau Subdistrict Office, Nias Regency. The results of this research are: SOP implementation has been implemented but in this case, efficiency has not yet been implemented according to existing Administrative Service SOPs in carrying out duties and responsibilities, so that processing letters by the public takes too long. In this case, the obstacles are due to work delays, discrepancies, non-compliance with existing procedures and limited and delayed information. Efficiency and consistency are very necessary in implementing SOPs in order to maximize existing work. So implementing SOPs is very important because they serve as guidelines or stages in existing work to increase the effectiveness of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Concrete Pictorial Abstract learning approach on student learning outcomes in Mathematics content in class III SDN 110/I Desa Tenam. This research was conducted in class III at SDN 110/I Tenam Village for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is a quantitative study using quasi-experiments. The data was processed to compare the results of the pre-test and post-test in the experimental class and the control class. The results showed that learning Mathematics using the Concrete Pictorial Abstract approach for class III SDN 110/I Desa Tenam was more influential than using the conventional approach (teacher centered) in improve student learning outcomes. Based on the paired samples statistics test that has been carried out, a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) is obtained, and the t-test with independent sample t test tcount > ttable (2.240 > 1.686). This shows that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, and there are differences in the learning outcomes of the CPA approach compared to the teacher centered approach. From the results of this study it is suggested that teachers use the CPA approach in providing learning concepts mathematics. Educators are expected to be able to provide teaching using concrete objects so that mathematics feels closer to the child's world. This is expected to have a positive influence in improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

At the Gunungsitoli City Education Office, researchers found that interpersonal harmony (human realtions) among employees, especially in the context of public services, is still inadequate. Although the services are directly related to the community, employees tend to carry out their duties individually rather than as a team. The imbalance of communication among employees hinders the effectiveness of services, so the concept of human relations is not optimally applied. it is important for leaders to integrate the principles of human relations into the work system. This aims to create an attitude of humanism among employees, unify employee perceptions and ensure that work is done collaboratively, not just as individuals. This approach is necessary to achieve satisfactory work results. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human relations on improving employee performance at the Gunungsitoli City Education Office, data collection techniques by means of observation, and distributing questionnaires to 48 respondents of Gunungsitoli City Education Office employees. While testing data analysis using validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. In this study using quantitative research with data calculations using SPSS to obtain accurate values. The results of this study, the t test of variable X human relations is 5.561 with a significance level of 5% in the t table of 1.677. It is known that the Sig value = 0.000 <0.05. Then according to the interpretation: If the Sig value <0.05 or t count> t table then there is an influence between variable X on variable Y, otherwise, if the Sig value> 0.05 or t count < t table then there is no influence between variable X on variable Y. So it can be concluded that the influence of Human Relations is positive and significant on performance. In the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R-Square) of human relations on performance, it can be concluded that the amount of influence of human relations on performance is 38.1. For 61.9% influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
