Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Dinamika Indonusa Prima. Penelitian ini menggunkana pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 151 karyawan dan penentuan sampel menggunakan perhitungan dengan teknik slovin sehingga jumlah sampel 60 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan melalui observasi awal, kuesioner, dan kepustakaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis kuantitatif analisis regresi linier sederhana juga berganda, , uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (uji f dan uji t) . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan hasil t-hitung 5,764 > t-tabel 2,002 atau nilai Sig 0,00 < 0,05, secara parsial lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan hasil t-hitung 2,580 > t-tabel 2,002 atau nilai Sig 0,01 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan hasil Fhitung 55,544 > Ftabel 3,16 atau nilai Sig 0,00 < 0,05. Persamaan regresi diperoleh persamaan Y = 6,219 + 0,618 X1 + 0,235 X2 + e. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,661 artinya komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh 66,1% terhadap produktivitas kerja sisanya 33,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Dinamika Indonusa Prima.Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

This research was conducted on Conventional Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 Period. The study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios, and bank size on non-performing loans in conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The data collection method uses purposive sampling. Based on the criteria set, 35 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the website of each company. The measuring tool of this study uses Eviews 9. The analysis method used is panel data regression. Based on the results of the study: There is no effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio on Non-Performing Loans. There is no effect of Capital Adequancy Ratio on Non-Performing Loans. There is a positive effect of Operating Costs on Operating Income on Non-Performing Loans. There is no influence of Bank Size on Non-Performing Loans. This research is expected to benefit accounting in the implementation of financial management accounting learning. This research is also expected to contribute in the form of understanding for business actors in making investment decisions in the banking sector.

Abstract

 Financial distress is a situation that leaders and owners of firms want to evade, as it is a precursor to insolvency. This study employed financial ratio data and S-Score values to analyze the financial state of PT.Waskita Karya Tbk from 2019 to 2023. The data demonstrate a notable deterioration in the company's performance throughout that timeframe, with financial challenges commencing in 2019 and intensifying until 2023. The escalating likelihood of bankruptcy is linked to a decline in financial parameters such as efficiency, leverage, liquidity, and profitability, as well as a reduced S-Score. Suggested actions including reassessing the financial strategy, adopting improved debt control measures, formulating a plan for financial recuperation, partnering with financial specialists, and strengthening financial supervision and performance tracking, then merger and acquition with other Stated Owned  Enterprises with  excellent financial performance such as PT. Hutama Karya could an alternative salvation strategy . By applying these suggestions, organizations are anticipated to enhance their financial situation and mitigate the likelihood of bankruptcy in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance moderated by significant or insignificant organizational commitment. The population in this study amounted to 90 respondents and those taken or sampled were still 90 respondents. The sampling technique used is the Probability Sampling technique. The respondents sampled in this study were employees of the Pyhlon Injection Department of PT Pratama Abadi Industri. The method used in this study is quantitative method and data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The results showed that the moderating role of organizational commitment to work motivation on employee performance, with determination of 47.5% and the remaining 52.5% influenced by other factors. The results of this research analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on employee performance and there is a positive and significant influence on Work Motivation moderated by Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Human Resource is an essential element in the an organisation. To accomplish organisational objectives, optimal human resource management is required in order create a balance between organisational and employee needs. The existence of this balanced condition is a key factor in driving organisational growth. This study examines the relationship between work discipline, motivation and employee performance. This research aims to determine the extent to which a high level of work discipline can encourage motivation, which ultimately leads to increased employee performance. The results are hoped to inform the development of work discipline practices policies for boosting employee performance through effective discipline and motivation management in the government sector. This study's novelty lies in its focus on a specific government office and the mediating role of motivation, an understudied area in related research. Employing a quantitative approach, the study analyzed data from all 45 employees at the Grujugan Bondowoso District Office using a census and SEM-PLS 4.0 software. This study shows that 1) Work discipline has a significant impact on employee performances in the sub-district office of grujugan bondowoso, 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect effect on motivation in the sub-district office of grujugan bondowoso, 3) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance in the sub-district office of grujugan bondowoso, 4) work discipline on employee performance via mediation motivations has a positive and significant effects in the sub-district office of grujugan bondowoso.

