Abstract

Wedding are cherished moments in the lives of couples. However, the complexity of wedding planning often poses challenges in arranging event schedules. To address this issue, this study aims to implement the Round Robin method for scheduling in a web-based Wedding Organizer. The Round Robin method is a scheduling algorithm that evenly allocates time for various necessary activities. In the context of a web-based Wedding Organizer, its implementation can optimize wedding activity scheduling by considering available time slots and avoiding scheduling conflicts among vendors. This research involves the development of a web-based application that employs the Round Robin method to organize the schedules of various vendors involved in weddings. The application offers convenience to couples-to-be and Wedding Organizers in viewing, organizing, and utilizing resources more effectively. With the application of the Round Robin method, it is anticipated that the operational efficiency of Wedding Organizers will improve, schedule conflicts will be mitigated, and the allocation of limited resources can be maximized. This study contributes to the advancement of a web-based Wedding Organizer scheduling.

Abstract

This research explores the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a decision-making tool for evaluating Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) service performance. The study aims to demonstrate the effectiveness and usefulness of AHP in navigating complex decision-making processes. The AHP approach was employed to analyze collected data and assign priority levels and weights to various criteria, including health promotion, environmental health, maternal and child health (including family planning), nutrition improvement, disease prevention, treatment initiatives, and health development efforts. The system encompasses various data processing stages – from user and criteria data to value categories, sub-criteria, alternatives, and assessments. Ultimately, the system generated output in the form of ranking reports and visually presented final results. Among the Puskesmas services assessed, Puskesmas Tanjung emerged as the top performer, scoring a final value of 0.743389.

Abstract

This study aims to use Google Data Studio to produce an academic data visualization dashboard system to display information, which can manage academic data, namely teacher attendance data and student grades, to provide decision-making support for decision makers in the monitoring process and evaluate school internal processes and monitor student grades at SMPN 8 Pariaman School. The type of research used is the R&D (Research and Development) approach SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) method with a prototype model. The stages carried out are communication, planning, modeling, construction and handover (handover). The system testing method studied uses questionnaire guidelines for functional testing to test system functionality to verifiers and usability testing to test system usability and suitability of functions and services to users. Based on the results of the validator functional test study, the results of meeting the functional requirements with both a value of 1 and 89% of the feasibility value of the system usability test are classified as very feasible. Therefore, it can be concluded that the academic data visualization dashboard system using Google Data Studio meets the requirements and is very suitable as a support for SMPN 8 Pariaman School in processing academic data on teacher attendance and student grades.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of profit persistence, business risk, and the form of capital on the earning return coefficient. This research attempted to quote inferior information from the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2014-2020 period. The population in this research is the industrial zone listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange throughout the 2016-2020 period. The research population is 56 industries. The sample collection method used was purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 40 industries. The analysis used in this research uses multiple linear regression using SPSS. The research results prove that profit persistence and business risk have no effect on ERC, on the contrary, DER has an effect on ERC. The GCG variable weakens the relationship between profit persistence and business risk on ERC, but GCG strengthens the influence of DER on ERC.

Abstract

In the process of cooking dodol dough requires the power of several people to continuously stir until the dough releases air bubbles. the process of making dodol generally takes time depending on how much dough you want to cook. If you want to cook 10 kg of dodol dough, then the time needed to cook it is approximately 8-10 hours with normal or medium heat. Currently, the household-scale dodol industry still uses the manual method for the dodol mixing process, which will require energy. more than one person to stir for a long time so that it will take time for one repetitive job and the production costs will be higher. With this tool, it is hoped that the household-scale dodol industry will become more efficient, because there is no need to manually stir and can do another work while the dodol dough is being stirred.

Abstract

This study explored the assessment of students' critical thinking skills in programming courses by considering individual cognitive styles. We apply the inquiry collaborative-based V-Lab model as a learning approach, allowing students to participate in virtual experiments and interactive simulations. This approach is applied to a programming class, taking into account the student's cognitive style as the determining factor. We use measurement methods that include solution analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking of students. The results showed that the V-Lab model based on collaborative inquiry was effective in improving students' critical thinking skills, with variations in its effect depending on the individual's cognitive style. The implications of these findings are presented for the development of more adaptive and effective learning approaches in programming courses, as well as for further research into the interaction between cognitive styles and technology-based learning.
