Abstract

Seluang (Rasbora argyrotaenia) is one type of fish that lives on the Musi River in South Sumatra. Seluang is favored by the people of South Sumatra to become consumption fish with economic value. Natural catches are felt to diminish over time and effort is needed for domestication and cultivation. Analysis of gastric contents has been carried out on seluang fish from the Musi river to find out fish eating habits as a cultivation platform. The research was conducted from July to September 2017 on three Musi tributaries. The Prefonderance index was analyzed according to Natarjan and Jhingran in Effendi (2002). From the results of the study it was revealed that eluang was an omnivorous group of fish seen from the value of the Prefonderance Index, which consumed green plants (48.05%) as the main food, Arthropoda (23.86%) and Anellida (22.35%) as supplementary foods.ABSTRAK Seluang (Rasbora argyrotaenia) merupakan salah satu jenis ikan yang hidup di sungai Musi Sumatera Selatan. Seluang disukai masyarakat Sumatera Selatan  hingga menjadi ikan konsumsi yang bernilai ekonomi.   Hasil tangkapan alam  dirasakan semakin berkurang seiring waktu  dan diperlukan usaha untuk domestikasi.dan budidaya.  Analisis isi lambung telah dilakukan terhadap ikan seluang dari sungai Musi  untuk mengetahui kebiasaan makan ikan sebagai landasan budidaya. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan  Juli  sampai  September 2017 pada  tiga anak sungai Musi.  Indek Prefonderance dianalisis menurut Natarjan dan Jhingran dalam Effendi (2002). Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa  Seluang  merupakan kelompok ikan omnivora yang dilihat dari nilai Indek Prefonderance yaitu  mengkonsumsi tumbuhan hijau (48,05%) sebagai makanan utama,   Arthropoda (23,86%) dan  Anellida (22,35 %)  sebagai makanan tambahan. Kata Kunci: Sungai Musi. Abstract

The Faculty of Fisheries, University of PGRI Palembang has two campuses, namely at Campus A Plaju for administrative and lecture activities, while for practical activities, field practice, research and training, specifically for the Faculty of Fisheries located at Campus C Sematang Borang-Palembang. Campus C Sematang This place occupies about 1 ha of land, which has been equipped with Office Room facilities, Multipurpose Room for meetings, Lecture Rooms, Fish Hatchery Workshop, Fisheries Product Processing Workshop, Entrepreneurship Workshop, Fish Feed Production Room, Cement Pond for seeding, Bioflog for enlargement and floating net cages for enlargement. Campus C is specifically intended for the Fisheries Faculty which was completed in 2012. In 2013 and 2014 the Chair of the Proposal Team received Community Service Grant as Team Leader for the Campus Innovation Product Business Development Program Scheme (PPUPIK) entitled "Establishment of Scale Fish Feed Factory Home Industry as a Source of Income Generating for the Faculty of Fisheries, University of PGRI Palembang ".For the Lab scale, this activity has been going well and has good prospects, the problem faced is that fisheries business activities on campus C of the Faculty of Fisheries have been running, but the activities are still partial, each field moves individually (not yet integrated management). The solution offered is that with this PPUPIK "Integrated Fisheries Business" activity all business fields are managed in an integrated manner, so that each business sector can support and strengthen each other. For this reason, on this occasion we from the Faculty of Fisheries began to develop activities in an integrated manner, starting from ornamental fish hatchery and consumption, enlarging consumption fish, making feed, processing fishery products, marketing results and training and training in fisheries for users and communities who need.The results of the implementation of the activity indicate that the activities of the Business Unit Establishment in PT Science and Technology based have been established with the name "Faculty of Fisheries Entrepreneurship Unit" with Decree of the Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries No. 294 / A.16 / F.Perik / UNIV.PGRI / 2017 dated July 3, 2017 concerning the Establishment of the Entrepreneurship Unit at the Faculty of Fisheries, University of PGRI Palembang. The products that have been produced to date are: a) Catfish Seeds, Koi and Gurami, b) Consumption Fish (Catfish and Tilapia), c) Ornamental Fish (Koi Fish), d) Processed Products (Pundang Seluang and Various form of Cork Fish Kemplang Crackers). From the results of business analysis, this activity is feasible to do with B / C ratio = 1.466, Break Even Point (BEP) = Integrated Fisheries Business Input point reached when production reaches 4,611.36 Catfish seeds + 3,458.52 Gurami seeds + 2,305.68 Koi seed + 345.85 kg consumption Catfish + 576.42 kg consumption Gouramy fish + 5,764.20 Koi ornamental fish + 23.0 fishery products processed package, Return of Investment (ROI) 18.48% and Pay Back Period (PBP) ) = 20,645 Months.Outputs generated from this activity are 1) Establishment of Business Units in Science and Technology-based PT, 2) Products, 3) National Journal of Accredited Community Service, 4) Presentation of papers, 5) Draft of Teaching Materials, and 6) Draft Patents / Intellectual Property Rights.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the principal's strategy in strengthening character education through the School Literacy Movement at SDN 187 Palembang. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. There are six informants in this study. The data collection techniques used were documentation, interviews, and observations. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and then testing the validity of the data. Based on the results of data analysis that has been done previously, it can be concluded that there is a strategy carried out by the principal of SDN 187 Palembang in strengthening character education in students through the School Literacy Movement (GLS) which consists of implementing policies for the School Literacy Movement activities and implementing strategies for attracting reading interest from students is done by giving rewards to students, reading books 10-15 minutes before learning, book corners and increasing the convenience of the library.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis pengaruh perbandingan pemberian pakan komersil dan probiotik terhadap pertumbuhan, kelangsungan hidup, FCR pada ikan patin siam (Pangasius hypophthalmus). Penelitian dilaksanakan di kampus C Fakultas Perikanan Universitas PGRI Palembang.Jalan Sakti Wiranata Kelurahan Srimulya Kecamatan Sematang Borang RT. 08 RW. 02 Palembang. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan selama 28 hari. Ikan uji yang digunakan adalah benih ikan patin ukuran 4 cm dengan menggunakan kolam terpal sebanyak 12 buah yang berukuran 1 m x 1 m x 80 m. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri 4 taraf perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan yaitu perlakuan P1 (Tanpa Probiotik 0 ml), P2 (Probiotik 5 ml), P3 (Probiotik 10 ml), dan P4 (Probiotik 15 ml). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan berat rata-rata dan panjang benih ikan patin siam (Pangasius hypophthalmus) yang terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan P2 dengan berat 7,85 gram dan panjang 6,30 cm. Untuk kelangsungan hidup ikan patin siam (Pangasius hypophtalmus) nilai tertinggi tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan P2 sebesar 97,33%, dan Konversi pakan nilai terendah terdapat pada perlakan P2 dengan rata-rata 0,65. Serta secara keseluruhan dari perhitungan nilai pertumbuhan, kelangsungan hidup, dan FCR pada ikan patin siam (Pangasius hypophthalmus) perlakuan terbaik selama masa pemeliharaan terdapat pada perlakuan P2 yang dilihat dari pertumbuhan yang baik serta biaya pakan yang murah.