Abstract

This research fills the knowledge gap regarding the use of Fishbone Diagrams to analyze the quality of tempe products in Bondowoso Regency, which has not been widely applied before. Most previous research tends to separate production factors, such as production processes or production machines, but this research combines all these factors in one analytical framework. The type of research used is quantitative with the object of 100 tempeh industries in Bondowoso, using questionnaires and observations for primary data collection. The novelty of the research lies in the application of the Fishbone Diagram in the context of the Bondowoso tempe industry. The practical implication is to provide recommendations for tempe industry players to improve product quality through improving production processes, using appropriate machines, selecting quality raw materials, as well as improving workforce skills and relationships with suppliers. These steps are expected to improve the quality of tempeh, expand the market, and strengthen the position of the local tempeh industry.

Abstract

This research determine how much influence compensation, work environment organizational culture have performance PT employees. Yamaha Thamrin Brothers Lebong. research sample 20 respondents were employees at PT. Yamaha Thamrin Brothers Lebong, research multiple linear regression analysis methods collecting data questionnaires Likert determination scales, t tests and F tests. Results data processing linear regression calculations Y = 1,002 = 0.652X1 + 0.583X2 + 1.052X3 + e . R Square Multiple Determination Coefficient is 0.964, means 96.4%. From the results t test, the calculated t value for the compensation variable (X1) is 2.901 with α = 0.010 < α = 0.05, this means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the compensation variable influence on employee performance (Y). The calculated t value organizational culture variable (X2) is 2.558 with α = 0.021 < α = 0.05, this means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, organizational culture variable influence on employee performance (Y). The calculated t value for the work environment variable (X2) is 16.479 with α = 0.001 < α = 0.05, this means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the work environment variable has an influence on employee performance (Y). From the results F test, the calculated F is 196.693 with α = 0.001 < α = 0.005, this means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Overall, is an influence compensation, work environment and organizational culture on the performance of PT employees. Yamaha Thamrin Brothers Lebong.

Abstract

Analysis of financial ratios on the financial performance of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk for the 2021-2022 period, with a focus on the importance of financial management in achieving maximum profits. The method used is quantitative descriptive with secondary data taken from financial reports accessed through the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The analysis results show that the bank's liquidity ratio is very good, with a Current Ratio (CR) above 200% in 2021 (465.51%) and 2022 (509.05%), which indicates the ability to meet short-term obligations. However, the solvency ratio shows a poor condition, with the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) above 100% (616.29% in 2021 and 577.52% in 2022), indicating a high debt burden compared to own capital. In addition, the profitability ratio, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA), is below the standard 5% (1.3% in 2021 and 1.7% in 2022), indicating an inability to generate profits from the assets owned. This research suggests that banks optimize assets, reduce debt, and increase the efficiency of management costs to improve financial performance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of raw material inventory, raw material quality, and production process on product quality in the roof tile industry in Sabrang Village, Ambulu District, Jember Regency. Unlike previous studies that used small samples and focused on large companies, this study used a sample of 80 craftsmen in the rural industry, selected using saturated sampling techniques. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the three factors significantly affect product quality. This study has a novelty by focusing on the rural roof tile industry and integrating three main variables in the analysis of product quality. The implications of this study provide practical guidance for craftsmen to manage raw materials and production processes to improve product quality, as well as support the policy of developing the roof tile industry through training and coaching. Theoretically, this study contributes to the development of product quality management theory in small industries and opens up opportunities for further research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of customer satisfaction, switching barriers and customer trust on customer retention at the Herdacake bakery, Puger district, Jemeber. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research. The analytical method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, the population in this research is the customers of the Herdacake bakery. The sample used was 160 respondents. The results of this research show that this conclusion is proven (1) the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on customer retention. With a t count of 9.378 and a significance level of 0.00. (2) the switching barrier variable has a positive and significant effect on customer retention. With a t count of 2.833 and a significance level of 0.00. (3) the customer trust variable has a positive and significant effect on customer retention. With a t count of 3.915 and a significance level of 0.03. The variables Customer Satisfaction, Switching Barriers, and Customer Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer retention in herdacake bakery.
