Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the Slawe application as an E-KTP service tool synchronizes notifications and what causes notifications to be out of sync with E-KTP services in this application. The methods used are descriptive and qualitative, with purposive sampling techniques and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on research through aspects based on Law Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Service Systems (SPBE), responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, it is true that the Slawe application was not in sync with the E-KTP notification in July–December 2021. This is because the notifications on the application have not been updated. Meanwhile, in January–March 2022, the results showed that the Slawe application was in sync with its notifications and direct services at the Bengkulu City Dukcapil in terms of taking E-KTPs independently from January to March 2022. The suggestion from the researchers was that the Bengkulu City Population and Civil Registration Service needed to update notifications in the Slawe application according to the existing reality. The Bengkulu City Population and Civil Registration Service is carrying out repairs and maintenance on their Slawe website; this needs to be done on holidays or outside working hours. This is because many people feel disadvantaged if repairs or maintenance to the Slawe website are carried out on weekdays

Abstract

Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 68 of 2022 concerning the revitalization of vocational education and training explains the importance of providing effective training so as to produce graduates who are competent and needed by the job market and able to become entrepreneurs. BLK Komunitas Ansharullah is one of the training institutions that organizes information technology vocational job training programs in Kampa District. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the work program of BLK Komunitas Ponpes Ansharullah and the obstacles faced in the work program of BLK Komunitas Ponpes Ansharullah. The theory used by the research is the CIPP evaluation model developed by Daniel Loyer Stufflebeam 1985 there are 4 evaluations, namely context, input, process and Product. The novelty of this research adds evaluation aspects, namely Outcome and Benefit. This study used qualitative descriptive research methods, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the evaluation of the BLK work program of the Ponpes Ansharullah Community in Kampa District can be continued but still needs improvement related to the preparation of work program mechanisms, funding sources, organizer performance and development efforts to increase the impact of training to produce competent and professional quality and quantity. The obstacles faced are the ineffective performance of the organizers, the source of funding for training programs is not clear and there is no innovation and work program development strategies related to training activities.

Abstract

Transportation is a very important means. Realizing the role of transportation, therefore traffic and road transportation must be organized to create orderly traffic and transportation services, including by controlling overloaded goods cars. In order to create traffic order, Siak Regency Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2019 concerning Supervision of Overloading of Goods Transport was issued, which is carried out by the Siak Regency DISHUB and the Police. The purpose of this research is to first find out and analyze the evaluation of Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2019 concerning Overloading of Goods Transport in Siak Regency. The second is to find out and analyze the impact of the Goods Transport Overloading violation in Buantan Besar Village. The theory used is William N. Dunn's theory using 6 indicators, namely: Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. This research uses a type of qualitative research that is descriptive analysis. Using interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The results of this study found that the implementation of regional regulations handled by the Siak Regency Transportation Service was quite satisfactory or good enough even though there were still some deficiencies in it, such as limited facilities and infrastructure, budget, human resources and time to carry out supervision. So improvements are still needed in implementing this regional regulation. So that the process of implementing the Evaluation of Regional Regulation of Siak Regency Number 8 of 2019 Concerning Supervision of Excess Cargo Goods can run optimally and optimally, various factors and needs must always be improved to achieve the goals of these regulations.

Abstract

Village development is a priority in national development, so what can be done in village development is to find the root of the problems that have been experienced by village communities. To achieve national development goals, the village is the leading government agency that can reach target groups who wish to prosper, in an effort to improve people's welfare, namely by forming a business entity, namely the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) which is a business institution whose goal is to help economic enterprises. villages so that they can add PADes. This study aims to determine the Management of Geringging Joint Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Sungai Geringging Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar District, and to determine the factors that hinder the Geringging Joint BUMDes Management, Sungai Geringging Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar District. The theory used in this research is management theory by George R. Terry. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the management of the Geringging Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Sungai Geringging Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency, has not run optimally yet. Then the factor that becomes an obstacle to the management of BUMDes Geringging with the village of Sungai Geringging is the lack of human resources.

