Abstract

UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) have a very important role in the Indonesian economy, including in the city of Manado. One of the main challenges faced by UMKM players is limited knowledge in preparing good and correct financial reports. This often causes difficulties in business management, decision making, and access to funding sources. Therefore, outreach and assistance activities in preparing financial reports are very important. This research aims to provide understanding and skills in preparing financial reports to UMKM, especially Brave Cafe’s owner in Manado City. Socialization activities are carried out with an approach that is easy to understand and relevant to their business needs. Apart from that, direct assistance is provided to business owners to prepare financial reports based on SAK EMKM for UMKM. The results of this activity show that there is an increase in understanding of UMKM players in preparing more systematic and accurate financial reports. Banjer Fruit Kios, which previously had difficulty managing financial reports, can now create reports that help monitor the financial condition of their business. This assistance also has a positive impact in improving business performance and opens up opportunities to obtain financing assistance from financial institutions.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan membutuhkan kemampuan untuk menghasilkan produk dari pemikiran kreatif yang memungkinkan inovasi untuk memanfaatkan peluang, dan hal ini adalah salah satu kemampuan yang di harapkan di miliki oleh kaum millennial sekarang ini. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi dan ketrampilan kewirausahaan bagi anak millennial dan memberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang kewirausahaan. Di mana ini berdampak pada peningkatan pengetahuan kaum muda, dan peluang untuk menghasilkan pendapatan tanpa modal yang begitu besar. Berdasarkan fenomena masalah yang terjadi dimasyarakat, terutama di kalangan kaum muda, dan hasil diskusi dengan mitra, diperlukan strategi dan perencanaan untuk memberikan pendidikan kepada kaum muda atau millennial tentang cara yang benar untuk mendapatkan modal untuk usaha. Materi pelatihan harus dibuat dengan mudah dipahami. Metode dari Pengabdian ini menggunakan ceramah , kegiatan ini di lakukan di ruang pertemuan Gereja  Alkitab Kadoada Rap-Rap diikuti oleh anak millennial di daerah Rap-Rap. Kegiatan berlangsung dengan baik dan berhasil. Hasil yang di dapatkan dari kegiatan PkM anak-anak millennial di daerah tersebut memiliki kemauan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan kewirausahaan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian daerah tersebut.

Abstract

Masjid sebagai pusat spiritual umat Islam memiliki peran yang strategis. Namun, masih banyak masjid komunitas yang menghadapi kendala dalam tata kelola manajemen, terutama karena keterbatasan kapasitas sumber daya manusia pengurusnya. Hal ini juga terjadi pada Masjid Nurul Huda Dasan Baru, Lombok Timur, di mana sistem manajemen masih bersifat tradisional, dokumentasi kegiatan kurang teratur, dan keterlibatan remaja masjid belum terfasilitasi secara optimal. Kondisi ini menunjukkan urgensi penguatan kapasitas pengurus dengan pendekatan baru yang lebih profesional, partisipatif, dan berbasis nilai kemanusiaan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial pengurus Masjid Nurul Huda melalui pelatihan berbasis humanity capital, terutama pada pengelolaan data administrasi berbantuan teknologi dan mengelola keuangan masjid secara transparan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatoris-transformasional melalui tahapan pendahuluan (need assessment), pelaksanaan (pelatihan dan simulasi), serta evaluasi (refleksi dan coaching). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen pengurus. Peserta pelatihan mampu menyusun rencana strategis program masjid, membangun sistem dokumentasi kegiatan, serta memperkuat transparansi laporan keuangan. Evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan peserta yang tinggi dan adanya perubahan perilaku dalam komunikasi serta kepemimpinan berbasis nilai empati dan pelayanan.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, teachers are required to be able to integrate technology into the learning process to improve the quality of education. This community service activity aims to develop teachers’ competencies in implementing the 5EIM learning model (Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, Evaluate, Integrate, and Meta-Reflect) based on technology. The methods used include training, mentoring, and classroom implementation evaluation. This activity was attended by teachers from various educational levels with diverse backgrounds in technology utilization. The results of the program showed a significant increase in teachers’ understanding and ability to design and implement the 5EIM-based learning model digitally. Furthermore, the teachers also showed a positive attitude toward the use of technology as a tool to enrich students’ learning experiences. This activity is expected to serve as a model for sustainable and adaptive professional development for teachers in response to the demands of the digital age.

