At-Tarbawi: Academic Journal on Islamic Education Studies by Islamic Education and Teacher Training Faculty, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia This is an academic journal on Islamic Education Studies published twice a year. Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of intensity of internet use as a provider of online literature and the level of plagiarism committed by students. In addition, the significance of the influence of the intensity of internet use as a provider of online literature on the level of student plagiarism is also seen here. The population in this study was all students of the Department of Islamic Religious Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Alauddin Makassar, for the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 312 people. Using stratified random sampling, 31 people were selected as the sample. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of this study indicate that first, the measure of the intensity level of internet use as a provider of online literature is included in the moderate qualification, namely the average (mean) of 32.65. Second, the measure of the level of plagiarism among students of the Department of Islamic Religious Education, the Faculty of Tarbiyah, and Teacher Training is included in the moderate qualification, namely the average (mean) of 38.39. Therefore, this article concludes that there is a significant influence between the intensity of internet use as a provider of online literature and the level of plagiarism.

Abstract

Since the era of President Sukarno, citizenship education has been taught precisely from around 1901 to 1970, but in the learning process, students still find some obstacles. This study aims to determine the implementation of citizenship education learning in strengthening students' character—qualitative field research method with a descriptive approach. The research was conducted at Integrated Islamic Primary School Salsabila Banguntapan Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentation. The validity of the data is obtained by triangulation. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman's theory are with stages of data reduction, display and conclusion drawing. The research results are 1) education learning planning is made in the syllabus and character education learning plan. 2) In the learning process, the teacher applies and uses various methods and learning resources and integrates them into characterful activities. 3) evaluation is done by the teacher through assessment, although not optimal.

Abstract

Public interest in sending their children to an educational institution, one of which is determined by the quality of the educational institution. One of these qualities can be seen from the accreditation obtained. This study aims to determine the public's response to the A accreditation obtained by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Ma'arif NU 01 Cilopadang, Majenang District, Cilacap Regency in 2018. This educational institution has received an A accreditation since 2015. The study uses a descriptive-qualitative method, and included in field research or field research. In obtaining the data, the instruments that the researcher uses are interviews, observations, and studies of related documents. The analysis is done by reducing the data, displaying the data, and drawing conclusions. In clarifying the validity of the data, the researchers carried out an extension of participation, and triangulation of sources and methods. From the research conducted, it can be seen that the level of public knowledge of the quality of accreditation of MI Ma'arif NU 1 Cilopadang is high with an average of 98.43% of respondents knowing well the quality of accreditation. The attitude of the community towards the quality of MI Ma'arif NU 1 Cilopadang Majenang accreditation is high, based on the instrument in the context of this attitude, the average result is 94.56%. the quality of accreditation has a very high significant impact where the results obtained are 89.64% of the public are interested in choosing MI Ma'arif NU 1 Cilopadang based on the results of the accreditation obtained.

Abstract

This study explains about Community Participation in Assisting Islamic Religious Education Learning Activities at Home During the Covid-19 Pandemic for Elementary School Children Case Study in Puspo Hamlet, Pateken Wonoboyo Temanggung. This research uses descriptive qualitative method and phenomenological approach. The results showed that the role of the Puspo community included voluntarily helping children learn through the implementation of non-formal education, namely organizing study groups for children, participating in educating children through TPA/TPQ educational institutions, and playing a role in providing facilities and infrastructure for support learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to find a solution to the problems of implementing the emergency curriculum model in SD/MI, especially in mathematics during the covid 19 pandemic. This research was motivated by the various obstacles experienced by educators and students in the teaching and learning process that applied the emergency curriculum model. in school at the elementary level. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, with interview techniques to classroom teachers in SD/MI. Researchers conducted interviews with four teachers who teach at different schools and come from various regions both from Java and outside Java, namely at MIN 1 Murung Raya, Central Kalimantan, MIN 1 North Lampung, SD NU Sleman, and teachers at MI Private Darul Huda Ngaglik Sleman. Given the conditions that made it impossible for researchers to meet with resource persons from various regions, researchers collected data by telephone or sending private messages via Whatsapp and voice notes so that all the data needed in this research process was obtained. The results of this study are found various obstacles as well as alternative solutions that will be given in overcoming the implementation of the emergency curriculum in the hope that it can be used as a reference for readers when facing the same obstacles as written in this article.

