<![CDATA[This dedication is an attempt to improve the quality of marketing during the pandemic era as a form communication independence. This dedication aims to create Online-based promotional media during a pandemic, as well find out the response to the use of online promotion-based google sites as a promotional medium for Lasak Donuts during the pandemic. This service is a type of development service using the ADDIE model, which has gone through the validation stage by involving three validators namely (material experts, media experts promotion and IT experts), then use response involves visitors and consumers. Based on the results of the service of material experts, media promotion experts and IT experts are considered very good with the average value of material experts is 88%, media promotion experts are 89%, IT expert 96%. Visitor and consumer response to usage learning media google sites are very good criteria with get an average teacher score of 98% and students 84%. It can be concluded that the Use of Google Sites is Online Based learning as a promotional medium for Lasak donuts is stated to be very good with usage responses positive as a learning medium during a pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[The increasing number of motorized vehicles every year and the negligence of the community which often results in traffic accidents. A traffic accident where the perpetrator is not responsible, by leaving the victim alone without providing help is called a hit and run. The crime of hit and run is a problem that needs to be addressed because it is an immoral act and harms others. Hit-and-run crimes that cause harm to others are increasingly common. Seeing the many factors that cause the occurrence of a hit-and-run crime. Both in terms of community factors, road factors, vehicle factors. Thus the purpose of the problem is to find out the factors causing the occurrence of a hit-and-run crime, Handling Efforts by the Police Against Hit-and-Run Crimes in Medan City. The research methods used are library research and field research at the Medan Police Traffic Unit and using Qualitative Data Analysis. The factors that influence the increase in traffic accidents on the highway are due to the lack of public awareness and compliance to obey and obey every traffic regulation. People always put the blame on law enforcement officers (police) without realizing and filtering their own mistakes first, indeed to create military and order in traffic there must be a good cooperative relationship between law enforcement officers and the community itself, because without the intertwining of the rights and obligations of law enforcement officers and the community, it is impossible to create peace, order and comfort in traffic. <![CDATA[Smoking is a habit of smoking cigarettes that is carried out in everyday life, is a necessity that cannot be avoided for people who have a tendency towards smoking. Cigarettes are one of the addictive substances that can lead to dependence for the wearer. The addictive nature of cigarettes comes from the nicotine they contain. After someone inhales cigarette smoke, within 7 seconds nicotine will reach the brain. All health experts including the World Health Organization (WHO) have long concluded that smoking has many negative health impacts, especially for children and their future. Cigarettes contain 4000 chemicals with 200 types of which are carcinogenic (can cause cancer), where these toxic materials are found in the main smoke, namely cigarette smoke which is inhaled directly into the smoker's lungs and side smoke, namely cigarette smoke produced by the tip of the cigarette that is burning, for example carbon monoxide, benzopyrene, and ammonia. This PKM activity aims to increase the knowledge of teenagers at SMA N 8 Padangsidimpuan about the dangers of smoking by providing education related to efforts to increase knowledge about MKJP. The method used in carrying out this activity is through lectures and discussions. The results of this PKM activity aim to increase knowledge by providing Communication, Information and Education (IEC) with good KIE there will be a communication process with the dissemination of information that accelerates behavior change from the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Discharge planning is part of the nursing process and the main function of care that must be carried out by nurses in a structured manner starting from the time the patient enters the hospital. Discharge planning is a regulatory process that helps clients prepare to leave a better level of care, both inside and outside their health facility with the aim that patients and their families can manage post-discharge care independently. The purpose of discharge planning focuses on providing health education to patients to discuss nutrition, drugs, activities or training and special instructions regarding the signs and symptoms of the patient's illness. Before going home, patients and families are given education to be able to manage their condition and/or during recovery. Discharge planning in accordance with the standards must be carried out in the hospital, because discharge planning is an important element in nursing services which aims to make the client independent after leaving the hospital. The method of this community service is the counseling method in the form of direct presentation of lecture material, direct simulation and measuring the level of knowledge of nurses in evaluating the application of nursing discharge planning in order to reduce the recurrence rate of patients in hospitals with the number of nurses in this study namely 28 people.]]>

<![CDATA[Nutrition status monitoring data in Indonesia in 2017 noted that the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for babies up to the first 6 months only reached 35.7%. This is very low and still far from the coverage target set at 80%, which means that around 65% of babies do not get breast milk (ASI). In the Boja Health Center area, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still low at 65%, while the target for the city of Semarang is 90%. From the description of the Puskesmas work area, the lowest breastfeeding coverage is in Meteseh Village. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage is still low at 45%. On average, postpartum mothers in Meteseh village don't think about additional nutritional intake to increase milk production, because they get little information or evidence on processing food ingredients that can be taken from local types of food. Health cadres don't know how to increase milk production for postpartum mothers, through providing additional food for making Modisco Corn. Modisco stands for Modified Dietetic Skim and Cotton Sheet Oil, which was discovered in 1973 by May White Head, according to White, the manufacture of Modisco is used to add nutrition to malnourished children, Modisco Corn is an additional modification given to facilitate breastfeeding and add nutrition to postpartum mothers. Processing Modisco Corn as a solution for postpartum mothers who breastfeed their babies, because corn fruit has the benefit of increasing milk production and is rich in nutrients. Modisco Corn is taught to Health Cadres, so that cadres have the ability to teach postpartum mothers at any time from generation to generation to increase the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of betel leaf extract (Piper betle) on the control of leaf rust disease Phakopsora pachyrhizi soybean plants. The research was carried out by UPT Palawija Crops, Department of Agriculture of the Province of North Sumatra Tanjung Selamat, Deli Serdang with an altitude of ±25 meters above sea level with a flat topography. The research method used a non- factorial randomized block design consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments tested were K0 = control, K1 = 0.25% extract concentration, K2 = 0.50% extract concentration, K3 = 0.75% extract concentration. Parameters observed were the percentage of infected plants, disease intensity and seed weight of 100 grains. The results showed that the pesticide of betel leaf (Piper betle) had a significant effect in controlling leaf rust disease Phakopsora pachyrhizi. The treatment was in K3 (0.75% extract) with a percentage of 2.1% being attacked. Compared to treatment K0 (Control) the percentage of infection was 6.9%, K1 (Extract 0.25%) percentage was attacked by 5.7%, and K2 (Extract 0.50%) the percentage was 3.2%. The conclusion of this study Betel leaf vegetable pesticides (Piper betle) are effective in controlling leaf rust disease Phakopsora pachyrhizi and can suppress the intensity of P. pachyrhizi attacks on soybean plants so that growth is not disturbed. Betel leaf extract (P. betle)) which was tested had a significant effect on controlling leaf rust (P. pachyrhizi) on soybeans (Glycine max. L) in K3 treatment with the percentage of infected plants being 2.1%.]]>
