Abstract

The culinary industry is one of the sectors that continues to grow rapidly and has great potential in the economy, especially in Indonesia. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the restaurant sector play an important role in providing jobs and increasing the competitiveness of the local economy. Rujito (2022) According to him, UMKM are one type of business that has a lot of influence on the Indonesian economy, both from the number of businesses formed and the number of jobs created. The purpose of the research we conducted was to provide training on customer satisfaction surveys in the digital era by utilizing current technology. The research method we use is by questionnaires and direct interviews with UMKM owners and employees of Resto Selera Sambal. The results of the study show that digital-based human resource management training at UMKM Resto Selera Sambal has a positive impact on improving service quality and slow satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of implementing various changes implemented by the company on employees of the MSME "Mie Uda Bro" Padang City, West Sumatra. This activity aims to analyze and understand changes in strategy at Mie Uda Bro MSMEs, Lubuk Begalung, Padang. The focus of this activity is on consumer behavior and business competition, which are considered key factors in increasing company effectiveness and maintaining competitiveness. A case study approach was used in this activity, involving in-depth interview methods, direct observation and document analysis to obtain a comprehensive picture of the internal dynamics and challenges faced by MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) at Mie Uda Bro. The research results show that positive employee behavior and the implementation of strategic changes play a significant role in increasing company effectiveness. It is hoped that this Social Service activity will have an impact on increasing the insight, skills and understanding of business owners to face similar challenges and increase their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

The Students of SMK Swasta Prayatna Medan have not used Digital Archives technology because they only use the internet for entertainment or information sharing and are not focused on Digital Archives. So, students of SMK Swasta Prayatna 2 Medan need instruction and guidance on how to manage digital archives. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide students with knowledge about the importance of managing and using Digital Archives and also to assist students in setting up a system and knowing the right way to manage and use Digital Archives. This training involves a series of systematic stages starting from an explanation of the implementation of management in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, an introduction to manual archive management systems, digital archives and an introduction to software for implementing digital archives namely Microsoft Access and Google Drive. After the training, participants gave good feedback and felt very helpful in understanding the implementation of digital-based archive management at SMK Prayatna 2 Medan.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the financial management of Puubenu village, Baula, Kolaka which had been evaluated based on its transparancy, accountability, participation, also discipline and accurate budgetting The research was qualitative While, the instrument in data collection used interview and documentation with a theme that focused to village financial management, transparency basis, accountability basis, participation basis, discipline and accurate budgetting implementation basis. Moreover, the data analysis technique used triangulation, and then with comparation of some indicators such as: transparant, accountable, participative, discipline and accurate budgetting The research result concluded the village focal government of Puubenua had implemented each of village financial management stages properly, and suitably with transparancy, accountability, participation, alse its discipline and accurate budgetting However, there were problems namely the application of Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) which was not optimally used and lack of village officials competence in using the app Therefore, there were some solutions, budgetting the cost of internet networking installation which was adequately Besides, having the training and regular assistance from related agencies in order to increase village officials competence.

Abstract

Kegaitan pengabdian Masyarakat ini berkaitan dengan rencana pembangunan menara masjid Nurullah, Klepu, Sendangmulyo, Minggir, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Keindahan arsitektural menara masjid tentu harus didukung dengan struktur bangunan yang aman berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku saat ini, sehingga kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyusun desian struktur menara yang mengikuti kaidah peraturan yang berlaku. Tahapan penyusunan desain dimulai dengan melakukan kegiatan pengujian daya dukung tanah/sondir untuk mengetahui kedalaman tanah keras yang selanjutnya dipergunakan untuk mendesain fondasi menara. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dan menghasilkan dimensi elemen elemen struktur yang akan diwujudkan dalam bentuk gambar detail. Gambar desain ini nantinya menjadi acuan dalam Pembangunan menara masjid Nurullah, Klepu. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat dalam bentuk gambar desain struktur sangat membantu dalam rencana pembangunan menara masjid Nurullah, Klepu dikemudian hari.

Abstract

The Piring Talam Sapinggan Dance is a Minangkabau cultural heritage that combines traditional dance movements with extreme attractions such as stepping on glass and spitting fire. This article examines the performativity and meaning contained in the performance, starting from the dance movements to the closing attraction. This research was conducted through direct observation of performances that display artistic and symbolic aspects of each movement and attraction. The research results show that the Piring Talam Sapinggan Dance not only emphasizes the beauty of movement, but also symbolizes strength, courage and respect for traditional values. The attraction of stepping on glass and spitting fire at the end of the show strengthens the symbolism of physical strength and agility, while maintaining the unique tradition passed down from generation to generation.