Abstract

With increasingly fierce business competition, MSMEs are required to be able to increase sales optimally. One factor that greatly influences this achievement is the selection and management of distribution channels. Problems that often arise in distribution practices are the mismatch between market needs and the distribution system implemented. Lyvia products are viewed from a business perspective, they have enormous potential in the industry, however, marketing strategies that still rely on conventional marketing have resulted in insignificant market share growth. Therefore, optimizing distribution channels by utilizing digital technology is an urgency that must be done to expand the market coverage of Lyvia products. The method of implementing this Community Service stage is carried out through five interconnected stages, namely the socialization stage, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. These socialization, design and training mentoring activities can be concluded that there is a need to show a significant need among MSMEs regarding the digitalization of website-based distribution channels, which can help in increasing product sales and can reach consumers throughout Indonesia so they can easily purchase processed products from Lyvia Nusa Boga. There was high enthusiasm from the owners and employees of Lyvia Nusa Boga to improve their understanding and skills in operating the website, as well as their understanding of the website's user flow and features. This community service activity, involving lecturers and students as a team, successfully reached its target audience, including the owners and employees of Lyvia Nusa Boga. It was implemented comprehensively through preparation, implementation, and evaluation.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted at the GMIM Getsemani Sumompo Congregation in response to the lack of a written Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for managing the congregation's petty cash. Unsystematically documented daily operational fund management risks recording errors and weak accountability. Through a participatory approach, this activity involved financial managers, with the following stages: problem identification, outreach, SOP development, testing, and evaluation. Observations and interviews revealed that petty cash record keeping was not yet standardized. A draft SOP was developed through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and covered several key components: fund requests, approvals, disbursements, recording, replenishment, and reporting. Pre- and post-tests showed a 29% increase in financial managers' understanding. The two-month trial resulted in an 85% procedural compliance rate, exceeding the established target. This activity successfully produced an SOP document that can be effectively implemented and serves as a model for transparent and accountable petty cash management for other congregations within the Minahasa Evangelical Christian Church Synod. Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan yang tertib merupakan salah satu tantangan utama bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), termasuk di Kelurahan Sumompo, Kecamatan Tuminting, Kota Manado. Banyak UMKM belum memiliki catatan keuangan yang rapi, sehingga kesulitan melakukan evaluasi usaha maupun mengakses pembiayaan dari lembaga keuangan formal. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan melatih penggunaan aplikasi SIAPIK (Sistem Aplikasi Pencatatan Informasi Keuangan) yang dikembangkan oleh Bank Indonesia sebagai solusi pencatatan keuangan digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan praktik, dan pendampingan awal kepada sekitar 15 pelaku UMKM dengan beragam jenis usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta menyambut positif penggunaan aplikasi SIAPIK dan mampu mengoperasikan fitur dasar pencatatan transaksi. Kendati demikian, ditemukan tantangan dalam hal konsistensi pencatatan, mengingat sebagian pelaku usaha masih terbiasa dengan metode manual atau tidak rutin mencatat transaksi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi aplikasi digital tidak hanya ditentukan oleh ketersediaan teknologi, tetapi juga oleh kedisiplinan pengguna. Oleh karena itu, keberlanjutan program direncanakan melalui pendampingan berkala dan perluasan jangkauan peserta, sehingga aplikasi SIAPIK dapat benar-benar mendukung peningkatan literasi keuangan serta memperkuat daya saing UMKM di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

Educators must be able to design interactive learning to develop their pedagogical competencies in the 21st century. One of the efforts that can be made is utilizing technology in mathematics learning. This Community Service activity aims to provide training and to discover educators' perceptions of training using Artificial Intelligence and ICT Media in learning design. This training was conducted on November 13-14, 2024, at SMP Negeri 1 Solok. The training participants were 30 Solok City Mathematics Teacher Working Group (MGMP) members. The stages of this activity were initiation, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Data was collected by distributing a questionnaire using a 1-4 Likert scale. The results showed that after participating in the training, the participants were delighted and enthusiastic, and the training provided could be applied in mathematics learning. The average score for educators' perceptions of this training activity was 88.09%, which falls into the "very practical" category.

Abstract

Prayer serves as a fortress to protect humans, especially Muslims, from vile and sinful acts. Congregational prayer is a prayer performed together by at least two or more people with an imam and a congregation. There are many benefits of congregational prayer, including gaining rewards twenty-seven degrees compared to praying alone. Congregational prayer can protect a Muslim from neglecting, neglecting, or forgetting prayer and prevent him from praying at the end of the prayer time. The law of congregational prayer is Sunnah muakad which is a Sunnah that is highly recommended for Muslims, and some scholars say that the law of congregational prayer is fardhu kifayah. This PKM activity aims as an effort by teachers to improve discipline in congregational prayer among fifth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Hikmah. Activities carried out starting from socialization activities, implementation of teaching materials (practical prayer procedures), and evaluation. The implementation of the activity has a positive impact on partners, this is indicated by an increase in discipline in carrying out congregational prayer. Mitra (fifth-grade students at Al-Hikma Elementary School) have been able to perform prayers independently and perform congregational prayers, namely the Dhuha prayer. Students' memorization of short surahs has increased with the increasing number of surahs memorized. Positive results were also seen in activities carried out at Al-Hikma Elementary School, where 83% (15 students) have been disciplined in performing congregational prayers, the number of short surahs memorized has increased, and they have been routinely performing the Dhuha prayer and the Yasin prayer on Fridays. The remaining 17% (3 students) have a fairly good understanding. The results of the practicum carried out by the students independently also indicate that they are able to perform ablution, perform prayers, and recite short surahs well.Keywords: Discipline; Congregational Prayer.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyrakat Pelatihan Manajemen Pemasaran UMKM di sekitar Objek Wisata di laksanakan di Desa Likupang Dua, Minahasa Utara dalam hal pengelolaan dan strategi pemasaran produk. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi analisis situasi, dan penyampaian materi dengan ceramah interaktif serta diskusi. Materi yang diberikan mencakup manajemen pemasaran, strategi promosi, branding produk dan penggunaan media digital sebagai sarana pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas literasi dan pengetahuan peserta. Sebanayak 87% peserta mengaku mendapatkan pemahaman baru terkait manajemen pemasaran UMKM. Kegiatan ini memperkuat sinergi anatara perguruan tinggi, pemerintah desa, dan masyarakat lokal. Dengan demikian pelatihan ini berkontibusti terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir khususnya pelaku UMKM di sekitar objek wisata serta mendorong terciptanya UMKM yang inovatif dan adaptif dalam mendukung perekonomian lokal serta mendukung pembangunan desa sebagai destinasi pariwisata super prioritas (DPSP).
