The Test of English for International Communication or abbreviated as TOEIC is an English test for international communication. The purpose of this TOEIC training activity is to improve students' English skills in preparation for the world of work. The participants of this training activity were 15 students of SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo class XII majoring in TAV 1. Participants who follow are limited in number because conditions are still in a pandemic situation. So that face-to-face activities must be limited and still adhere to health protocols. The training activities were held in 2 meetings. The first meeting was filled with introduction to TOEIC material and practice questions, for the second meeting filled with ability tests (TOEIC). The activity went smoothly and students participated in the activity enthusiastically. Based on the results of student tests, the results showed that the highest TOEIC score was 455 and the lowest score was 375. The average score of the 15 samples was 421 with 12 students scoring above the minimum limit in general and 3 students still below the minimum limit. The minimum limit for the TOEIC score in general is 405. Students can be even more enthusiastic about learning English in order to improve their English skills in dealing with the world of work.

At this time, children have been so much influenced by the glamorous life that they forget about religious lessons. There are also those who have received religious lessons at school but find it difficult to practice because of the lack of parental assistance. This is because parents are busy working. This assistance aims to overcome religious problems in the village of Kureksari Waru Sidoarjo. The activities carried out at TPQ Al Ittihad Kureksari Waru Sidoarjo were carried out in three stages. In the first stage, observations were made on the target of the activity program to determine the method of assistance according to the conditions and situation of the target. In addition, coordination with the head of the Education Park is also carried out for licensing issues as well as preparing various things related to activities. In the second stage, namely the implementation stage, assistance in building spiritual intelligence on the target. At the last stage, evaluation and follow-up activities are carried out in the form of consultation or follow-up guidance for children who want to deepen their spiritual intelligence. Mentoring is done by collaborating on how to build spiritual intelligence with the material of Akidah, Fiqh, Akhlaq, and Islamic History. Evaluation to see the children's consistency in practicing the material in everyday life is done by providing an activity control book that must be filled out every day by the children.

The purpose of this community service is to find out the implementation of the Teacher Learning Circle (TLC) in solving organizational problems in the Tlanakan Branch of Pamekasan Regency. Teacher Learning Circle (TLC) is a discussion forum for PGRI members at the Branch and Sub-District Levels. The method used is a focused group discussion for six meetings which begins with presentations from competent sources on the chosen topic. This activity was held at the PKG Hall, Korwilbidikbudcam, Tlanakan, Pamekasan Regency, Jl. Raya Panglegur KM 4 Tlanakan Pamekasan in November 2021. The results of this community service were in the form of recommendations related to selected topics, namely organization, employment, and the profession. The resulting recommendations were then submitted to the relevant parties who are competent in solving the problems encountered.

This activity aims to disseminate information about the importance of implementing 3M during the COVID-19 pandemic, distribute masks and hand sanitizer. Covid-19 pandemic is not over yet. But community activities began to be carried out again in the new normal. Many people have disobeyed health protocols. This is one of the reasons for the need to re-socialize the importance of health protocols. This activity was held in several areas of Sidoarjo. The method in this activity is counseling. Abstract The age of 3-6 years is a sensitive period or sensitive period in children, namely a period where a certain function needs to be stimulated, directed so that its development is not hampered. The right stimulus in children during their growth period certainly has a very good impact on their development. At this stage the development of both cognitive, emotional, language, and sensory. In each of these developments, each development has an important role in each of its aspects. Fine motor development can be identified through drawing and cutting activities. The results of drawing in children with fine motor skills are able to draw simple pictures and are able to recognize colors. The problem for PAUD Mantriwirya children is the lack of fine motor development in children due to the lack of direct and visual activities. As a form of increasing children's creativity during their growth period, it is necessary to do various appropriate stimuli, finger painting is one way to hone children's fine motor skills and color recognition. The benefits that can be taken from efforts to improve children's fine motor skills through finger painting activities are for children who are involved as research subjects that have direct implications for changes and improve children's fine motor skills, To increase creativity and new ideas in creating an atmosphere and atmosphere. interest in children's learning, as a means to increase the form of activities in PAUD Mantriwirya. This activity is a form of service that aims to improve teacher skills in developing or preparing interactive and fun learning media for students by utilizing the Pear–Deck application. This activity is carried out so that teachers are able to carry out learning both online and offline but still make students enthusiastic about participating in learning in the current situation due to COVID-19. The activities carried out are in the form of training and mentoring on the use of the Pear–Deck, combined with power points that are used during synchronous online or offline learning. The stages of the activity are the delivery of material, questions and answers, practice of making, and practice in the classroom by the teacher. This activity has a positive impact, namely that the teacher's skills in making interactive media increase and the teacher is able to apply interactive learning assisted by the Pear–Deck well.

Creative and innovative learning media is one of the factors that affect the quality of education that needs to be developed along with the development of digital technology. In this regard, it is necessary to have learning media that can attract students' interest in learning so that the learning atmosphere is more comfortable and fun. In addition, the use of learning media in the teaching and learning process at the same time shows the teacher has made plans in carrying out teaching in the classroom. So that this service activity can provide an overview or additional information related to game-based learning media. The implementation of the service is carried out through three stages, namely: (1) the planning stage; (2) training stage; (3) evaluation of program sustainability. Based on the Community Service Activities carried out, it has succeeded in opening the insight of the teachers of SMP PGRI 1 Buduran Sidoarjo, especially regarding multimedia-based learning media in the form of interactive games. Based on the results of the program evaluation, the majority of teachers were very happy with the training activities carried out. These activities provide an overview and new knowledge related to learning media.

This Program aims is to overcome the problems of most parents, who have difficulty in assisting children when learning. One of it is they do not understand the type of their children’s intelligence. Forcing children to learn something that is not their interests indirectly will make they more difficult to understand what he learned. From the results of activities undertaken, it is known the average Durung Bedug residents do not know what is a multiple intelligence. They just assume that a smart child is a child who gets academic achievement in school. Therefore, many children are considered stupid by his parents just because they lack in math in his school. They do not realize that it could be that their children have other potential intelligences that are very likely to be developed. And through this activity has been obtained the commitment of citizens to pay more attention to the potential intelligence of their children and help develop it.

Gadget is a familiar technology for primary school-aged children. The use of gadgets in primary school-aged children makes them feel lazy and less interest to read. Reduced interest in reading in primary school-aged children affects the learning achievement in school. The purpose of this activity is to develop interest in reading in primary school-aged children as an effort to divert and reduce the use of gadgets in children. The method used is design assistance with Participatory Action Research, which includes a series of stages of participation, action and research. From various stages, parents are invited and taught to take an active role in assisting and stimulating reading interest in children. This stage is also filled with time agreement in using gadgets as well as reading a book with parental assistance. With the existence of several stages, parents and children look active and happy in carrying out activities development of reading interest in children. Children began to decrease in the use of gadgets as well as interest in reading improved.

National examination is a national-scale evaluation conducted by government as a measuring tool to know the successful of all elements in the education process. But the national examination is often a frightening thing for the students because the society still considers the national examination results as the only measuring tool in the successful of the students. Students also often feel anxious and worried in facing the national examination. The purpose of this activity is to optimize the preparation of students in facing the national examination through various activities in the execution of implementation and discussion of exercise questions (try out). The methods include socialization, implementation and evaluation. From the results obtained, it can be seen that students have a better level of readiness after several times doing exercise questions (try out). It shows that if students often practice doing exercise questions (try out), then students will have a better degree of readiness in facing the national examination.
