Abstract

Abstract:  Starting from the emergence of a phenomenon that shows signs of decreasing work efficiency, employee satisfaction, and employee loyalty to the company since the Covid 19 pandemic, so interested in conducting this research. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Karya Indah Lestari, Berau Regency, East Kalimantan. The research method used is descriptive verification analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to all employees using proportional random sampling techniques. The number of respondents collected was 85 people representing all employees working at PT Karya Indah Lestari, Berau Regency, East Kalimantan, who were selected randomly. The results of the descriptive analysis show that leadership, motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance are generally classified as very good. The results of the verification analysis, both partially and simultaneously, prove that leadership, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so the researcher suggests that they be maintained and improved further.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology compels organizations to transform their leadership styles, operational systems, and organizational structures. In this context, employee adaptability emerges as a critical factor in ensuring organizational resilience and sustained performance. This study aims to examine the influence of Digital Leadership, Technological Transformation, and Organizational Change on Employee Adaptability. A quantitative approach was employed using a structured survey method, with data collected from 120 respondents working in a digitally integrated organization. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed using SPSS to test the hypotheses. The findings reveal that each independent variable (digital leadership, technological transformation, and organizational change) has a significant and positive effect on employee adaptability, both individually and collectively. Visionary and empowering digital leadership encourages employees to respond more effectively to change. Technological transformation enhances work flexibility and accelerates learning processes. Organizational change, when supported by leadership and internal readiness, strengthens employees’ adaptive capacity in facing uncertainty. This study concludes that the integration of leadership, digital systems, and organizational change is essential to fostering adaptability among employees. The results highlight the importance of a holistic strategy in developing a workforce that is resilient, responsive, and capable of thriving in an era of ongoing digital disruption.

Abstract

Leadership transformation in the digital era has become a critical issue in human resource management, particularly in enhancing employee engagement within modern organizations. The rapid advancement of digital technology demands leaders to adapt not only technically but also strategically and emotionally. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership transformation, digital leadership, and modern organizational characteristics on employee engagement. A quantitative research approach was employed, using multiple regression analysis on a sample of 96 respondents working in digitally driven organizational environments. The results reveal that all three independent variables have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee engagement, with a determination coefficient (R²) of 99.2%. These findings indicate that employee engagement can be significantly enhanced through visionary leadership, technological adaptability, and a flexible, innovation-oriented organizational structure. The study concludes that leadership practices and organizational design aligned with digital transformation play a vital role in fostering strong employee involvement. This research contributes both theoretically and practically to the development of organizational management in the digital age.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of product quality and online promotion strategies on consumer buying interest in Kue Bawang Buk Masnah MSMEs in Pekan Tolan Village. In the increasingly growing digital era, MSMEs face great challenges in maintaining competitiveness. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence consumer buying interest is very important. The research method used is quantitative and the approach is the associative approach. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires for 30 consumers of Buk Masnah Onion Cake. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to measure the extent to which product quality and online promotion strategies affect consumer buying interest. The results of the study show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Factors such as taste, texture, durability, and product packaging prove to play an important role in purchasing decisions. In addition, effective online promotion strategies through social media, marketplaces, and digital advertising have been proven to increase product exposure and strengthen consumer engagement. Therefore, it is important to consistently improve product quality and optimize digital promotion strategies in order to achieve a wider market coverage while strengthening customer loyalty

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) and Return on Assets (ROA) on stock prices in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. CR is employed as a liquidity indicator, while ROA reflects the efficiency of a company's asset management in generating profits. A quantitative approach was utilized, with secondary data from the financial statements of eight pharmaceutical companies selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, preceded by classical assumption tests to ensure model validity. The findings reveal that CR and ROA jointly have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, CR exhibits a negative and significant impact, whereas ROA shows a positive and significant influence. With a determination coefficient of 37.3%, the study indicates that CR and ROA explain a small portion of stock price variations, while external factors contribute significantly. These findings underscore the importance of emphasizing asset management efficiency alongside liquidity in investment decision-making.

