Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of Koperasi Pegawai UNINDRA (KOPPINDRA) or UNINDRA Employee Cooperative in terms of financial performance, loyalty, and interest-free loans. The research approach used is a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative approach is used to analyze KOPPINDRA's income statement from 2022 to 2024. Customer loyalty was measured using a questionnaire distributed to 105 customers from a total of 904 KOPPINDRA members. The qualitative approach using FGD aims to deepen the findings of the financial analysis and to explore the dimensions of customer loyalty. Financial performance indicators, including the current ratio, debt-to-assets ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, and total asset turnover, are good, so they must at least be maintained. Aspects of return on equity, net profit margin, and return on assets still need improvement. The highest indicator of KOPPINDRA customer loyalty is the willingness to be a long-term customer. The highest-scoring dimension, on average, was trust, and the lowest-scoring dimension was recommendation. KOPPINDRA should maintain its no-fee loan policy to retain customer loyalty and encourage cash use for transactions.

Abstract

This study examines the role of social capital in shaping community participation within the Lembayung Senja Quality Family Village using a qualitative case study approach. It explores how a program that initially faced community resistance gradually transformed into a sustainable, community-driven initiative. The findings reveal that participation does not emerge as a precondition but rather as an outcome of evolving social capital, characterized by increased trust, expanded social networks, and the formation of collective norms. The study also identifies a shift from instrumental social capital, driven by individual interests, toward normative social capital rooted in shared values and collective responsibility. This transformation is facilitated by continuous social interaction, local leadership, and the program's relevance to community needs. These findings suggest that community-based development cannot rely solely on structural interventions; it must also prioritize strengthening social relations. However, existing studies on quality family villages largely focus on program outcomes, with limited attention to the social mechanisms underlying participation. This study addresses this gap by positioning social capital as a mediating and transformative mechanism linking policy intervention to sustained community participation.

Abstract

Over the last few years, scholars have shown increasing interest in using digital game-based learning in early childhood and primary education. It is a systematic literature review that adhered to PRISMA 2020 to integrate empirical research studies published 2020-2025, and used Scopus as the primary database. Originally, 70 studies were found in the search. Duplicate removal and eligibility screens for abstracts and full texts enabled the inclusion of 24 studies in this review. The methodological attributes and substantive findings were taken into account during data extraction. DGBL was observed to enhance sustained motivation in children, which triggered a quantifiable increase in language and literacy. Its effects were positive on vocabulary learning, phoneme-grapheme mapping, grammarreinforcement, and productive sharing, also in children with developmental challenges. Digital not only supports executive functions but also fosters computational literacy, transcending linguistic boundaries. The mediating variables were L1 orthographic transparency, intervention duration, adult scaffolding, and cultural correspondence. Though this synthesis addresses a gap in the inherited consolidation of new evidence, several limitations remain due to the insufficient length or time of most interventions and a skills-focused orientation. To achieve this, future research should adopt longitudinal designs, multi-dimensional literacy scales, and culturally sensitive methods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of women's empowerment and women's social roles on community health development through the implementation of Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu) in Buring Sub-district, Kedungkandang District, Malang City. The research method is quantitative, with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research sample consisted of 176 respondents, including pregnant women, mothers of toddlers, toddler companions, and elderly (senior citizens). The results of the study indicate that women's empowerment has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of Posyandu and on community health development. In addition, women's social roles positively contribute to community health development by strengthening the implementation of Posyandu, a community-based primary health care institution. Posyandu serves as a mediating variable, strengthening the influence of women's empowerment and social roles on the community's health status. This finding emphasizes the importance of enhancing women's leadership capacity, active participation in health programs, and their role as agents of social change.

Abstract

Interprofessional Education (IPE) is increasingly used to prepare healthcare students to work collaboratively in complex healthcare systems. However, evidence on its effectiveness in improving both collaborative attitudes and interprofessional competence remains inconsistent. This study examined the effect of IPE on students’ attitudes toward interprofessional collaboration and their interprofessional competence using a quantitative one-group pretest-posttestdesign. A total of 110 healthcare students participated in a structured IPE program that included collaborative case-based learning and interdisciplinary discussion. Data were collected using validated self-administered questionnaires before and after the intervention. Because the data were not normally distributed, the Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used for analysis. The findings showed a significant improvement in students’ attitudes after the IPE program (p 0.05). Interprofessional competence did not change significantly (p 0.05). These results indicate that short-term IPE may be more effective at developing positive attitudes than at building measurable competence. Longitudinal, practice-integrated IPE programs are therefore recommended to support sustainable competence development in.

Abstract

This study aims to describe improvements in students' science process skills and the implementation of guided inquiry-based learning using Terasi Udang as a medium in the context of Ethno-STEM. The research design is a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this study were 33 students in class IX-E at SMP Negeri 1 Prambon. The instruments used in this study were pretests and posttests of science process skills and an observation sheet for the implementation of teacher activities. The improvement in science process skills was analyzed using N-Gain analysis and the Wilcoxon test, while the implementation of teacher activities was analyzed using the Guttman scale. Students' science process skills improved after implementing the Guided Inquiry learning model based on Ethno-STEM. The research results regarding science process skills were evidenced by an average N-Gain score of 0.73, categorized as High, and by a p-value of 0.000 ( 0.05) from the Wilcoxon test. Since the p-value was 0.05, H0 was rejected, and H1 was accepted. The implementation of the learning process achieved a 100%. This study contributes to science education by demonstrating that the Etno-STEM approach is an effective strategy for enhancing learning quality.

Abstract

This community service article talks about the results of the Kolaborasi Sosial Membangun Masyarakat (KOSABANGSA) program in Donorejo, Purworejo. The program combines landslide Early Warning System (EWS) technology with solar-powered coffee processing after harvest to help reduce disaster risk and boost the economy. The program's goal was to make communities more resilient to hydrometeorological hazards while also making local coffee more productive and easier to sell by sharing technology and building capacity through collaboration. The intervention was carried out using a participatory, descriptive, qualitative method. It included socialization, technical training, technology installation, focused mentoring, and long-term evaluation with the FPRB and Bangun Semi Farmers' Group. The results showed that participants made big strides in being ready for disasters, running their businesses, getting to alternative energy sources, and coming up with new products. The program comes to the conclusion that people should be involved in their communities and use the right technology.
