Abstract

This research aims to examine efforts to train early childhood independence through the "Aku Bisa" program based on self-habituation. This research took the research site in Sinar Harapan Kindergarten, Jrebeng Wetan village, Kedopok subdistrict, Probolinggo city as the originator of the "Aku Bisa" program. To review the program, this study used a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of case study. Data analysis techniques used after data are collected through interviews and observations are data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that the "Aku Bisa" program consists of routine activities carried out since students arrive at school until the learning time is over and evaluation with the student guardian every two months. The implication is that efforts to train children's independence will be successful if parents also support program activities and monitor their development.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of inclusive differentiated learning as a strategy to increase student active participation. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results showed that adjusting materials, methods, and assessments according to students' needs and learning styles can increase engagement and create a more inclusive learning environment. Differentiated learning allows teachers to accommodate a variety of abilities, including students with special needs. The findings also emphasize the importance of ongoing training for teachers and the provision of adequate support facilities. Overall, inclusive differentiated learning has proven effective in addressing student ability gaps, creating more equitable learning, and improving the quality of education. This study recommends the development of policies that are more responsive to student needs and increased support for teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the use of the MSH (Memorize-Speak Up-Habituation) method on foreign language mastery skills, especially English. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion of research results. From this study, it was found that the MSH method was applied with the stages of Memorize (remembering) new vocabulary and pronunciation; Speak Up (speaking) or integrating the use of new vocabulary in speaking activities (speaking); and Habituation of foreign language activities. This study shows the implication that with the MSH method, LIPs members can master 4 English competencies (listening, writing, reading, speaking) correctly even though it requires high discipline

Abstract

This study seeks to study the strengthening of religious character education in children in school with parenting management to regulate and control child habituation when at home. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach of this type of case study. The location of the search is MTs Al-Muddakir Banjarmasin City. Data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data display, and data verification or conclusions. The results showed that; First, the institution MTs Al-Muddakir strengthens planning in coordination with the parents of students, second, the management of religious character is carried out by religious habituation, time management, and also follow-up progress. The implications obtained in strengthening religious character education in coordination with parents are able to instill religious character for the children with habituation carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the application of role playing games in overcoming introverted children in early childhood at RA Uswatun Hasanah, Maron, Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research uses case studies. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of parenting activities in shaping the character of early childhood at the Taman Posyandu Anak Shalih. The research method used is a qualitative case study type. In order to get an idea of ​​the Management of Parenting Activities in Shaping Early Childhood Character, the researchers conducted interviews with principals and teachers at Taman Posyandu Anak Salih Nurul Jadid. The results of the study indicate that the formation of children's character requires a continuous and consistent process, for that schools build good cooperation with children's parents in the formation and development of children's character. In order to create integration between the formation of children's character at school with the formation of children's character at home. So schools approach parents through parenting activities, so that parents really become partners in children's education. So that parents can also maximize their role in the formation of children's character.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of the TikTok application as a learning medium for Islamic Religious Education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews with grade VIII students who were the subjects of the study. The results of the study showed that the use of the TikTok application was able to increase the appeal of Islamic Religious Education learning through short video content that was presented creatively and relevant to students' lives. From a cognitive aspect, TikTok helps broaden students' insights into the Sirah Nabawiyah material. From an affective perspective, students showed interest and trust in religious content delivered by trusted figures in the video. Meanwhile, from a psychomotor aspect, students began to show changes in behavior that were more disciplined and participatory in learning activities. The implications of this study indicate that TikTok can be an innovative alternative in Islamic Religious Education learning, especially in presenting an approach that is in accordance with the characteristics of the digital generation. The use of social media such as TikTok is not only recreational, but can also be used productively to support educational goals, especially in shaping students' religious understanding and attitudes. Therefore, teacher training and policy development are needed that encourage the positive use of digital media in learning in schools

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the principal's transformational leadership and academic supervision on teacher professional competence. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The study population consisted of 61 subject teachers, with a sample of 33 people taken through purposive sampling techniques. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire containing 74 items that had been validated and tested for reliability. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant partial effect on teacher professional competence (sig. 0.015 <0.05), while academic supervision had no significant effect (sig. 0.987> 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect on teacher competence with a contribution of 50.3%, while 49.7% was influenced by other factors outside this study. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening the role of the principal as a transformational leader who does not only focus on administrative aspects, but also as an inspiration and coach for teacher professionalism on an ongoing basis. In addition, these results can be used as a basis for developing principal leadership training programs and improving the quality of academic supervision in educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of educational financing management and learning facilities on the quality of madrasahs. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The research sample involved 40 teachers who were selected randomly. The results of the study showed that simultaneously, financing management and learning facilities had a significant effect on the quality of madrasahs, with a contribution of 39.7%. Partially, learning facilities had a significant effect on school quality (p = 0.032), while financing management did not have a significant effect partially (p = 0.228). The coefficient of determination indicated that 15.8% of madrasah quality was influenced by other variables outside the model. The implications of this study indicate the importance of optimizing the management of educational funds and providing and maintaining adequate learning facilities in supporting the improvement of madrasah quality. These results can be a strategic reference for principals, financial managers, and policy makers in designing more accountable and quality-oriented education policies.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of humanistic theory in improving student achievement at MI Nurul Yakin Sumberanyar Paiton. This research uses qualitative research method of case study type. This research was conducted since April 30, 2022. The data sources are observations and interviews. To obtain valid and reliable data, the researcher conducted interviews with several informants using purposive sampling technique, which consisted of five people, namely Ning Durrotus Shaimah as the principal, Hani as the deputy head, Titin as the deputy head of the curriculum, Cici Malika as one of the teachers, and Afkara Raysifa one of the students at the institution. The data analysis is data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The research results obtained are (1) the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure, (2) the provision of rewards, (3) the existence of professional teachers and (4) student-centered learning strategies. With the application of humanist learning theory, it is possible for student achievement to be achieved.
