Abstract

This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Held in two cycles, the first cycle consisted of 2 meetings, and the second cycle consisted of 1 meeting. The subjects of the study were 26 fourth grade students of SDN 21 Taluak, Banuhampu Subdistrict. The results showed an increase. The study was conducted in two cycles. The results of the first cycle study on lesson plans averaged 81,25% (B), increasing in the second cycle to 96,8% (SB). The implementation of the first cycle on teacher activities averaged 87,5% (B), increasing in the second cycle to 96,4% (SB). The implementation of the first cycle on student activities averaged 87,5% (B), increasing in the second cycle to 96,42% (SB). Student learning outcomes in the first cycle averaged80,6% (B), increasing in the second cycle to 88,2% (SB) Thus, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to effect of Jigsaw model on student learning outcomes in Social Science Class V at SDN 52 Kuranji kota Padang, in the odd semester of the academic year 2018/2019. This research is a quantitative research with experimental type and quasy experimental research design. Population of this study amounted to 240 people, sampling data is taken by purposive sampling, with a sample of 40 people. Based on the research that has been done, the average posttest of experiment class 78,2 and control class 70,55 with difference 7,65 number, next research obtained t count> t table, 4,388 > 1,6859 with α = 0.05 is means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, it meaning there is influence the use of Jigsaw model of student learning outcomes in Social Science Class V SDN 52 Kuranji kota Padang.Keyword : Jigsaw model, student learning outcomes IPS

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning type Number Head Together (NHT) on social studies learning outcomes in the grade V of SDN 14 Simpang Ampek Sungai Pua Kabupaten Agam. This research is a type of quantitative research using experimental methods and quasi-experimental research designs. Sampling data is taken by cluster random sampling technique. The sample of this study amounted to 40 people with a population of 122 people. The instruments used in collecting data are objective tests with multiple choice forms. The results of the calculation of the research data used are the t test, obtained obtained t count> t table that is 3.0995> 2.0167 with α = 0.05. Thus there is an effect of the use of Jigsaw cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in social studies learning in the grade V of SDN 14 Simpang Ampek Sungai Pua Kabupaten Agam.Keywords: Number Head Together Cooperative, Student Learning Outcomes, IPS

Abstract

The research was due to the fact that the school had not yet used the demonstration method so that students' learning outcome was low. The research aimed at describing the learning of science in the elementary school level. The design research of the research was a mixing of quantitative and qualitative. The research on the first cycle during the planning phase was 68%. On the second cycle the number increased to 88%. From the teacher's aspect on the first cycle was 70% while on the second cycle became 89%. Moreover, from the students' aspect on the first cycle was 65% while on the second cycle became 85%. Abstract

AbstrakPerilaku menyontek adalah suatu kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik ketika mengerjakan tugas sekolah, pekerjaan rumah dan ujian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan kontrol diri siswa, (2) mendeskripsikan perilaku menyontek siswa, dan (3) menguji signifikansi hubungan kontrol diri dengan perilaku menyontek  pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif korelasional. Subjek penelitian adalah 267 siswa SMKN 1 Batusangkar. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner kontrol diri dan kuisioner perilaku menyontek yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis dengan teknik statistik deskriptif dan teknik Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan program SPSS for windows 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa: (1) kontrol diri pada siswa berada pada kategori cukup dengan persentase 62,47%, (2) perilaku menyontek siswa berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 77,08%, (3) dan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kontrol diri dengan perilaku menyontek pada siswa dengan koefisien korelasi -0,363 dan taraf signifikansi 0,000.Kata Kunci: Kontrol Diri, Perilaku Menyontek Siswa

Abstract

The background of this study is the low student learning outcomes of 16 students only 8 (50.00%) who reached the specified KBM, besides that the average student learning outcomes was 59.12. This study aims to improve integrated thematic learning outcomes through the application of the TSTS learning model. This research is a classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research data in the form of observations and tests, this study was conducted at SDN 03 Ranah Batahan Barat Pasaman. The subjects in this study were class V students with a total of 16 students. This research was conducted in two cycles with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the study stated that after applying the cooperative learning model TSTS type can improve learning outcomes of integrated thematic learning. This is proven by: (a) The observation of RPP in the first cycle with an average of 85.22% with Good qualifications (B), and Cyclius II 95.45% with Very Good qualifications (AB); teacher activity cycle I with an average of 78.57% with sufficient qualifications (C), and cycle II 96.42% Very Good (AB); Student activities in the first cycle with an average of 78.57% and 96.42% in the second cycle with Very Good (AB) qualifications. (b) student learning outcomes with a percentage that is in the first cycle of meeting 1 and meeting 2 and cycle II, 74.30 (56%), 77.10 (68.75%) and 83.13 (87.5%).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of student activity Using Cooperative Script in learning IPS class VB SD Negeri 34 Simpang Haru. This research is Class action research  using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Research subjects were teacher and 20 students. Implementation of this research doing in two cycles with research procedural there are planning, implementation, observing, and reflection. Result of the reseacrh is showed increased : a) implementation, teacher aspects and student aspects of cycle I is 70,31%, and cycle II is 87,5%. b) student activities of cycle I : 1) visual activity 66,88%, 2) listening activity 66,88%  and  3) writing activity 73,75%. Cycle II :1) visual activity 87,50%, 2) listening activity 76,25% and 3) writing activity 88,75%. Conclusion of this reseacrh is model cooperative script can improve student activity in learning IPS class VB SD Negeri 34 Simpang Haru. keyword : Activity; Social studies; Cooperative Script

Abstract

The purposeof this study was to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in teaching Citizenship Education (Civics) by using the talking stick in  class IV SDN 04 Koto Ranah .By fifth grade students study subjects totaling 14 people..Research that has been conducted shows an increase inboththe learning process and assessment of student learning outcomes. Results of research conducted in two cycles shows that the results of the assessment in terms ofplanning (RPP) in the first cycle is 73% rise in the second cycle to be 93%.Assessment results in terms oft he implementation aspects of the teacher in the first cycle increased 72% to 92,5%, while theresults of the assessment in terms ofthe implementation aspects of the students in the first cycle was a 70% increase in cycle II increased to 95%. Learning outcomes in the first cycle is rising 72% to 86% in the second cycle. Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe an integrated thematic learning process improvement to the model of he purpose of VCT Reportage model class III SD Kartika 1-11 Padang. The subject of this study was teacher and third grade elementary school students. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitative methods. The research subjects were class III C SD Kartika 1-11 Padang. Based on the results of the first cycle of the study to the second cycle, the assessment of the average RPP of the first cycle was 78.1%, the second cycle was 93.75%. It was also seen that the average score on the aspects of teachers and students in the first cycle was 80.35% and the second cycle was 96.4%. Thus, it can be concluded that by using VCT the Reportage model can improve the integrated thematic learning process in elementary schools through images.

This was action research which aimed to describe the improving student beginning reading ability through word card game. Subjects in this research were teacher and the first grade studen of SDN Sungai Geringging. The data was collected by using observation sheet and and test.
