Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan dan kelayakan usaha pedagang karkas ayam broiler di Kecamatan Banguntapan, Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian dilakukan di tiga pasar tradisional (Pasar Bantengan, Pasar Potorono, dan Pasar Ngipik Baru) dengan melibatkan 31 responden yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode pendapatan, Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), Benefits Cost Ratio (B/C), Break Even Point (BEP), Rentabilitas, dan Payback Period (PBP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata pendapatan pedagang per tahun sebesar Rp209.800.316,00. Nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,48 (>1), B/C rasio 0,48, rentabilitas 0,48, dan PBP selama 0,42 tahun menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini layak secara ekonomi untuk dijalankan.

Abstract

Floods are the primary hydrometeorological disaster in Wajo Regency, threatening food security and human safety. This study aims to analyze the temporal patterns of flood events for the 2020–2024 period, identify regional impacts, and examine the main causal factors. The method employed is descriptive quantitative with a temporal analysis approach using secondary data from BPBD and BMKG. The results indicate fluctuations in flood events, with the highest peak occurring in 2021 (a total of 24 accumulative sub-district events). Temporally, floods consistently occur in December, January, and May. The most significant spatial impact is found in Sabbangparu District (17 events, 47,733 people affected, and 15,706 Ha of agricultural land damage), followed by Tempe and Tanasitolo Districts. Flood triggering factors are multidimensional, including extreme precipitation, embankment failure, upstream discharge accumulation in Lake Tempe, and limitations in hydraulic infrastructure. These findings recommend the need for preventive-adaptive mitigation through the improvement of flood control infrastructure integrated with time-based early warning systems to reduce disaster risks effectively.Keywords: Temporal Analysis, Flood Disaster, Wajo Regency, Mitigation, Temporal Patterns.

Abstract

Ancaman separatisme bersenjata di Papua, terutama di wilayah pegunungan seperti Kabupaten Nduga, menuntut operasi kontra insurjensi yang cepat, terukur, dan tetap membangun dukungan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi TNI Angkatan Darat (TNI AD), kendala utama di lapangan, serta penerapan Pos Depan Taktis Gabungan (PDTG) sebagai pola operasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus melalui wawancara, studi dokumen, studi pustaka, dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi TNI AD mengarah pada pendekatan Smart Power melalui penindakan selektif berbasis intelijen dan pembinaan teritorial untuk memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat. PDTG dinilai membantu mempercepat aliran informasi, memperkuat penguasaan wilayah, dan meningkatkan interoperabilitas antarsatuan. Kendala utama meliputi medan dan cuaca ekstrem, ketergantungan logistik udara dan evakuasi medis, blank spot komunikasi, dilema aturan pelibatan terkait risiko sipil, serta perbedaan protap dan egosektoral. PDTG efektif sebagai simpul integrasi operasi tempur, intelijen, dan teritorial, namun membutuhkan penguatan tata kelola gabungan. Saran yang diperlukan adalah penguatan doktrin dan protap gabungan, latihan terpadu berkala, serta peningkatan sistem komunikasi taktis dan dukungan logistik yang adaptif.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of academic supervision conducted by school supervisors within eight learning dimensions themed on local wisdom and entrepreneurship at SMP IT Darul Qur’an Sela, to identify the constraints encountered in its implementation, and to analyze the influence of academic supervision on improving the quality of learning integrated with local wisdom and entrepreneurship. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research subjects consisted of school supervisors, the principal, and teachers. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source, technique, and time triangulation. The findings indicate that academic supervision has been implemented in a planned and systematic manner through the stages of planning, implementation, and post-observation. However, its implementation remains predominantly administrative and has not optimally encouraged deep learning or the integration of local wisdom and entrepreneurship. The main constraints include limited training opportunities, a lack of contextual teaching materials, budget limitations, and insufficient continuous mentoring. Academic supervision has had an initial positive impact on teachers’ administrative discipline and students’ participation in group discussions, but it has not yet resulted in a significant and sustainable improvement in overall learning quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of environment-based economics learning in improving the understanding of sixth-grade students at UPT SDN 29 Majannang, Bungoro District, Pangkep Regency. In addition, this study seeks to identify the challenges faced by teachers in implementing the use of the surrounding environment as a learning resource in economics education. The utilization of local environmental potential is expected to bridge the gap between abstract economic concepts and the students’ real-life experiences. This research employed a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The research subjects consisted of sixth-grade students and economics teachers at UPT SDN 29 Majannang. Data were collected through in- depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. Data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation as well as member checking. Data analysis was conducted through stages of data collection, coding, categorization, interpretation, and descriptive presentation of findings. The results indicate that the utilization of the surrounding environment as a learning resource in economics can enhance students’ conceptual understanding, particularly regarding the concepts of production, distribution, and consumption. Students became more active, enthusiastic, and capable of relating learning materials to real conditions in their environment. However, the implementation of environment-based learning has not been carried out optimally and sustainably due to constraints such as limited instructional time, lack of structured lesson planning, and teachers’ concerns regarding student safety. These findings suggest that environment-based economics learning has significant potential to improve the quality of learning when supported by careful planning and adequate institutional support.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) in improving the quality of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning at SD Negeri 8 Timporongan, Pangkajene and Islands Regency. Specifically, this study seeks to describe the implementation of SBM in curriculum management and IPAS learning, teacher resource management, as well as the management of learning facilities and infrastructure. In addition, this study aims to identify the constraints faced by teachers and school management in implementing SBM and to examine the forms of parental participation in supporting SBM implementation in IPAS learning. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects included the principal, IPAS teachers, students, and parents of students at SD Negeri 8 Timporongan. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations of IPAS learning, and documentation studies of relevant school documents. Data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation, member checking, and peer review. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing carried out interactively and continuously. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of School-Based Management at SD Negeri 8 Timporongan has been carried out fairly well in supporting the improvement of IPAS learning quality. The school provides flexibility for teachers to develop contextual IPAS learning based on the surrounding environment. The principal plays an active role as an instructional leader in encouraging the improvement of teacher competence; however, several constraints remain, including limited instructional time, high administrative workload for teachers, and limited learning facilities. Parental participation is manifested through regular communication, learning assistance at home, and involvement in school activities. Overall, the implementation of SBM has had a positive impact on the quality of IPAS learning, although continuous strengthening is still needed to optimize its implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe teachers’ strategies in integrating character values into Social Studies learning, (2) identify the character values emphasized in Social Studies instruction, (3) analyze the challenges faced by teachers in reinforcing character values, and (4) examine students’ responses to character-based Social Studies learning at SMP Negeri 2 Petasia Timur One-Roof School, North Morowali Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. The research subjects consisted of a Social Studies teacher and seventh-grade students. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews  and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman, supported by the ATLAS.ti software. The findings indicate that: (1) teachers systematically integrate character values through lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation by applying active learning methods, project-based learning, role modeling, and character habituation; (2) the character values emphasized include religiosity, nationalism, mutual cooperation, responsibility, and independence; (3) challenges in reinforcing character values originate from family environments, social environments, and internal school constraints; and (4) students demonstrate generally positive affective, cognitive, and behavioral responses, although continuous guidance is