Abstract

Rehabilitation is one of the government's efforts to deal with addicts and victims of narcotics abuse. This has been regulated in Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. The West Kalimantan Provincial National Narcotics Agency (BNNP) is the leading sector in handling drugs in West Kalimantan which has a program and also runs inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs for victims of drug abuse. In implementing the inpatient program there are obstacles. These obstacles include the lack of human resources (HR) and the lack of infrastructure or free inpatient care. The aim of this research is to find out how the inpatient rehabilitation program for drug abuse victims is implemented in West Kalimantan province, as well as to describe the factors that influence the implementation of the inpatient rehabilitation program for drug abuse victims in West Kalimantan province. The main assumption of this research is that there are several factors that influence the implementation of the inpatient rehabilitation program for drug abuse victims in West Kalimantan province, referring to George C. Edward III's theory, namely 1) communication factors; 2) resource factors; 3) disposition factors; and organizational structure factors. This research was analyzed using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The research results were obtained by observing and interviewing all key informants and supporting informants as well as using documentation techniques and literature study.

Abstract

Program Effectiveness is an assessment or measurement of the extent to which the activities in the programs that have been carried out can achieve the initial objectives of the program. The success of a program can be seen in the effectiveness of achieving the goals that have been previously planned by the related organizations. The Sustainable Food Yard Program (P2L) is an activity carried out by the Food Security Agency. This activity aims to realize diversification of food consumption to meet the nutritional needs of the community in accordance with local potential and wisdom in order to create a healthy, active and productive life and to know the inhibiting factors in its management. This study uses Sutrisno's theory in Nuraida which uses five indicators, namely, Program Understanding, On Target, On Time, Goals Achieved, and Real Change. The research method used in this study used descriptive qualitative methods and data collection techniques through primary and secondary data sources obtained through the process of observation or observation, interviews, and documentation by researchers and then analyzed. The results showed that the Sustainable Food Pekarangan (P2L) program had been carried out according to the plan, but there was a problem in terms of communication between Women Farmer Group members due to the large number of members so they had to be able to manage communication so that the Sustainable Food Yard program (P2L) could run smoothly. smoothly and has a positive impact.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate: 1) the impact of leadership, discipline, and work ethic on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Livestock Service of East Java Province, 2) the impact of leadership, discipline, and work ethic on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Livestock Service of East Java Province concurrently, and 3) the variables that most dominantly influence the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the East Java Province. The research findings show that: 1) Leadership partially influences performance; 2) Work Discipline has no effect on performance; 3) The coefficient of determination results show that 88.5% of employee performance variables can be explained by independent variables, namely Leadership (X1) and Work Discipline (X2), while the remaining 13.7% is explained by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Western Union is a global financial service company renowned for its money transfer services. With thousands of locations worldwide, including post offices and banks, Western Union enables individuals to send and receive money quickly and securely to nearly any country in the world. The main advantages of using Western Union include speed, convenience, and accessibility. In many cases, money transfers can be completed within minutes. Moreover, with the vast number of Western Union locations, the service is easily accessible to many people. However, it's crucial to be cautious of potential scams and always ensure that you're sending money to someone you know and trust. Additionally, the service fees of Western Union can be a consideration, depending on the amount of money sent and the destination country. Overall, Western Union is a solid choice for international money transfer needs, as long as it's used wisely and cautiously. This research shows that this lesser-known service can keep up with global transformation mobilization, introducing and fostering cooperation on service modernization. Using the literature study research method, this can include a study on overseas money transfer services.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious chronic nutrition problem in Indonesia, including in the Riau Islands Province. Stunting occurs when a child's growth is stunted and their height is shorter than the standard for their age. This problem can negatively impact a child's physical, cognitive, and social development, and potentially affect productivity and learning abilities in the future. The Riau Islands have unique geographical characteristics with many small islands scattered around the region. This can cause limited access to adequate health and nutrition services, especially on remote islands. In addition, economic factors, low education, and poor sanitation can also be causes of stunting in this area. To improve the quality of life of children in the region, stunting prevention must be a main focus. In the stunting prevention journal, it is important to identify risk factors that contribute to stunting in the Riau Islands, such as unbalanced eating patterns, low access to health and nutrition services, and low public knowledge about the importance of good nutrition.

Abstract

This research examines the perceptions of street vendors in Laman Boenda Tanjungpinang City as stated in the Tanjung Pinang City Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2018 regarding public order. The existence of street vendors in Laman Boenda, Tanjungpinang City is considered to be the cause of traffic jams and destroying the beauty of the city. The aim of this research is to describe how street vendors responded after the government policy regarding public order regarding street vendors. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses literature study techniques which refer to various other sources of information, such as journals, books and other literature reviews. The results of this research show that the response of street vendors to government policy in Laman Boenda, Tanjungpinang City is that there is hidden resistance and covert resistance. The form of hidden resistance that is carried out is that they continue to sell and pay dowries for sales stalls. Meanwhile, the form of open resistance is refusing relocation and holding demonstrations.
