Abstract

Technological disruption in the Society 5.0 era has triggered a shift in religious authority to virtual spaces and created a significant gap within the conventional curriculum of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Study Program, which remains rigid and lacks technology integration. Employing a qualitative literature review approach with content analysis, this study elaborates on macro-policy reconstruction strategies for the PAI curriculum based on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and blended learning. This reconstruction integrates pure Islamic sciences (ulûm al-dîn) with data literacy, technology, and contemporary science without diminishing fundamental religious subjects. This transformative-digital curriculum reorients the philosophical direction of graduates, enabling them to adaptively serve as Islamic education content creators, cyber counselors, and pioneers of religious moderation in the digital sphere. The synergy between updating formal technological aspects and internalizing Islamic spiritual values (core values) serves as the primary key to producing PAI graduates who are competent, competitive, and highly principled in the global era.

Abstract

The rampant phenomenon of bullying at the elementary school level demands a preventive approach that touches children's spiritual and emotional roots. This study aims to analyze the process of internalizing social Islamic moral values (akhlak sosial), focusing on the concepts of Ukhuwah (brotherhood) and Tazkiyah (purification of the soul), as an instrument to mitigate bullying behavior at SDN 40 Kota Bengkulu. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with Islamic Education (PAI) teachers, the school principal, and students, as well as through field observations and documentation. The results indicate that the internalization process is carried out through three main stages: value transformation in the classroom, value transaction through interactive discussions, and trans-internalization through the habituation of the school's religious culture. The integration of the Ukhuwah concept successfully fosters empathy among students, while Tazkiyah trains students to control their egos and negative emotions. This study concludes that strengthening spiritual-based social morals is effective in preventively reducing both verbal and physical bullying

Abstract

Learning evaluation is an essential component of the educational process, including within the framework of Islamic education, which emphasizes the balanced assessment of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of learning evaluation in Indonesian language subjects from an Islamic educational perspective among Grade V students at SDN 16 Bengkulu City. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving Indonesian language teachers and students as research participants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings revealed that learning evaluation was conducted through both test and non-test assessments; however, test-based evaluation remained more dominant. Non-test assessments, particularly those related to language skills and character development, were not implemented and documented optimally. Several challenges were identified, including limited instructional time, inconsistency in non-test assessment practices, and remedial activities that primarily relied on retesting. From an Islamic educational perspective, these findings indicate that the evaluation process has not fully reflected a holistic assessment that integrates knowledge, skills, and character. Therefore, strengthening authentic assessment practices and improving the implementation of non-test evaluation are necessary to support more comprehensive student development.
