Abstract

The progress of science and technology in the era of globalization which has now led to the era of industrial revolution 4.0 brings the effect of extraordinary changes to the pattern of life of humanity in this hemisphere. Teachers as educators are implementers of the education profession, in carrying out their professions there are several requirements that must be met by a teacher in order to have qualifications and credibility in the field of education. This is a condition for the realization of professional teachers, namely having overall competency both in the field of education and learning methodology as well as the substance of the scientific field. Teachers will become a developing profession when constantly changing themselves, because practical education will continue in different situations and times. Improving the ability of teachers to carry out their profession should not be passive but must be proactive, do not wait for opportunities but seek opportunities

Abstract

Hasil pengamatan di dalam kelas saat pembelajaran matematika berlangsung, siswa cenderung pasif dan aktivitas belajar matematika siswa sangatlah kurang. Untuk pelajaran matematika rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh siswa sebelum dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah 50,37 dan persentase siswa yang tuntas sebesar 33,33%. Nilai ini sangatlah jauh dari standar ketuntasan belajar mengajar. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan dengan menggunakan metode permainan dalam upaya meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari dua pertemuan melalui tahapan sebagai berikut perencanaan, tindakan observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar pengamatan tiap pertemuan oleh observer untuk melihat data tentang aktivitas belajar, sementara data tentang hasil belajar diperoleh melalui nilai ulangan harian dan prestasi belajar matematika siswa di siklus 1, dan di siklus 2. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, memperlihatkan peningkatan hasil aktivitas siswa, terutama pada aktivitas menyiapkan tempat, bahan dan alat sebesar 55,56%, mengungkapkan gagasan sebesar 66,67% dan membaca aturan permainan dan buku sebesar 74,04%. Berdasarkan data prestasi belajar siswa diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas pada siklus I sebesar 69,62 meningkat menjadi 73,51 pada siklus II. Persentase jumlah siswa yang mencapai standar ketuntasan juga meningkat pada siklus I sebesar 88,88%, meningkat menjadi 100% pada siklus II

