Abstract

Limbah sering dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang tidak memiliki manfaat bagi kehidupan manusia dan lingkungan. Limbah sering dianggap sebagai penyebab kerusakan lingkungan yang sulit diatasi dengan cara apapun. Melalui metode Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang aplikatif, limbah dapat diubah menjadi sumber daya yang bermanfaat. Satu diantara metode yang efektif adalah dengan menanam pepohonan tanaman tahunan (alpukat, mangga, dan kelapa) yang dapat mencegah penggerusan lahan atau erosi, serta mengurangi risiko banjir. Teknik ini melibatkan pemanfaatan limbah (pengujian beton balok dan silinder) untuk melingkari tanaman. Limbah pengujian beton tersebut disusun sedemikian rupa dengan kedalaman minimal 1,00 m dan jarak lingkaran berdiameter 4,00 m. Penempatan limbah beton di sekitar tanaman ini tidak hanya memperkuat struktur tanah di sekitarnya, tetapi juga membantu dalam retensi air, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kesehatan tanah dan pertumbuhan tanaman. Selanjutnya limbah yang awalnya dianggap tidak berguna dan merusak lingkungan justru dapat berkontribusi dalam upaya konservasi lingkungan. Metode ini juga merupakan bentuk inovasi dalam pengelolaan limbah yang berkelanjutan. Dengan memanfaatkan limbah pengujian beton balok dan limbah pengujian beton silinder, kita dapat mengurangi jumlah limbah yang berakhir di tempat pembuangan akhir dan meminimalkan dampak negatifnya terhadap lingkungan. Penerapan metode ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat ekologis, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pengelolaan limbah yang ramah lingkungan. Selanjutnya metode ini tidak hanya menyelesaikan masalah limbah, tetapi juga memberikan solusi jangka panjang untuk konservasi lahan dan pencegahan bencana alam seperti banjir dan erosi.

Abstract

The period 0-6 years is usually known as the golden age in child development. At this age, children experience rapid development, both physically, cognitively, socially and emotionally. Therefore, it is important to provide appropriate stimulation for children so that their development is optimal. Parents have a strategic role in stimulating early childhood development. This activity aims to increase the number of parents who have knowledge about early childhood stimulation in order to optimize their children's potential. Researchers collaborate with BKB PAUD Cahaya Permata. This activity was carried out at BKB PAUD Cahaya Permata located at Rusunawa Jatinegara Kaum Block A, Ground Floor, RT. 001 RW. 009, East Jakarta with a population of 12 parents of BKB PAUD Cahaya Permata students. Extension using lecture, discussion and demonstration methods to stimulate children which involves the active role of parents of toddlers. The results show that there has been an increase in the number of parents who have knowledge about early child stimulation and an increase in the average level of parental knowledge by 12.34% from 61.66% to 74%. After counseling and stimulating children, parents can understand the urgency and stimulation of children from an early age.

Abstract

Gempol Village, Rejoso District, Nganjuk Regency, is a village with most of its population working as farmers. The factor that encourages residents of Gempol Village to work as farmers is that most of the area is still agricultural land and the other regions are used as residential areas for the population of Gempol Village with a total of 1,962 people. So the impact of low population density is that there is a lot of empty land that is still not being utilized optimally. Therefore, researchers see an opportunity for empty land to be used as a TOGA Park. The research methods used are observation, design of the main construction of Sprinkler irrigation, and design of Sprinkler irrigation systems. TOGA Park in Gempol Village requires regular watering, so the Sprinkler irrigation system was chosen because it can increase efficiency and effectiveness in meeting TOGA's water needs. Apart from that, the Sprinkler irrigation system in TOGA Park also needs attention in its maintenance to increase efficiency and effectiveness in meeting TOGA's water needs. Abstract

The market is a place where sellers and buyers meet to carry out transactions, a means of social and cultural interaction, and community economic development. Sawang Market is a market with a traditional concept pioneered by students of KKN-T MBKM Group 02 in Gempol Village. This market emerged because according to the results of observations of the village's economic activities which were considered to be underdeveloped. The research methods used are observation, interviews, and literature studies. the benefits felt through the sawang market are that it can improve the economy of the gempol village community, increase community confidence in entrepreneurship. other benefits felt are that it makes it easier for housewives to get raw material products to food products easily and the community can socialize. village officials fully support this activity because it can develop the gempol village community to explore the entrepreneurial spirit. Abstract

Bullying is an act of oppression or violence carried out by a person or group of people to hurt or corner other people. Bullying can happen to anyone, but is more often done by teenagers. There are several impacts of bullying that need to be aware of because they can affect the mental health of victims and perpetrators, such as triggering emotional disorders, mental problems, sleep disorders, decreased performance, and so on. Psychological violence in question can take the form of: exclusion, rejection, neglect, humiliation, spreading rumors, mocking calls, intimidation, terror, public humiliation, blackmail; and/or, other similar acts. Bullying is physical violence and/or psychological violence as explained previously, which is carried out repeatedly because of unequal power relations. The Impact of Bullying on Victims If it is not stopped immediately, bullying behavior can cause various kinds of mental and physical disorders for victims who experience it, such as: Triggering Mental Problems. The most frequent impact of bullying on victims is triggering mental health problems, such as anxiety disorders, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The effect of bullying on mental health is usually experienced by victims over a long period of time. Sleep disorders Insomnia is also one of the impacts of bullying on victims that should not be underestimated. The reason is, victims of bullying often experience prolonged stress which can cause hyperarousal, namely a condition when the body becomes very alert, disrupting the balance of the sleep and wakefulness cycle. Decreased Achievement Children who experience bullying will usually have difficulty focusing and concentrating while studying. Victims of bullying also often feel reluctant to go to school because they want to avoid the bullying they experience. If left to continue, this condition can have an impact on reducing the child's academic performance. Having Thoughts of Revenge The next impact of bullying on the victim's psychology is having thoughts of revenge. This needs to be watched out for because it can cause someone to commit acts of violence against other people to vent their frustration.

