Abstract

The dense population in Medokan Ayu Village is enough to make the need for population identity services increase every day. Detected not only for the population identity of those aged 17 years and over, such as KTP, but also for those aged less than 17 years, namely the Child Identity Card (KIA), which is no less important as a guide in protecting children. With this, ownership goals (KIA), especially in Medokan Ayu Village, are included in the category of not yet optimal and uneven. As a result of parents' lack of insight and understanding regarding the manufacture of (KIA), it can be ascertained that this is one of the causes of unequal distribution of ownership (KIA) to the maximum. The solution is to use a method with several stages as follows 1.) Identifying ownership (KIA) 2.) Assistance with management services (KIA) 3.) Distribution of printed Child Identity Cards (KIA). With this, it is hoped that the assistance efforts that we are organizing can help in increasing ownership (KIA), especially in Medokan Ayu Village. Because as more and more people have (KIA), children under 17 years of age can have their rights fulfilled. It can be concluded that the awareness of the Medokan Ayu Village community regarding ownership of population administration documents is quite orderly, however, in terms of the implementation of applications for population administration documents, especially Child Identity Cards (KIA), it can still be said to be lacking.

Abstract

Stunting in children and toddlers is an urgent health issue in the city of Surabaya, Indonesia. This research aims to develop effective decision-making strategies in tackling stunting in the city. Through a risk factor analysis approach, evaluation of local needs, and cross-sector collaboration, a holistic and sustainable intervention strategy can be formulated. This study highlights the importance of active community involvement, including the role of mothers and families, as well as support from local governments and health institutions. Regular evaluation of program implementation and monitoring of its impact are also the main focus. Surabaya has allocated a special budget, formed a Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team, and designed an integrated recording system. Even though the food supplement program is supported by the pregnant women class, there are still obstacles such as managing a large population and low food availability. The Fishbone model is used to analyze children's nutritional needs and the factors that cause stunting. It is hoped that the results will provide practical guidance for decision makers and stakeholders in designing and implementing effective stunting prevention programs, with the ultimate aim of improving the health and welfare of children in the city of Surabaya.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the suboptimal strategies of the Ciamis Regency Manpower Office in enhancing the competence and access to training for prospective workers in Ciamis Regency. The main issues include a lack of comprehensive efforts, incomplete and outdated data on labor market needs, and budget constraints. The aim of this research is to examine the efforts of the Manpower Office in improving the competence and training access for prospective workers in Ciamis Regency. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that out of the three strategy dimensions (formulation, implementation, evaluation), two are not yet fully effective. In the formulation dimension, there is a need to improve training accessibility for residents in remote or underdeveloped areas. The implementation of training strategies is still too general and lacks specificity, requiring diversification to cover various relevant industry sectors. Evaluation is conducted through regular internal meetings to monitor effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. Efforts made include competency-based training that covers the development of soft skills and personal attributes of prospective workers, as well as guiding participants to become entrepreneurs with small initial capital. This research utilizes Sedarmayanti's grand theory of strategic management, which includes Strategy Formulation, Implementation, and Evaluation.