Abstract

The development of information technology and the Covid-19 pandemic have accelerated digital transformation in the banking sector, one of which is through the emergence of super apps that integrate various financial features into a single platform. This innovation facilitates faster and more efficient transactions for customers but also presents challenges such as cybersecurity risks, data breaches, and technological misuse. A phishing case involving an APK file highlights the urgency for adequate legal regulation. In response, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) issued Regulation No. 21 of 2023 as the legal basis for digital banking services. This study uses a normative juridical and socio-legal approach to analyze the relationship between digital banking transformation and changes in societal behavior. The findings show that the super app is a technological adaptation to modern consumer needs, requiring comprehensive legal oversight.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 8 of 2023 concerning the Management of Sunken Shipwrecks (BMKT) in Indonesia. Indonesia as an archipelagic country has many sunken ship relics of high historical and cultural value. However, the existing regulations are considered to prioritize aspects of economic utilization over the protection of underwater cultural heritage. This research uses normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of the analysis show that Presidential Regulation 8 of 2023 has not explicitly regulated the protection of BMKT and sanctions against illegal actions, resulting in weak supervision and many cases of unauthorized BMKT removal. In addition, education and counseling to the public regarding the importance of protecting BMKT is still very minimal. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a special law and increase counseling so that BMKT can be protected as a cultural heritage for future generations.

Abstract

Indonesia is blessed with abundant mineral and coal resources. The mineral and coal mining industry contributes around 8.57% of Indonesia's total Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The development of mining business activities with the provision of priority offers of Special Mining Business License Areas (WIUPK) to Business Entities Owned by Religious Organizations (BUMOK).This paper aims to find out more in examining Government Regulation Number 25 of 2024 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 96 of 2021 concerning Minerba Mining Business Activities from the legal objectives of justice, expediency and legal certainty. This research is a normative research with a regulatory approach and analytical approach and analyzed with qualitative normative analysis methods. The results of research and discussion in this paper show that the controversial regulation of Government Regulation No. 25 of 2024 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation No. 96 of 2021 concerning Minerba Mining Business Activities is in Article 83A which gives priority WIUPK minerba offers to BUMOK which can potentially provide unfair advantages and pollute healthy business competition. Article 83A of Government Regulation No. 25 of 2024 on the Amendment to Government Regulation No. 96 of 2021 on Mineral and Coal Mining Business Activities potentially violates the legal objectives of justice, expediency and legal certainty.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is an important asset in a company because the success of the company depends heavily on the quality and performance of employees. Therefore, planning and development of human resources becomeone aspect of the strategy that needs serious attention from the management Ramayana padang as one of the retail business units that is quite large in the city padang, is required to continuously improve the competitiveness and quality of service to customers. In the face of intense market competition and changes in consumer behavior, employees are required to be able to work effectively, efficiently, and professionally. To achieve this, a strategic HR planning and development strategy is needed to ensure that the company has a workforce that is competent, motivated, and ready to face business challenges as well as on target and sustainable. Good HR planning includes calculating workforce needs, mapping competencies, and systematic career management. Meanwhile, HR development can be done through training, coaching, mentoring, and other competency improvement programs. With the right strategy, companies are not only able to improve employee performance, but also create a productive and competitive work environment. Through this paper, we examine how HR planning and development strategies are implemented in the company Ramayana Padang, and the extent of its impact on improving employee performance. We hope that the results of our observations and interviews will contribute to more effective HR strategies in the future. The implementation of this system resulted in a more precise allocation of human resources according to operational needs. Ramayana Padang has succeeded in reducing overstaffing during low season and ensuring sufficient personnel during peak season, especially during major promotional periods such as Lebaran and year-end. Mapping competencies required to support the company's strategic direction and identifying gaps with available competencies. Ramayana Padang took the innovative step of implementing an artificial intelligence-based workforce optimization system. The system is designed for more accurate prediction of staffing needs with machine learning algorithms that take into account more than 25 business variables, dynamic scheduling that adjusts in real-time based on visitor traffic and sales volume, personalization of competency development based on analysis of individual performance patterns, automatic recommendations for internal mobility based on competency fit and organizational needs Strategies used by Ramayana Padang for HR development.
