Abstract

Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Jember Regency is one of the public financial institutions that functions to manage the finances and regional assets of Jember Regency, for this function, it requires high effectiveness and productivity from each employee involved. However, in reality there are still several problems related to employee performance at BPKAD Jember Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, leadership style and work environment on employee performance at BPKAD Jember Regency. This research method uses quantitative with data collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees with Civil Servant status at BPKAD Jember Regency consisting of 38 people who were used as research samples based on saturated sampling techniques. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that motivation, leadership style and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap manajemen laba pada perusahaan LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan melalui teknik studi kepustakaan berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2020 – 2022. Pemilihan teknik model estimasi data panel menggunakan uji chow, uji hausman dan uji lagrange multiplier. Penelitian ini juga melakukan uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen laba, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,0192, dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari < 0,05. Leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap manajemen laba, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,1254, dimana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari   > 0,05. Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,2961, dimana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari > 0,05.

Abstract

Technological advances have had a positive impact on society, for example making interaction easier, sharing information and making it easier for people to fulfill various needs in their lives. The company that is taking advantage of this opportunity is Shopee, through the ShopeeFood service feature in its application, users can order food which will later be delivered by a courier. This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality, Brand Image, and Price on ShoppeFood Consumer Satisfaction in Jember. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all ShoppeFood users in Jember using the Ferdinand formula sampling technique. The data source in this research uses primary data, namely questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, f test, and determination test which were carried out computationally using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that Service Quality, Brand Image, and Price have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of ShoppeFood users in Jember.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of compensation and work discipline on employee performance, compensation on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance at PT Mitra Bangun Cemerlang, Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative, using a Likert scale measuring instrument, with a non- probability sampling technique (sampling is saturated,that is when the number i added, it will not increase the representation so it will not affect the value of the information that has been obtained, as many as 85 employees). The data collection method uses a questionnaire through the Google form. The proposed hypothesis was statistically tested using the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The results showed that compensation had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance because the original sample value was 0.149 and P Values 0.314, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance because the original sample value was 0.710 and P Values 0.000. Together the compensation and work discipline variables have a moderate effect with an R-Square value of 0.688 or 68.8%.

Abstract

This research aims to find and analyze the influence of marketing mix, e-trust and lifestyle on purchasing decisions via the Bukalapak Application among Unmuh Jember Students. From the results of the initial survey data, it was found that Bukalapak users who experienced a decline were not only the general public but also students at the Muhammadiyah University of Jember. This decline was caused by several factors including the influence of the marketing mix, level of trust and suitability. This research involved students who had used the Bukalapak application to make purchases. This research used the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method with 100 respondents. From this research, results were obtained which showed that partially marketing mix, e-trust and lifestyle had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions via the Bukalapak Application among Muhammadiyah University Jember students.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMemiliki keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan adalah aspek krusial dalam meraih keberhasilan dalam dunia bisnis. Tanpa keunggulan tersebut, sebuah perusahaan akan menghadapi kesulitan dalam membedakan dirinya dari pesaingnya dan berpotensi mengalami kemunduran. Faktor-faktor seperti kepemimpinan strategis dan keberhasilan dalam berinovasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan mencapai keunggulan tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak dari kepemimpinan strategis dan inovasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing perusahaan, dengan mengembangkan sebuah model konseptual yang nantinya akan diuji secara empiris dalam penelitian lanjutan. Melalui telaah literatur dan analisis terhadap penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang telah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal-jurnal nasional maupun internasional yang terindeks dalam Google Scholar dan Scopus, penulis menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dalam merumuskan hipotesis-hipotesis yang relevan. Dari model hubungan yang diusulkan, terlihat bahwa baik kepemimpinan strategis maupun inovasi memiliki kontribusi yang penting dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing yang berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci : Strategic Leadership, Innovation ,  Competitive Advantage.   ABSTRACTHaving a sustainable competitive advantage is a crucial aspect in achieving success in the business world. Without these advantages, a company will face difficulty in differentiating itself from its competitors and potentially experience setbacks. Factors such as strategic leadership and success in innovation have a significant influence on the success of achieving this excellence. This research aims to explore the impact of strategic leadership and innovation on a company's competitive advantage, by developing a conceptual model which will later be tested empirically in further research. Through literature review and analysis of previous research that has been published in national and international journals indexed in Google Scholar and Scopus, the author uses qualitative methodology in formulating relevant hypotheses. Abstract

The report on educator and educator incentive data that is currently running at TK Permata Bangsa is still done manually, namely collecting files and making data recaps for submitting lists of incentive recipients both education and educators are still recorded and made using Microsoft Excel. The collection of files and documents is done separately, this causes delays because it takes a long time. Teachers as educators and educators sometimes forget and are busy preparing the requested files. The research conducted seeks to provide solutions in processing data on educational incentives and educators, an application system that can be accessed easily. The information system created in the form of a web-based application will assist the school in making data reports on educational incentives and educators. The result of this study is in the form of an application that can be accessed through a browser. The research methodology used in the preparation of this thesis is direct interviews, observations and literature studies while the system development stage uses the Waterfall method. To design this application, a structural design method is used, namely Unified Modelling Language (UML).

Abstract

TThe purpose of this study is to determine the influence of employee engagement and work-life balance on employee performance at BAZNAS Tangerang City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is 38 employees at BAZNAS Tangerang City with a sample of 38 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. Primary data collection was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 software. The results of the study showed that partially the employee engagement variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), this was shown by the ttable > tcount of 3.339 > 2.0280 and a significance value of 0.002. For the variable work life balance (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), this is shown by the tcount > ttable, namely 2.472 > 2.0280 and a significance value of 0.018. And simultaneously the variables employee engagement (X1) and work life balance (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), namely Fcal > Ftabel of 15.799 > 3.27 and a significance value of 0.000. With a determination coefficient of 47.4% and the remaining 52.6% is influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

As a developing country, Indonesia is a potential market. New businesses in the food and beverage industry emerged as a result of the Indonesian people's tendency to like fast food. The aim of this research is to identify the factors that influence PT's marketing performance. Cipta Aneka Selera, including digital marketing, product creativity and service quality. It is hoped that this research will be useful as a source of evaluation and information regarding the influence of digital marketing, product creativity and service quality on marketing performance. Therefore, it is hoped that this research will be useful in determining PT's marketing strategy. Create a variety of tastes more effectively. This research uses associative quantitative methods. In this research, the manager of PT. Cipta Aneka Selera throughout East Java was involved. A total of 87 people who answered were taken as a saturated sample. The research results show that digital marketing, product creativity and service quality have a positive and significant effect on PT's marketing performance. Create Various Tastes.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of product quality, price and digital marketing on purchasing decisions at Kristanable.id in Banyuwangi. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods with a sample size of 95 respondents and uses data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique for this research uses instrument testing, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression. The analysis results obtained show that product quality, price and digital marketing have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Kristanable.id in Banyuwangi, with an influence contribution level of 0.574, which means 57.4%.