Abstract

Disease prevention is very important in the rearing of barramundi larvae, one of which is by sterilizing the seawater using technical chlorine. This study aimed to determine the effect of seawater sterlization use technical chlorine for rearing barramundi larvae on growth, survival, and water quality. The treatment in this study was different seawater used for water exchange during larval rearing. Seawater was sterilized with 25 ppm technical chlorine for 24 hours. Before use, the water was neutralized using 12.5 ppm sodium thiosulfate. As a control in this study, direct seawater or untreated sea water was used for water exchange. The study was conducted with 3 replications. The parameters observed in this study were growth, survival, virus monitoring, growth variation, and water quality. Sterilization of seawater with 25 ppm technical chlorine used for rearing larvae of barramundi has no significant effect on growth, survival, growth variation and water quality of rearing larvae. The use of filtered seawater is recommended in the sterilization of seawater for rearing larvae of barramundi. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model integrated with Truth or Dare cards on the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students of Elementary School Cluster V, Seririt District. This study uses a quasi-experimental method through a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques applied include observation, in-depth interviews, critical thinking ability tests, and documentation studies. The research subjects consisted of 22 fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Gunungsari who were designated as the experimental group. The results of the study revealed a significant increase in students' critical thinking skills. This is evidenced by the average pre-test score of 45.209 which increased drastically to 83.300 at the post-test. Statistical analysis using the independent t-test showed a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000, which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). These findings confirm a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the treatment. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the TPS model assisted by Truth or Dare cards has a positive and significant impact on improving students' critical thinking skills in IPAS Education. Therefore, this combination of learning models and media is recommended as an innovative alternative for elementary school educators to optimize students' critical thinking potential in the classroom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tujuannya untuk pengkajian efektivitas penggunaan Zep Quiz, sebuah aplikasi kuis interaktif, dalam peningkatan minat belajar siswa kelas V SD untuk pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Pendidikan merupakan suatu proses yang terencana dan terarah untuk mengembangkan seluruh potensi yang dimiliki individu, baik dari aspek kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotorik, agar mampu menjadi manusia yang berkarakter, berpengetahuan,dan bertanggung jawab. Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di tingkat Sekolah Dasar ialah pelajaran yang krusial untuk bekal siswa melalui pengetahuan dasar mengenai materi Pendidikan Pancasila. Minat belajar adalah salah satu faktor penting yang memengaruhi keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur sebagai pendekatan utama. Studi literatur dilakukan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis, dan mensintesis berbagai teori, hasil penelitian, dan temuan relevan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan minat belajar. Studi literatur dipilih untuk memperoleh gambaran komprehensif mengenai pendekatan, teknologi, dan metode pembelajaran yang telah digunakan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan zep quis. Media ini juga memudahkan guru dalam memberikan umpan balik secara cepat dan mengukur pemahaman siswa secara real-time. Dengan fitur kuis yang menantang dan menyenangkan, Zep Quiz mampu mengatasi kejenuhan siswa dan memacu semangat belajar melalui kompetisi sehat. Selain meningkatkan minat, media ini juga mendukung pembelajaran mandiri dan pengulangan materi secara fleksibel serta meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive digital comic learning media (KOMATIF) on the topic of food chains for fifth-grade elementary students. This research used the ADDIE model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires involving experts, teachers, and students. The validation results showed high validity with Aiken’s V scores of 0.92 for material experts, 0.88 for media experts, and 0.89 for language experts. The practicality test conducted in SDN 2 Alasangker and SDN 3 Alasangker showed 99% from teachers and 98% from students, indicating that the media is very practical. The findings reveal that KOMATIF is feasible, easy to use, and able to increase student engagement in learning. Therefore, this media can be used as an innovative learning tool in elementary science education.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive learning media in the form of Flipbook using the Canva application, focusing on the science subject of plant propagation for fourth-grade students at SDN Gugus V, Buleleng District. This study is based on the low use of digital learning media at SDN Gugus V, Buleleng District. This study aims to describe the design, determine the feasibility, and to determine the practicality of interactive learning media Flipbook assisted by the Canva application. This study uses the Design and Development (D&D) method by Richey & Klein (2007), which includes analysis, design, development, limited trials, and evaluation. The research subjects include media experts, content experts, linguists, teachers, and students. Data were collected using observation, interviews, and questionnaires, then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study show that the interactive learning media Flipbook is designed with an attractive design, both in terms of background, color composition, font type, images, videos, and audio used. The Canva-assisted Flipbook interactive learning media has very high validity, with scores of 0.97 from media experts, 0.98 from material experts, and 0.98 from language experts. Furthermore, the results of the practicality test showed that this media is very easy to use, with a score of 93% from teachers and a score of 95% from students. Therefore, the Canva application is considered appropriate and practical for increasing student interest and understanding in plant propagation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited use of interactive digital teaching materials in social studies learning which is still dominated by printed textbooks and lecture methods. This research aims to develop an Interactive E-Module with an in-depth learning approach to social studies subjects in grade IV elementary school material on changes in the form of objects in Cluster III of Buleleng District. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects in this study include instrument experts, media experts, material experts, linguists, teachers, and grade IV elementary school students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The results of the study showed that the Interactive E-Module developed obtained a very high level of validity with a media expert validity score of 0.98, a validity score of 0.93, and a linguist validity score of 0.96. These results show that the Interactive E-Module with an in-depth learning approach is suitable for use as a learning medium for science science class IV elementary school on material on the material of changing the shape of objects.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop interactive multimedia assisted by Edpuzzle for fourth-grade elementary school students in the IPAS subject on the topic "Daerahku Kaya Sumber Daya", as well as to determine its validity and practicality. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The subjects involved material experts, media experts, language experts, teachers, and fourth-grade students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results showed that the developed multimedia achieved a very high level of validity. The material expert validation score reached 0.98, media expert validation reached 0.93, and language expert validation reached 0.98. Furthermore, the practicality test results showed a score of 92% from teachers and 92.84% from students, both categorized as very practical. Therefore, the Edpuzzle-assisted interactive multimedia is considered valid and highly practical for use in elementary school IPAS learning.