Public speaking is a valuable talent that every person should have today. As a result, it is critical that we recognize the importance of introducing this skill to pupils at a young age. With the goal of preparing pupils to express their ideas and views loudly and confidently. With today's highly advanced technology breakthroughs, students' public speaking skills must undoubtedly grow in order to strengthen their character as they face their future. Abstract

The aim of the socialization service on drug prevention and abuse in Junior High Schools (SMP) at SMP Negeri 1 Dolok Silau is to provide knowledge so that students can understand the impacts resulting from drug use and abuse which include physical, psychological or socio-economic impacts. The socialization activity on drug prevention and abuse was carried out on June 12 2024 with a total of 28 students and class VIII teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Dolok Silau, North Sumatra Province. Therefore, through prevention and abuse outreach activities, students at SMP Negeri 1 Dolok Silau provide understanding and increased knowledge about the types of narcotics, the negative impacts of drugs such as from physical, psychological, educational, social and economic aspects as well as ways to prevent and overcome abuse. drugs among children and adolescents. For this reason, this outreach activity can protect the younger generation as the nation's next generation, especially students at SMP Negeri 1 Dolok Silau from the dangers of drug abuse and provide tips for students to prevent and stay away from drugs, both in the school environment and in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This paper delves into the outcomes of a training program aimed at enhancing language and literary literacy skills among inmates at PKBM At-Taubah Lapas II B Cianjur. These literacy skills are crucial for inmates' success in both the workplace and within their communities. The training program was structured into three distinct classes: language, character development, and literary development (poetry musicalization). The target participants were 25 inmates. Throughout the training, the inmates actively engaged in the learning activities. In the language class, while their speaking abilities were generally satisfactory, not all inmates were comfortable presenting in front of the class. Only three inmates volunteered to present when asked. In the character development and poetry musicalization classes, inmates were divided into groups and tasked with creating a musicalized poem. While their public speaking skills in the context of language literacy still require improvement due to confidence issues, the inmates successfully produced a group performance of their musicalized poetry creations.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis yang sangat cepat dan dinamis serta semakin tingginya tingkat persaingan usaha antar kompetitor menuntut para pel aku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) harus bergerak cepat mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Selain dari pemasaran, pelaku UMKM juga perlu mempersiapkan sebaik mungkin pengelolaan industri ‘rumah tangga’ demi bertahannya suatu usaha, diantara seperti kesiapan pengelolaan bisnis, pengelolaan keuangan usaha, pengelolaan stok barang sampai padapengelolaan pel ayanan konsumen. Persiapan tersebut, tentu tidak dapat dilakukan dengan sendiri, terlebih tidak seluruh UMKM memahami tentang keseluruhan permasalahan tersebut, sehingga para pelaku UMKM perlu dibantu serta didampingi. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yangdiadakan pada usaha dagang koliwolo ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengeluaran dan pemasukan dalam UsahaDagang Koliwolon.Pengenalan Akuntansi Sederhana ini di harapkan dapat mendukung usaha dagang koliwolon untuk mengetahui pemasukan dan pengeluaran.Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah skills trainingsmengenai pengenalan pencatatan akuntansi sederhana. Hasil yang di peroleh dari kegiatan ini adalah Pengenalan pencatatan akuntansi sederhana usaha dagang koliwolon bisa menerima dengan baik dan menerapkan pada usaha dagang.

Abstract

Program edukasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman para atlet gulat junior di Club PGSI Karo tentang pentingnya gizi seimbang dan pemenuhan kebutuhan cairan dalam mendukung performa serta kesehatan mereka. Dalam olahraga gulat, asupan nutrisi yang tepat sangat penting untuk menjaga daya tahan tubuh, kekuatan otot, dan pemulihan yang optimal. Edukasi ini mencakup informasi mengenai: (1) Gizi Seimbang: Menjelaskan pentingnya asupan karbohidrat, protein, lemak sehat, vitamin, dan mineral dalam proporsi yang tepat untuk mendukung latihan dan kompetisi gulat. (2) Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Cairan: Memberikan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya hidrasi yang cukup sebelum, selama, dan setelah latihan atau pertandingan untuk mencegah dehidrasi dan menjaga kinerja yang optimal. Metode penyuluhan dilakukan melalui presentasi, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi pola makan sehat, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan fisik para atlet. Dengan program ini, diharapkan para atlet dapat menerapkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari guna mendukung prestasi dan kesehatan jangka panjang mereka. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan kepada 15 atlet junior di Club PGSI Karo pada tanggal 08 November 2024 di Lapangan Club Gulat Karo. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa edukasi gizi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan atlet junior di PGSI Karo tentang gizi seimbang dan pemenuhan kebutuhan cairan.