Abstract

Most of the waste produced by traditional food processing in Palembang has not been optimally utilized. Even if the waste is processed again, one of the things that can be produced is Fish Flour as raw material for making animal feed or fish feed. The way to process it is to do raw material translation, sorting and washing of raw materials, then steaming with presto tools, and reducing the size of raw materials to make it easier to process and break down the lumps found in the raw material. After that pressing is done and dried. After drying, the waste is pressed and weighed again and then packed to avoid contamination from the outside. The treatment of mixed formulations between fish and trash fish by side catches (HTS) significantly affected the protein content of fish meal, but did not significantly affect the digestibility of the protein. Protein content of fish meal in a row from the highest is found in treatment P6 (100% trash fish) and the lowest is in P1 (100% fish waste). Based on the protein content, the level of treatment P1 (100% fish waste) and P2 (80% fish waste: 20% trash fish) have not fulfilled the SNI for fish meal, but the level of treatment P3 (60% fish waste: 40% trash fish) and P4 ( fish waste 40%: trash fish 60%) have met III quality standards and the level of treatment P5 (20% fish waste: 80% trash fish) and P6 (100% trash fish) have met II quality standards based on SNI for fish meal.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan pati sagu dalam pembuatan mi merupakan salah satu upaya dalam menganekaragamkan konsumsi pangan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mutu fisik meliputi tekstur dan warna, mutu kimia yang meliputi kadar air, abu, protein, lemak, karbohidrat dan mengetahui nilai mutu organoleptik yang meliputi  warna, aroma, tekstur dan rasa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama dua bulan. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini berupa penambahan daging ikan lele dumbo Clarias gariepinus pada pengolahan mi instan dengan komposisi yang berbeda (B/B) yaitu : 0 %, 5 %, 10 % dan 15 % (dari berat bahan baku). Hasil penelitian mutu fisik (tekstur antara 134,14-158,53 gf), (lightness antara 50,23-54,37 %), (chroma antara 14,17-15,83 %), (hue  antara 70,60-75,33 %). Mutu kimia (kadar air antara 10,56-13,63 %, kadar abu antara 0,90-2,24 %, kadar protein antara 13,40-17,36 %, kadar lemak antara 3,50-6,19 %, kadar karbohidrat 60,38-71,39 %). Mutu Organoleptik (warna antara 3,32-4,00, aroma antara 3,48- 3,84, tekstur antara 3,28-3,60, rasa antara 2,68-3,60). Secara umum pada penelitian ini, perlakuan yang terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan M3 yaitu (penambahan daging ikan Lele Dumbo 10 %) dengan nilai mutu fisik (tekstur 138,73 gf), (lightness 50,30 %, chroma 15,40 %, hue  72,33 %) mutu kimia (kadar air 12,33 %, kadar abu 1,93 %, kadar protein 16,09 %, kadar lemak 5,16 %, kadar karbohidrat 64,29 %) dan mutu organoleptik (warna 4,00, aroma 3,76, tekstur 3,40, dan rasa 3,60).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA dan SMK Pembina Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru di SMA Dan SMK Pembina Palembang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara siginifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA dan SMK Pembina Palembang ; (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara siginifikan terhadap kinerja guru di di SMA dan SMK Pembina Palembang. (3) budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA dan SMK Pembina Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims at finding out and describing the influence of academic supervision and teacher professional allowance on teacher performance. This study uses quantitative method of correlational research. The population is taken from 218 teachers from SMA Negeri Sub Rayon 04 and 05 Kab. Oku Timur, South Sumatra Province. Research samples are 66 people with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using questionnaires conducted in October 2020. The data was analyzed using correlation and double regression techniques. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant influence of academic supervision on teacher performance; (2) there is an influence of teacher's professional allowance on teacher performance; (3) there is a positive and significant influence of academic supervision and teacher professional allowance on teacher performance. That means the implementation of academic supervision and the provision of teacher professional allowances can improve teacher performance.