Abstract

Organizational culture and work environment are things that have the potential to affect employee performance. The good or bad service in a health institution, especially a hospital, is partly caused by the performance of employees who comply with work procedures, including the service culture in the organization and workplace. Objective: To determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul. Method: This research method is descriptive quantitative using a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples is 52 people who have permanent employee status. Results: The results of testing several variables with SPSS show that organizational culture has not been proven to have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value (0.438> 0.05). The results of the analysis show that the work environment has a significant effect (0.000 <0.05). The results of the F test of the variables of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul, obtained an F-count of 10,084 with a probability value of 0.000 <0.05 so that Ha is accepted. Conclusion: Organizational culture has not been proven to have a significant effect on performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture variables and work environment variables simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract: Work-related stress is a crucial issue in modern organizational settings, significantly affecting employees’ psychological well-being and overall company productivity. Physical exercise is widely recognized as an effective coping mechanism for reducing stress; however, there remains a lack of clarity regarding its optimal frequency in a managerial context. This study aims to systematically review national scholarly literature concerning the impact of exercise frequency on employee stress levels. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA 2020 protocol. Articles were retrieved from the Google Scholar database using inclusion criteria: studies that investigated the variables of exercise frequency and occupational stress among Indonesian employees, published between 2020–2025, and available in full-text format. From 189 initial articles, 10 were selected following screening and quality assessment procedures. The synthesis reveals that regular exercise (3–5 times per week) significantly reduces stress, enhances emotional balance, and strengthens psychological resilience. Exercise also functions as a personal resource within the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model and as a form of problem-focused coping in managing occupational stress. These findings underscore the need for organizational support through evidence-based health policies. It is recommended that companies design and integrate structured physical activity programs as part of long-term stress management strategies in the workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze internal factors that affect the performance of PT Agro Panca Unggul (APU), a premium rice producer based on smart farming technology in Indonesia. The methods used include evaluating the company's resources, capabilities, and operational processes with a focus on the application of advanced technologies such as precision equipment, sensors, drones, and the Internet of Things (IoT) to improve productivity and harvest quality. The production location in Boyolali was chosen because of its fertile volcanic soil conditions and abundant water availability, supporting the growth of premium quality rice. The results of the analysis show that APU's main strengths lie in the integration of smart farming technology with modern agricultural practices, a strict quality control system, strong partnerships with local farmers, and an extensive distribution network. However, the company faces several internal weaknesses such as high initial investment costs, dependence on leased land, the need for intensive training for farmers, and limited production scale. APU's competitive advantage is supported by a focus on the premium market that cares about sustainability and technological innovation, as well as strong branding. This study recommends strengthening farmer training programs, diversifying financing sources, optimizing land management, and developing digital marketing strategies to maintain the company's competitiveness and sustainability in the premium rice market.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the entrepreneurship curriculum in higher education, particularly at the University of Mataram, in enhancing students' readiness to become entrepreneurs. The research was motivated by the high unemployment rate among university graduates and their lack of preparedness to enter the real business world. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved 200 final-year students who had completed entrepreneurship courses. The analysis revealed that components of the curriculum such as understanding of business concepts, managerial skills, business idea development, and risk-taking readiness had a significant impact on students’ entrepreneurial readiness. Among these, business idea development showed the strongest influence, followed by business concept comprehension and managerial skills. The findings also highlighted that students felt the curriculum was overly theoretical and insufficient to build practical readiness for starting a business. Therefore, the study recommends strengthening practical aspects of the curriculum, such as internships, real business projects, and industry collaboration. It concludes that entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions should be more experiential and practice-oriented to produce independent and competent graduates in the entrepreneurial field.

Abstract

The purpose of this systematic literature review is to examine whether employee performance is influenced by work motivation and transformational leadership style. Low employee performance in various companies is often associated with ineffective leadership and low motivation. In this review, the PRISMA method was used to conduct a systematic literature search. This study limited the search to journal articles published between 2021 and 2025. The researchers conducted a search in the Google Scholar database and obtained a number of articles. After screening based on title, abstract, and removal of duplicates, only ten articles met the criteria to be used as references in this study. The results of the literature review indicate that most studies found a positive relationship between transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. However, some studies also reported that these two factors did not significantly influence employee performance. These findings provide important insights for organizations in assessing the effectiveness of leadership styles and motivation strategies to enhance employee performance.