Abstract

Wilayah perbatasan Indonesia-Malaysia merupakan kawasan strategis yang memiliki tingkat kerawanan tinggi terhadap berbagai ancaman, baik tradisional maupun non-tradisional seperti penyelundupan, perdagangan manusia, dan infiltrasi lintas batas. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kesenjangan antara kondisi ideal (das sollen) dan kondisi faktual (das sein) dalam pelaksanaan fungsi intelijen di perbatasan, khususnya terkait efektivitas deteksi dini oleh Deninteldam XII/Tanjungpura. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran Deninteldam XII/Tanjungpura melalui fungsi penyelidikan dalam rangka deteksi dini, mengkaji kolaborasi antarinstansi dalam pencegahan pelanggaran lintas batas, serta merumuskan strategi penyelidikan yang efektif dalam mendukung tugas pokok TNI AD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, serta analisis data model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi penyelidikan Deninteldam telah diterapkan secara sistematis melalui siklus intelijen yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala koordinasi dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Kolaborasi Deninteldam dengan Satgas Pamtas, Polda Kalbar, Imigrasi, dan Bea Cukai telah meningkatkan efektivitas deteksi dini di lapangan. Strategi penyelidikan yang diterapkan berorientasi pada intelijen preventif berbasis integrasi sumber daya manusia, teknologi, dan jejaring sosial. Kesimpulannya, peran Deninteldam XII/Tanjungpura melalui fungsi penyelidikan terbukti signifikan dalam memperkuat sistem pertahanan negara dan menjaga kedaulatan wilayah perbatasan Indonesia-Malaysia.

Abstract

Perlindungan hak korban dalam mekanisme praperadilan terhadap penghentian penyidikan belum sepenuhnya optimal dalam sistem peradilan pidana Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penghentian penyidikan perlindungan hak korban dalam proses peradilan pidana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus, khususnya terkait praktik praperadilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pasal 109 ayat (2) KUHAP memberikan kewenangan kepada penyidik untuk menghentikan penyidikan dan Pasal 77 KUHAP menyediakan mekanisme praperadilan sebagai kontrol yudisial, pengaturan tersebut belum secara eksplisit menjamin partisipasi aktif korban sebelum diterbitkannya Surat Perintah Penghentian Penyidikan (SP3). praperadilan berfungsi sebagai mekanisme kontrol yudisial untuk menguji sah atau tidaknya penghentian penyidikan serta membuka kembali penyidikan apabila SP3 dinyatakan tidak sah. Namun demikian, perlindungan hak korban masih bersifat reaktif karena ruang lingkup pemeriksaan praperadilan terbatas pada aspek legalitas formal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan konsep perlindungan hak korban dalam penghentian penyidikan guna mewujudkan sistem peradilan pidana yang berkeadilan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya proporsi Orang Asli Papua (OAP) yang menjadi calon Prajurit Tamtama TNI AD dibandingkan dengan proporsi demografisnya, sehingga diperlukan strategi untuk meningkatkan minat OAP dalam mendukung operasi pengamanan perbatasan Papua Barat. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis kondisi rekrutmen di Ajendam XXX, mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi minat OAP, serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan minat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah Ajendam XXX menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kendala akses informasi, persepsi negatif, pemahaman karier, administrasi, serta kesiapan fisik dan mental. Strategi yang dirumuskan meliputi pendekatan informasi, tokoh lokal, edukasi karier, role model, bimbingan praseleksi, dan kolaborasi institusional. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan minat OAP merupakan investasi human capital strategis bagi efektivitas pengamanan perbatasan Papua.