Abstract

The focus of study was Islamic schools which tries to adopt integration between religious knowledge and other sciences in their education system. Tthis study aims to find out how the integration of knowledge is implemented in the Nabila Islamic school in Batam, which in this case was selected as a sample in order to provide introductory data to examine the population of Islamic schools in Batam as a whole. The problems in this study were examined using a qualitative approach. From the data analysis, several findings can be identified as follows. Integration is implemented with a transdisciplinary method. The variants of the integration model at the Nabilah Islamic school are two of the eight other model variants, namely appreciation of various disciplines and coexistence.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning process at MTs AL Fatah Temboro at MTs Al Fatah Temboro which combines pesantren education and formal education. This study aims to describe and analyze the learning integration model of the Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School Temboro which is located in Magetan. Using a qualitative approach, this study concludes that Al Fatah Islamic boarding school has an important role in improving formal education by combining pesantren education (diniyah) and formal education. This pesantren-based learning process has been carried out since the beginning of the Madrasah until now very well. The integration model used is to combine the curriculum and regulations of the Ministry of Religious affairs which combined with the pesantren curriculum. Al Fatah Islamic Boarding School Temboro modified the learning process along with its methods and strategies without leaving the rules set by the government and the Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

Ustaz is the most influential person in the process and quality of educational outcomes. Therefore, the role ofustaz is needed as someone who is able toinstilreligious values forstudents. One of the efforts of Tarbiyatul Athfal Islamic Boarding School by holding religious activities so that there is no moral decline. This study aims to determine the rolesof ustaz in instilling religious values, some religiousstudents activitiesthat are able to increase the religious value of students and teacher obstacles in instilling religious values. The researchuseddescriptive qualitativemethod. Data collection techniques usedparticipatory observation, in-depth interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique utilizeddata reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research showed that the role of the ustaz in instilling religious values through religious activities in students at the Tarbiyatul Athfal Islamic Boarding School is giving love to students like their own children, setting a good example, paying attention, advising, protecting their students, not expecting remuneration, and directing the students study solely because of Allah SWT with religious values that are instilled in students through religious activities, namely the value of worship, the spirit of jihad, morals, exemplary, sincerity.

Abstract

The background of this research was there were still islamic education students (PAI) whose thesis exams were postponed because their reading capability of the Qur'an is not good and there were gaps in theory and reality that students with high spiritual intelligence, their ability to read the Qur'an is not good enough. The purpose of this study was to determine the spiritual intelligence,the ability to read the Al-Qur'anandthe relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and the Ability to Read the Koran in the 2018 Islamic Education Study Program,Faculty of Education IAIN Surakarta. Theresearch used Proportionate Random Sampling technique. The test normality of spiritual intelligence using the Liliefors test, and hypothesis testing using the product moment correlation test. The results of this study showed that: The spiritual intelligence of PAI students of 2018 FIT IAIN Surakarta was categorized as high; The ability to read the Al-Qur'an students of the PAI class 2018 FIT IAIN Surakarta is categorized as high; The results of hypothesis testing obtained r count (0.0307671) <r table (0.1697) at the 5% significance level. This means that there is no relationship between spiritual intelligence and the ability to read the Koran in the 2018 Islamic Education Study Program.

Abstract

In the 2013 curriculum, character education is integrated into the subject book by including it in Core Competencies (KI) 1 and 2, religious attitudes and social attitudes. The textbook of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) is one of the books mandated to contain these competencies. Through the stories of the life journey of Rasullulah and his friends, as well as figures who colored the development of the Islamic world, it is hoped that students can take worship and can emulate the attitudes and characteristics of Rasullulah. The purpose of this study was to describe the values of character education in Islamic Culture History Subject Texbooks for class X Madrasah Aliyah odd Semesters. This study uses literature research with a descriptive approach. The values of character education contained in the textbook of Islamic Cultural History class X MA in the odd semester include religious values, nationalist values, independence values, integrity values, and mutual cooperation values
