Abstract

This Community Service aims to determine the effect of changes in increasing buying and selling to meet customer satisfaction at the Taplau Helmet Shop. Changes are very influential in the productivity of buying and selling in this shop, especially changes in weather conditions, good productivity really determines customer satisfaction. Problems found when conducting research are: sales and purchases at this shop are uncertain, there are many competitors who have similar businesses. The solution to this problem is to increase sales both offline and online, set a wiser strategy, provide more varied prices than competitors. This article was prepared by observation, collecting data in interviews, and documentation. The research results show that customer satisfaction depends on the buying and selling productivity provided by the shop

Abstract

This Community Service aims to find out J&T Cargo efforts to make changes in the era of digital technology. Change is the change of situation from the old to the new. Change is a difference in circumstances from a certain phase to another phase. Changes made by J&T Cargo Padang in digital technology such as e-commerce platforms. for example shopee, lazada, olx, etc. with the development of this technology, it has made quite good changes by increasing the delivery of goods, as well as the payment system with mobile banking and QRIS barcodes, so that payments from both customers and J&T Cargo are easier and faster, there is a COD (Cash On) system Delivery) check first, and there is a new system, namely, a real time or recession system. This article was prepared by observation, collecting data in interviews, and documentation. The research results show that J&T Cargo Marapalam Padang adheres to the Emergent Change theory, which shows that J&T Cargo is able to make critical or sudden changes by having to adapt and this is a must considering current technological developments which provide quite large advantages and benefits.

Abstract

This article discusses the impact of change management on employee performance at Playground Silangkang, an entertainment venue undergoing significant transformation in its organizational structure and operational policies. Using both quantitative and qualitative approaches, this study aims to identify how the implemented changes affect employee motivation, productivity, and job satisfaction. Data was collected through interviews, surveys, and company document analysis, and analyzed using statistical methods along with change management theories. The findings indicate that effective change management can enhance employee performance, but it requires good communication strategies, adequate training, and supportive leadership. This study provides valuable insights for companies in designing and implementing changes that can support the achievement of organizational goals and improve employee performance in the future.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to find out the Change Management Strategy to Increase Customer Interest by Utilizing Technology at Café Greete Lubeg. Technology plays a crucial role in facing these challenges. The use of technology can not only improve operational efficiency, but also provide a better experience for customers. From online ordering systems, loyalty apps, to social media for promotions, the use of technology can create closer interactions between cafes and customers. Change management at Greete Café aims to ensure businesses are able to adapt to evolving market dynamics, technology, and customer needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how information technology and organizational change management can be used to support business sustainability in MSMEs in Padang City. To face today's business competition, the role of information technology and organizational change management is very important, because information technology functions as a manager of information available at that time. Change management provides a structured approach to assist individuals in an organization in transitioning from their current state to their desired state. Organizational change management is concerned with identifying groups and individuals who must change. Not only that, organizational change management requires the development of a specific plan to successfully implement change. The main purpose of change management is to prepare for a smooth and successful transition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis potensi lokal di Desa Ranugedang, Kabupaten Probolinggo, dalam upaya meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, studi ini mengungkap potensi signifikan desa dalam pengembangan UMKM, termasuk sumber daya alam yang melimpah, keahlian lokal dalam pengolahan makanan, serta budaya dan tradisi unik. Namun, beberapa tantangan utama juga teridentifikasi, seperti keterbatasan modal, kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi, dan strategi pemasaran yang belum optimal. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, tim peneliti menerapkan teknik Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan melibatkan pelaku UMKM, pemerintah desa, dan BUMDes dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan program aksi. Inisiatif yang dilakukan meliputi pelatihan pemasaran digital melalui e-commerce Shopee yang ditujukan kepada BUMDes sebagai pengelola, serta pendampingan dalam memperoleh legalitas usaha seperti PIRT dan NIB. Program aksi juga mencakup upaya perluasan akses pasar dengan membantu memasarkan produk UMKM ke pusat oleh-oleh ternama dan destinasi wisata populer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perubahan sosial yang positif, terlihat dari peningkatan kapasitas pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital, bertambahnya jumlah UMKM yang memiliki legalitas usaha, serta luasnya jangkauan pasar produk lokal. Kolaborasi antara mahasiswa, pemerintah desa, dan pelaku UMKM terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat ekosistem kewirausahaan lokal. Refleksi dari proses pemberdayaan ini menunjukkan bahwapendekatan yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan, dengan memadukan pengembangan kapasitas, fasilitasi akses pasar, dan dukungan kelembagaan, berpotensi mengubah UMKM di Desa Ranugedang menjadi motor penggerak ekonomi lokal yang tangguh dan berdaya saing global.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal in detail the innovation strategies carried out by Oppa Box UMKM in responding to changes in consumer preferences and increasing competition in the modern beverage industry. Through an in-depth case study approach, this study provides an in-depth analysis of the types of innovations implemented, the factors that drive and inhibit innovation, and the impact of innovation on organizational performance. In addition, this study also assesses the quality of oppa box information disseminated in online media using comprehensive content analysis techniques. The results of this study are expected to provide a significant empirical contribution to the development of the culinary UMKM innovation framework, especially in the context of the digital era which is characterized by rapid market dynamics and tight competition.

Abstract

The Amrizal Daily Shop in Lubuk Begalung, Padang City, faces challenges in maintaining competitiveness amidst increasingly competitive market dynamics. This research aims to design an effective change management strategy to increase store competitiveness. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research, with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that the success of change management depends on five main aspects: analysis of the internal and external environment, establishing a clear change vision, employee empowerment, use of digital technology, and customization of customer service. Implementation of this strategy succeeded in increasing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and the store's competitive advantage. With a planned strategy and active participation from all parties, Toko Harian Amrizal can adapt to market changes and create added value for customers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the perception of the RW 05 community towards the environmental social responsibility program of PT Argha Karya Prima Industri Tbk. The independent variable (X1) is individual characteristics, (X2) environmental social responsibility and the dependent variable (Y) is community perception. The indicators used are individual characteristic variables, gender, age, marital status, number of dependents. And indicators of environmental social responsibility (X2) are health, economy, socio-culture. Meanwhile, indicators of public perception include cognitive, affective and conative. This research was carried out in RW 05, Karang Asem Barat sub-district, Citeureup sub-district, Bogor regency. This research uses a descriptive approach with quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with the criteria of the RW 05 community. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents and observing. The results found that there was a relationship between environmental social responsibility programs and community perceptions. Respondents felt fulfilled by the TJSL program which was clear and responsible for the environment. Environmental social responsibility programs with economic indicators have a real and significant relationship with affective variables. From these results it can be clearly seen that the influence is unidirectional or positive
